I received my second parcel from their saddar branch. Their behaviour is always very friendly and professional. Most impressive with their customer support on their url, DHL is simply flawless. Their staff follow strict SOPs for Covid and cover themselves which is very reassuring. I specially took this photo of their staff in the hazmat suit.

Dhl sends parcel worldwide in less time like 7 days compared to Pakistan post sending in 20 or more days, but dhl cost is too high even for a single paper. A document to Europe charge up to 9000 pkr. They charge often per kilo that cost around 5 to 10 thousands per kilo depending on destination.

We often used to come here to send our parcels abroad. It is a very good and rapid service for all kinds of good transportation. Staff is good and polite. But there branches are very limited in KP. And they do not have any office in Mardan City, While it the fastest developing city of province.

Very disappointed of service plus disrespectful staff. Customs duty has an authority to check, but that doesn't mean to put charges on fixed price..

Opposite main GPO ( post office) Peshawar sadder. If you want to send documents abroad you should visit DHL. It takes 3-5 working days to deliver.
