Walked in for some items. Dominique approached us and he was super pleasant and helpful in what I was looking for. He pointed us in the right direction and apologized for items that were not available in store. The best service I have ever had at a sporting goods store. We really appreciate his level of professionalism.

The tennis shoes attendant was so patient, helpful, and his opinion was so on target. The cashiers where so friendly and enthusiastic. The store is neatly organized. They have a great collection of clothing and sports equipment. The kiddo has found everything needed over four seasons for different sports for school.

Bought a Nordictrack Commercial 1750 and It has been a disaster. Lasted less than 3 months and still not working at all after 3 service calls over 3 months. Have a warranty but when you call they are more intent on NOT replacing the broken unit than getting you one that works. TERRIBLE PRODUCT

Employees everywhere, and zero customer service. I went prepared to spend at least $150 on shoes, but not one of the 4 people standing around chatting in the shoe department showed the slightest bit of interest in helping me. I left and went to RunOn! where the customer service is excellent.

This is a great big brand new store and it has everything under the sun. They are connected to a golf Galaxy that has a certified fitters in their golf services department.when you can find someone out on the floor they are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Great experience

Horrible customer service in the shoe department. Recommend only going if you prefer to have your time wasted. I requested a pair of shoes in my size and literally waited 40 minutes to bring the shoes even though I requested for them to bring the shoes on multiple occasions.

Let me just say this the company will racially profile you if your African American . I guess you don’t find a lot of my kind in the yeti section. One of the staff who had an odor of smoke , slender , brown hair and beard is just horrible.
