Full replacement of existing flat roof. Prior to quoting, thorough inspection carried out and numerous existing problems shown to me. After discussion, I stated that I wanted a full replacement and asked about options. I then decided that I wanted a full replacement and upgrade to a warm deck roof. Very efficient in supplying quote and the quote was one of the most comprehensive I can remember receiving. All work fully detailed and listed, as well as all materials to be used. When job was undertaken, team arrived on time and were always polite and efficient. When completing each stage, I was asked to view and next stage was explained. PROBLEM Tenants having variety of issues with keeping the house warm and free from damp. Also had ceiling collapse in a bedroom due to rainfall getting through dilapidated roof tiles. SOLUTION Full pitched roof tiles replacement, along with repairs to extension flat roof, flashing and some pointing works at the chimney stack. DLT Roofing Ltd removed and refitted all the ridge tiles on the roof of my home; treated two chimneys; checked all the slates on the roof, replacing them where necessary; checked and cleaned the gutters; and replaced the masonry around the gable on the porch. DLT have done superb quality work on my Flat roofed area. They have replaced both the felt and the UPVC facias in an efficient and timely way. They also installed a thermal insulation to the habitable area that seems to be working OK.
