I kid you not, Called Owen on the Wednesday about noon, and my stuff was with my the following morning, Cannot recommend these guys enough, the advice they gave me not only saved me money (I wanted a fair bit of kit and had the money to spend), but they discussed what I wanted to achieve and they improved the workflow and equipment choices.. Some shops will get you to buy what you want, these guys got me to buy what I needed, Huge difference and much respect for the knowledge and guidance. defiantly using these guys again! they know their onions there, thats for sure!.. My partner ordered a unit from this company and waited 3 months and couldn’t wait any longer! So He asked for a refund and still waiting for money to go into his account. £1700.00 still not received even though they have said its left there finance company. His bank have said nothing is waiting to clear it’s been 8 days since David at dj tech direct said he received the refund request email. This is the most unreliable company we have ever used and can never get through on the phone and emails are rarely replied to certainly not straight away. My advice is go somewhere else

Last October i orderd a Pioneer Djm750mk2 mixer (rarer than hens teeth ) . Having waited such long time due to Pioneer supply issues I was getting to the point where I gave up. However David and John have managed to work their magic a find me a Mk2 which I picked up today . Not only were they very helpful and super competitive on price but have gone on and above to make this happen, so really thanks guys ! All set up and sounds fantastic . Was advised by Mark at the DJ Gym that DJ Tech Direct was the best place to get my DJ kit from and he wasn't wrong...... Friendly staff with great knowledge of the equipment and not pushy at all. Happy to let me try the kit to see for myself before purchasing. When I upgrade I will definitely be back there for more. They even offered to help me with phone or email support if I had any queries with the equipment which I had to take them up on and they answered the question straight away. I just can't fault them. Awesome. :)

The shop it's self is easy to find & up to date, the staff are very approachable & answered any questions i had. My goods that i ordered online came a few days later, i had communication out of work hours with Lee which was appreciated. My goods came in their original boxes & protected by a big outer box, if I had one criticism it would be to put some bubble wrap in the box to stop the others from moving about at will. All in all a 5 star experience i will be using again & highly recommend to anyone else.

Absolutely terrible service and I will not be using them again. They even went against their own terms and conditions; charging me for the product before it had been dispatched. I waited over a month for a product that was in stock when I bought it, whilst being told I would receive the item 'the next week'. Employee I dealt with throughout could not have cared less about service or keeping the sale, and did not apologise at any point for the hassle and time spent wasted when I asked for a refund.

We have just popped in here again a couple of years after our first visit with my son (now 12). He is so helpful and kind to my son who is just learning to DJ. You might think as a mum it could be a bit of an intimidating store to go into but the guy that runs this place is so welcoming and knowledgeable and gives us great practical advice. Fantastic customer service - we purchased from here before and we will definitely purchase from here again.

I was looking to buy a mixer to go with Numark decks, I was in Birmingham visiting from Devon around April time and come across this great store tucked away next to the custard factory . David who happened to be there gave me some very sound advice and after a discussion I decided to purchase the Numark scratch mixer ,it's the biz ,well pleased as it was for my son who's in his late 20s. Great DJ store. Helpful staff with a good array of equipment. Wasn't entirely sure of which decks I wanted, but was guided in the right direction and am now very, very happy with my purchase. Despite a small delay in delivery, Owen kept me informed along the way and offered an additional a strobe light to be delivered, which I am looking forward to receiving. A good shop which I have no hesitation in recommending.

Complicated returns policy and customer service leaves you in the dark. I ordered M-Audio AV40s and they gave me M-Audio AV42s and when I asked to return them they treated my request as pedantic even though they mis-advertised the product on their site. I returned them a month ago and still had to call them up for a refund. Everything is resolved now, but I don't think I'll be returning custom.

Fantastic service from these guys!! Saiem was really helpful in getting me a price match on a pair of decks i wanted having known the price i was asking them for was the lowest on the market i asked them to include a mixer in the price to help with the discount which they accepted and also they managed to get them ordered up from the suppliers and send out within a couple of days.

I was pretty nervous about placing an order for DJ decks and speakers with so many options but plumped for DJ Tech Direct and so glad I did. David and his team could not have been more helpful and patient with my questions and everything duly arrived safely and on-time. I cannot reccomend DJ Tech Direct more highly as a trustworthy, helpful and informative supplier.

I was very excited to order a Pioneer DJ DDJ-FLX4 for my daughter early December 2022 for Christmas. Unfortunately I was not told at the time of purchase that this was not in stock and now approaching mid Jan 2023, there’s still no news as to when it may be sent or refunded. You should inform your customers at the point of purchase if the item is in stock or not.

After emailing DJ Tech Direct regarding a DDJ 1000 and a flight case they got back to me really quickly with a great price and it was clear they really knew their stuff. I'm always on the look for the latest gear, and whilst other retailers have taken my orders on the off chance they'd get hold of equipment the team at DJ Tech Direct have always been honest with me on delivery schedules and followed up with consistent communication whilst i've waited for gear to arrive!!

I've used this shop for years now, I've got to know the guys personally and they honestly can't do enough for you as a customer. Always competitive on prices and they actually know the equipment they're selling you! Highly recommended for anybody looking for gear of any sort, of any budget.

Waited for my controller to be repaired 11 months now. Phone 23 times and each time promised phone call back. Never once received a phone call. Was also promised new decks to be sent out and again haven't heard anything. Defiantly would not recommend them. Still waiting to this day.

Finally got my Pioneer ddj400 after four months, totally understand why it took so long. Always kept me updated on the situation and I really felt sorry the lads and how frustrated they must have been with Pioneer. Definitely use them again without a doubt. 10/10

Hello I am waiting for my order..it's 1 month now. The shop is open and I am trying to call them but the phone line is not working.
