I went to the doctor today hoping to get help. The doctor came into the consulting room but said he can't treat me because my medical aid contact center isn't open so they can't confirm funds. I tried to show the doctor on the medical aid app that I still had plenty of funds remaining but he refused to treat me because they couldn't phone to confirm funds. This is very poor service and unacceptable. In this day and age there are other platforms to confirm funds besides phoning in. The doctor just left the room while I was still trying to talk to him. What this means is the doctor cares more about money than peoples lives. I'm highly disappointed with the service I received today and will never go back to this place.

22 April 23. Poor service on the Dr didn't even explain my results with me. Scan on medical aid it's R1570 with no medication and cash R540 with medication. Really up upgrade yours can equipments. No happy at all.

When Dr jugmohan is not there.. The workers are too slow I come to collect my blood result...it took them an hour im still waiting in the room for more than 30min now... …
