Needs more staff. I was with my son everywhere. My 2 year old was hurt by another individual ehose mother purposely distracted me and next thing insee my 2 year old in a fetal position crying. More staff needs to be present. If were staff present it could of been prevented. Although little children will get hurt but more eyes will help

We experienced awful customer service yesterday, it took the lady's upfront 30 minutes to check us in which seemed to be due to poor training - note that they were not busy at all. What an absolutely incredible choice!! Definitely well worth it!! The waivers are a little lengthy but once those are completed... it's nothing but a jumping, bouncing, climbing great time!!
