With the reviews I was a bit nervous about what our experience would look like but it was honestly great. My wife and I took a city bus from Venice which stops right in front of the rental office so I can’t speak to the airport shuttle, but I anticipate the frustration people describe here is due to a long travel day and being in a foreign country. The directions we were sent (had we been coming from the airport) we’re super clear. There was a small line (5 in front) and two employees, kinda standard wait time for any rental car I have ever picked up and the process was smooth. We also had Marco who was incredibly helpful with the process and explained how to use toll roads in Italy. We returned the car in Naples which was a breeze and the hold came off the CC in 4 days. Only reason for the 4 star is because we had booked a compact (Fiat or similar) but received a small SUV (at no added cost) - to be fair, we had booked it through booking dot com the afternoon before the pickup and it was considerably (talking 5X) cheaper than other options. Pros was it handled the European highways and Tuscan backroads much better - drove it in Rome with no issues. Cons is it may have been a bit more expensive in gas but the car was new (20,000KM) so it was pretty fuel efficient and I was selfishly looking forward to driving a fiat around Italy. I think the individuals who write most of these negative reviews could have had a better experience if they were a little more flexible (it’s travel, it’s meant to be an adventure and inconvenient at times) and more friendly/positive. We received drastically better service from Marco (than a tired and angry man before us) because we we kind, patient and asked him about his day. These are people, and most of the time had nothing to do with the issues you are facing with your booking, or stress from other events in your travel day. Aside from a few bad hands, I would say most of the negative comments are from bad attitudes. So remember, you are privileged to travel, take the ups with the downs as that is the whole point, and always take a TON of photos of the car before you leave the lot.

I was fly from Bangkok to Dubai by Emirates and I arrived and book the car and pay all in advance on 2 october and I been at Drivalia with 3 laggage . I got my reservation, my italian license was expired but renovated by the Italian Embassy in Bangkok . The manager of Drivalia dosent want to give me the car why tell me that the paper is just paper and he dosent event like to ask some administrator or even and check the paper. I complain the manager and the manager without even care about me that I pay already the car he just go away from the shop.....I found my self with 3 laggage and no car and I suppose to go to Udine. What I should do ? lucky the staff help me to resend me to Venezia Airport and take bus to Mestre train station and from there to Udine with 3 laggage .On 3 october I was on Udine Motorizzazione that after show all the paper she tell me that I can drive regulary in Italy with that paper and the older Italian driver license . I call back Venice Drivalia why I need the car for going around and again the manager said that "is not allow to give me the car on very rude voice" . Mean time I call Trieste Drivalia airport and explain all the probelm and he ask me to call Rome for change the pick up car fromVenice to Trieste airport and he tell me that he will like to help me on this matter . Rome Drivalia was very good responsible guy and he help me to change the reservation and start all to Trieste airport . I need to be thankfully to Trieste and Rome Drivalia for the understand and Trieste also why after calling some one more responsible and send pictures of the document , approved the documents. Now I lost 1 day of rent car , I take with my 3 laggage from Venice airport to Udine by train that was not really confortable why One manager decide to even look or ask any superior on is company and give so much trouble to good customer . I don’t even know where to begin with this company. I have no idea how they are still in business. And shame on Expedia for even allowing this company to do business on their platform. First, this location is NOT an airport location. If you are wanting to pick up from the airport, DO NOT rent through this company. The directions are very vague and you have to walk to a random empty parking lot to be picked up by shuttle (yes, the shuttle is free, however it takes a very long time to find, you’re better off renting a car actually parked at the airport). Second, the representatives use very unclear and confusing language to coerce you into purchasing insurance. He made it seem like the “holds” were refundable, so I accepted. However when I asked why I was charged $300 AND $200, he said the $200 was how much insurance cost and the 300 was the hold and I told him I didn’t want to pay for insurance. He acted so irritated and said that I would have to contact customer service to get a refund and charged the additional $1200 hold (so now, I have $1700 in holds on my credit card). When we went out to inspect the car, he kept telling us “oh this isn’t damage” “oh this is just the way the car is” and didn’t write a single scratch or dent on the paperwork. When we went to return the car, they tried to charge us for every. single. scratch or dent. We took photos of everything and they still charged us 400 euros for a dent the size of a pink fingernail. I declined responsibility since we had a photo of it and was told customer service would contact me prior to charging. That never happened. The insurance charge and the dent charge are both still on my account with no contact from customer service. This car company is a scam. The workers, the cars, the insurance. Do not rent from them WHATSOEVER. They are “cheap” for a reason and will end up costing you double the price of renting through REAL rental shops like Hertz.

I had the worst rental car experience of my life here, after 5 years of living and traveling in Europe. First of all, FINDING the rental car pickup took over an hour. Drivalia apparently used to be at the airport — which I why I rented from them — but they’ve moved in the last year. They are now offsite, a 5 minute ‚free shuttle ride‘ away. After following the car pickup instructions in our confirmation email, we never found a shuttle pickup spot or a single sign with the company name on it when we went where we were directed in the email. I called the company a minimum of 10 times, both to the number they sent in the confirmation email as well as a number on google. No one ever answered. After over an hour of frustration walking around the airport and parking lot, we ended up paying for an almost €20 cab ride to the rental agency. Upon check in, I was told I needed a 2nd credit card (other than the one I’d already used online to prepay for my 9 day rental and booking . Com‘s full coverage insurance policy). The man at the counter was extremely rude and condescending and informed me that if I didn’t have a 2nd credit card, i would need to pay in full for the company’s insurance policy to the tune of €200. when again, I had my own policy and had planned to deny the rental company coverage. He basically told me that they would not be renting me the car unless I had a 2nd credit card or paid for the company rental coverage. It seemed very much like a cash scam the company uses to prey on travellers who they know have no other choice. Which, unfortunately we did not have another choice. There were no other cars available from other companies at that point and we were stranded without the car. Shame on this company for their incredibly poor customer service, disorganization and dishonest business practices.

We booked a car via an online portal and they worked with Drivalia so we had to pick up the car at this station. We should have picked it up by 10 am and we were there in time, but the guys at the shop worked so extremely slow or there were problems they didn't inform anyone about that we had to wait over an hour until it was our turn. Then they told us they don't have a car for us, they are overbooked. We were already extremely annoyed at this point. The room was extremely crowded with frustrated customers. They then said they have a car for us. When we finally reached the point of payment, they said they don't accept our credit card and we need to contact the broker. We did so, they (argus car hire, don't ever book with them!!) Told us they can't to anything because the booking startet over an hour ago (when we were in line waiting). This is somewhat Ohr fault, but the guys at the station didn't even try helping us solve the problem. It felt like they wanted to get rid of us. When we asked if we can book a new car and ignore the old booking they said they don't have a car for us, which is absurd. Before they said they have on. In conclusion we have to say, that we had a really annoying and frustrating experience at this location and we wouldn't recommend it at all. They were overbooked, didn't have enough cars, it took hours, the room was full and everyone was sweating, there was zero communication and no one tried to help us. Would give zero stars if possible.

Habíamos reservado un fiat 500 y sin previo aviso nos entregan las llaves de un citroen c1 alegando que "es del mismo tamaño". El hombre que nos atendió más desagradable imposible, nos habló todo el tiempo en italiano sin importarle si nos estábamos enterando de algo, y sólo tras mucho insistir en alguna pregunta respondía en inglés, casi a gritos. Cuando nos envió a por el coche le pregunté si nadie nos iba a explicar sus particularidades sobre el terreno (todos los coches tienen sus detalles que puedes no conocer), y me dijo que no muy despectivamente, así que tuvimos que entender todo por nuestra cuenta. Cuando llegamos a por él al parking, observamos que estaba bastante sucio (especialmente por fuera, pero por dentro también tenía alguna mancha) y aparcado con una marcha metida, lo cual indica cierto descuido (que tampoco pudimos reportar ante nadie). Afortunadamente, el coche funcionó correctamente (más allá de ser un poco ruidoso) y no necesitamos tener más trato con ellos. Ah, y ojo con la fianza: solicitan 600€ a pagar allí mismo, justificándose en los "términos y condiciones". Los míos (con Booking) establecían que la empresa "podrá" solicitar una fianza de entre 0 y 600€, o sea, que no sólo te enteras en el momento de que efectivamente la piden, sino que además se van al maximo. No repetiré con esta compañía.

DO NOT RENT A CAR WITH THESE FELLOWS, THEY ARE HOPELESS! Picking up my car from Fiumicino, I arrived half an hour before my time yet they had me waiting for 2.5hr. There were lots of people on the queue, all of them with bookings and three employees that were taking turns to have lunch. Their systems seemed antiquated, even though I did my booking through Expedia, they had me fill up a paper form and after that the employee had to enter every field by hand into their system which took ages. Each customer was complaining and all the employees could say was 'I am sorry'. I then tried to return my car at Bologna Centrale as agreed. Shop was open but unattended. Called the phone on the 'will be back soon' sign posted on their door repeated times, no answer. Called customer service, they could do nothing but tell me to keep trying calling Giaccomo. I finally drove to Bologna airport to drop the car. Asked for compensation as I missed my train to Venezia but none was given. These guys are useless, they dont care about customers. Good luck if you ever rent with them.

Was a bit apprehensive because of the reviews, but we had a great experience with this store. We arrived at 5:30pm to pick up our advance booking which we made online 3 weeks prior. We also were never able to get in touch with the store after booking it so we were unsure how it would go when we arrived. We booked a Jeep Renegade 4xE for 20 days total, and when we arrived they let us know there were no Renegades left but that they upgraded us to a slightly larger Jeep Compass 4xE. The car was brand new, it had arrived from the manufactures the day before. The interior door handles were still wrapped in plastic to protect them during shipping. The let us inspect the car prior to signing any forms and were patient while we checked everything out. The guy behind the counter was relaxed and easy going. I will update the review when we return the vehicle if there are any snags, but otherwise this was the simples car rental experience I’ve had. Also, incredible value for the money and quality of the vehicle.

No recommend it at all!!! The worst rental car company we already have the experience. First time we have problems renting a car with a company. They charged us because we dropped off in different place even if when booked we insert the correct location to pickup and drop off!! We said that should be explained (or o the contract) when you book that the price is not included this service. €58 charged for it + €50 IVA??? Good price x quality, but the service needs improve a lots. I need to add an one more day, but no one gave by written whats I should do. I did after 6 days calling and they said would send an email that I’m still waiting for it. To drop off the address was Venice airport but no one (and it wasn’t written on the papers) told us it was outside of the airport and in another place around 2km so far. Next time, I would recommend another company. Need to improve communication with clients.

Esperienza super negativa, zero professionalità, arriviamo a Venezia e nessuno risponde al telefono e non sappiamo assolutamente che il pulmino che dovremmo prendere è del ParkinGo, giriamo come scemi fino a che uno del posto ci da le giuste indicazioni, arriviamo sul. Posto ed è ancora chiuso. Al rientro non veniamo avvisati che, per l orario che dobbiamo restituire la macchina l ufficio è chiuso e non c'è nessuno che la controlla, non sappiamo che fare e anche li veniamo avvisati sul dal farsi dall'autista del ParkinGo. Abbiamo noleggiato la macchina a Venezia e firmando il contratto ci fanno presente che il deposito ci verrà restituito entro 7 giorni, non viene sbloccato, richiamo Venezia e conferma e ci dice di aspettare due giorni e chiamare la sede di Roma richiamo e SORPRESA... Il regolamento parla di 30 GIORNI.... Disonesti... Da denuncia

Booked with this company as the rental desk and car pickup were listed as being on the airport site. Unfortunately this was not the case, and the office was actually located a 5-10 minute journey via shuttle bus away from the airport. No information was communicated about this change of location, and so it appears to be deliberately deceptive. Luckily I was able to find the shuttle bus pickup point due to someone’s very helpful review here. The wait at the office was about an hour long, as only one person was working. Other people in the queue had to return to the office as there were problems with the cars they use been given (e.g. internal damage to car). Positives were the friendly attitude of the man serving on the desk, and I was given a car in a much higher group than the one I paid for.

They know how to take the reservation, but they don't know how to hold the reservation. And that's really the most important part; the holding. I had a confirmed reservation with Drivalia at Venice Airport and had received the voucher and everything. I did the trek out to their off-site location at the airport, only to find out that apparently they had cancelled my reservation - without informing me. And that they were out of cars. The man at the counter, while nice, could offer no solution or explanation beyond "the computer does that sometimes". I was then forced to head back to the airport rental car center and ask around until I found another car - at €100 more. Unprofessional and unacceptable. Just goes to show that it's worth a few euros more to hire from the established companies.

Terrible experience. We prepaid and had to pay deposit for the car. Our credit card kept getting rejected coz they wanted one with a pin. And no, the deposit money could be paid only by the very same credit card, no PayPal, Maestro, ApplePay or cash was accepted. They refused us a car and the worst part is, they did not give us back a single cent of the pre-paid amount. Taught me a lesson not to go for a new rental service just because it is priced cheaper. Worst part is it spoilt the whole vacation for us. Terrible customer service too. They never replied to my email and after constant calling, the service hotline let me know that I wouldn’t get any money refunded.would give it 0 stars if I could.

Ho dovuto sostituire un'auto perché aveva uno sbrano nella ruota posteriore sinistra (errore mio che non ho guardato attentamente all'atto del ritiro, ma l'ho presa una sera in un garage buio, non si mette a disposizione un'auto in queste condizioni). Quando me ne sono accorto il giorno dopo ho avuto la sfortuna di doverla sostituire nell'agenzia winrent dell'aeroporto di Venezia, pessima esperienza. Zero cura del cliente, nessun addetto al parcheggio al quale spiegare la situazione, arroganza totale della tizia al bancone, che mi ha pure preso in giro dicendomi "se ci ha fatto tutti questi km tanto grave non sarà". Insomma, SCONSIGLIO TOTALMENTE questa agenzia.

I had a very good experience with Drivealia , Marco was particularly helpful with our booking, and also with our return of the car, which was no problem whatsoever the stuff on the great pressure with a large amount of people I just a couple of people to deal with all the comings and goings at the same time however, they cope very well and welcoming and helpful on our return. We would recommend using service again. It was a lot easier than going up to the third-floor in the building about 700 m walk from the main terminal much better to be picked up outside much closer to the main terminal for collecting your hire car ….. many thanks John Clarke

Metto una stella anche se non la meritano. Pessimo servizio. Tralasciando il fatto che quando siamo arrivati e ripartiti non c'era nemmeno un addetto al posteggio per verificare lo stato dell'auto o per semplice assistenza al cliente, al desk abbiamo trovato un'operatrice assolutamente inadatta al contatto con il pubblico. Dovevamo cambiare un'auto perché ci era stata consegnata a Milano con un buco nella ruota (si vedeva il telaio) e la signorina invece di scusarsi del disservizio mi ha detto che eravamo stati fortunati e che il problema non era così grave se eravamo arrivati incolumi fino a Venezia. (Tocco ferro). Allucinante. SCONSIGLIO.

Muy mala experiencia. Habíamos pedido 2 sillas infantiles y al llegar nos dijeron que no lo sabían y solo tenían una. Después de insistir mucho, porque no nos podíamos ir si ella con dos niños nos sacaron un alzador que no era adecuado y finalmente otra silla destrozada. Nos tuvimos que buscar la vida de urgencia porque con eso no podíamos viajar y no nos dieron solución. Meses antes les escribí también para pedir la silla a parte de solicitarla en la web intermediaria y no obtuve respuesta. En el servicio de shuttle al aeropuerto tampoco ponen sillas infantiles, en la furgoneta. Poco serio. Personal poco amable. No lo recomiendo.

Rented a car for a week. Collected the car with just over half a tank of fuel, and the man who served us wrote this on the paperwork. Return the car with the same amount of fuel then 1 week later got charged €70 for missing fuel! Contacted them and they said the car should have had a full tank and because I didn't have a before and after photo of the fuel gauge wouldn't do anything about it. This is an obvious scam they have going to steal money from you. Be careful and take photos/keep copies of everything! Theiving company, would not recommend at all.

Pretty much crooks. When returning the car, 'everything is fine' they said - but realise now the agent held his hand over the return-time on the hand-over form when I was asked to sign. The next day I get a charge for an extra day (because one hour 'late'), and 'miscellaneous charges' - which in the one email I have had back from them they say are 'local taxes' - explicitly covered in the original hire agreement. I have proof of drop-off time they will not respond to my requests for them to see, and will not discuss the 'miscellaneous charges' - AVOID.

Tra le tante compagnie di noleggio auto, questa è quella sicuramente da evitare. Hanno applicato un addebito per carburante mancante nonostante la mia documentazione fotografica attestasse il contrario. Inoltre è stato addebitato un giorno in più di noleggio nonostante il veicolo sia stato riconsegnato il giorno prima (domenica alle 17.30) ma siccome il banco di noleggio era chiuso è stata indicata come data di riconsegna il giorno di riapertura del banco di noleggio (lunedi mattina pre 8.30)Il ricorso alle vie legali è d'obbligo.

Completely unprofessional and outright rude behaviour of the staff. Zero customer service and willingness to solve problems. Although we were informed by e-mail, that we don’t need a credit card, the staff on site refused to lend us the car without it. They had offered no options, no apology and they just arrogantly told us, that it’s our problem, that we don’t have the credit card, and sent us away. Our trip depended on the car rental, so it was a huge problem for us, but they didn’t care at all. Stay away from this company!

Peccato non poter recensire con più di 5 stelle. Siamo arrivati con una vettura noleggiata in altro store Drivalia con gravi problemi di sicurezza. Davanti alla non volontà di risolvere il problema riscontrata con l’altro punto noleggio, il personale Drivalia di Venezia (nella persona di Sony e Matteo) hanno dimostrato un mix di doti umane e professionali non comuni: grande disponibilità a comprendere le nostre esigenze, problem solving e rapidità. Ringrazio ancora Sony e Matteo e consiglio di rivolgervi a loro con serenità.

Just Fantastic! We had an issue from our insurance company, no Italian language knowledge and a very emotional few days as our context prior. The Drivalia, specifically Matteo and Sony, helped us find a solution with a third company, explained all the nuanced and intricacies. They were professional, patient and caring as well as emanating kind and positive energy throughout the whole process. It all made us feel at ease and put a smile on our hearts. Top. Class. The car of course was in perfect condition. Highly recommended!

Sooo bad. No sign at the airport for where to go. After calling multiple time, someone guided me to a small plastic sign in the middle of the parking lot where a shuttle comes except my name was apparently not on the driver’s phone app so I had to wait for two shuttles to get on one … and you guessed it wait for one hour to be handled as it takes them about 20 mins to check in each client and there is only one person there who is also the one answering calls from people at the airport with the same question I had

Wir können nur positives berichten. Klar musste man am Anfang ein wenig warten, da 3 Personen vor uns dran waren und nur 1 Mitarbeiter die Anfragen bearbeitet hat. Haben ein tolles Italenisches Auto bekommen. (Upgrade) Dieser hat gerade mal 2.000 km gehabt. Auch als wir den Wagen 1 Tage länger behalten wollten, gab es keine Probleme. Klar verdienen ja damit ihr Geld aber wir wurden positiv überrascht als wir den Preis gesehen haben beim abgeben. Wir können die Autovermietung nur weiterempfehlen!

Do yourself a favour and rent from international company unless you want to start your trip with nightmare. We got to the office and we’re told that we are over hour late of reservation time and they no longer have car for us. Office that close to airport must consider facts such as flight delays and shuttle time. Since we booked through third company, we pre paid for rental and pretty much lost our money. We’re unable to get car that day and had to lost more money on hotel reservations.

Un desastre el servicio. No están dentro del aeropuerto y las indicaciones para tomar el shutlle que te lleva fuera no son claras. Tenes que llamar para que te las den por teléfono y es peor porque ni siquiera hablan bien inglés. El proceso para que te den el coche tarda aproximadamente 20 minutos a eso le Tenes que sumar la cola con la cantidad de gente. En los demás mostradores de otras compañías en 5 minutos salían. De terror. Perdimos toda una mañana con esta compañía. Nunca más

J'ai loué une voiture du 14 au 28 juillet 2022.fiat 500. On me dit de la rendre avec le même niveau d'essence.il y avait les 3/4(photo à l'appui.quand je l'ai rendu,on me reproche de ne pas avoir fait le plein!!! J'avais remis du carburant au même niveau.je montre la photo,on me dit c'est ok,signez là. Et entre 2 avions,je reçois une facture de 71€!!! prélevé sur la caution, Pour du gasoil,adiblue!!! C'est une essence et le 1/4 du plein correspond à 12€..... malhonnêtes et escrocs !

Do Not Come to this company! We pre ordered the car weeks before. On the day we came to the place to rent the car we were met with very rude and unprofessional service. It seems like the employees of this company are not trained to deal with customers. We waited 3 hours to try to resolve the issue and left and had to go with another company. It’s truly baffling that u can show such a level of unprofessionalism and rudeness . Worst of all was a front desk men called Matteo.

Upon arrival at Venice Marco Polo they told me not to come to the off-site pick-up location as they had no cars to fulfil my booking! They told me to phone Drivalia’s head office and gave me the number. What they didn’t say is that the office is closed at the weekend! We had to rent from another company. Fortunately Car Rent Italy had availability and a 25% discount offer, so it didn’t end as badly as it could have. Avoid Drivalia.

Workers are rude (mostly Giulia, in the Fiumucino store) and with no empathy with the customers. Besides, they are extremely careless (to the point of handling a wrong car to me, a broken car to another customer, another car without cleaning, all in a period of 1½ hours of waiting). Still, they handed me a wrong car, and told me to solve it by myself!! A huge mistake choosing this company to rent a car

מזעזע!! גנבו מאיתנו 70 יורו. עשינו ביטול השתתפות ואחרי חוד חייבו אותנו וצילמו שהשארנו ברכב כוסות חד פעמיות וביסלי!! החברת אשראי לא מוכנה לטפל בזה! בשביל מה עשינו ביטול השתתפות ושילמנו עליו 67 יורו? לדעתי כל הביקורות של 5 כוכבים זה בעלי העסק הכניסו. מקום מזעזע. הורידו לי את כל החשק להשכיר רכבים בחו"ל. גנבים!! בבקשה אל תלכו לשם. גם כל הזמן שהיינו שם הם דיברו באיטלקית הסתכלו וצחקו עלינו בלי שהבנו כלום!!

We booked two hours earlier to be on the safe side. Surprisingly, They gave our rented and already payed car away - their last car on place! They told us that we need to call if we are not on time but this is not written anywhere and cannot be true, as we already payed the car. We had to wait for many hours until someone brought a replacement. Don't rent at Leasys!!

This was an all-around bad experience. Car wasn’t ready when we picked up so they offered us the option to either wait an hour for them to clean or it just drive it dirty. Boy was it dirty but we had to get on the road so we just went with it. The return process is even worse. There is a massive line of people waiting and no Leasys employee to be found. Awful.

Please don’t come here we were met with horrible service we waited 2 hours and 45 mins just for nothing, if I could I would give them -3 stars. The staff, Matteo and his other incompetent colleague, shouted at us, told us to go to a different company and provided us with the worse service I’ve ever experienced. We ended up leaving and didn’t even get our car.

Worthless. Had reservation, called number on booking for airport pickup six times and no answer. Called manager on his mobile phone who refused to tell his colleagues there was a client waiting to be picked up at airport. Told me I had to call the number that nobody was answering. Ultimately gave up and rented from another agency. Avoid these people.

Horrible. El peor servicio que tenía durante últimos 10 años. Leen 100 veces el contrato. No se dice nada de los 22€ extra por la limpieza cuando se le devuelva el coche. Igual me cobraron 70€ extra por llegar 15 min después de 23:00 aunque les avise 2 veces por teléfono que mi avión va a retrasar. Pues nada.. nunca repetirá y no os recomiendo.

Al recoger el coche haced fotos de absolutamente todo, por más que insista el comercial en que con el seguro a todo riesgo no es necesario. Nos entregaron el coche sucio. Al pedir factura no nos la quieren dar. Tras leer otras opiniones, estoy esperando las desagradables sorpresas que comentan otros usuarios Nada recomendable

Still waiting at Venice Marco Polo - arrive here - like the Marie Celeste - spectacularly rubbish customer service when they let you book a car - take your money - but don’t staff the office to allow you to collect the car !!! As the comments below mention, go to the Via Orlanda, 219 address listed on Google (not the Venice Marco Polo Airport address provided in the rental car reservation).

Parking is located on the left side immediately from the exit from the airport. A car arrives and takes you to the place of the company. Very long line at the counter. The selection of the car took more than an hour. Be careful with your bank card (only credit cards are accepted).

Preturi incorecte. Adauga la pretul afisat asigurare 200-400 euro + depozit minim 800 euro. Exces de dauna 2500 - 4500 euro. Cer card de credit, blocheaza sumele. Vi se pare corect? Este recenzia mea de luat in seama? Am spus lucruri reale? Rog verificati.

VERY SLOW SERVICE, los a couple of hours or our trip waiting in line for service. There was only one person at the counter. They had problems with cars, payments. The only guy was on the phone. Doing lots of things but nothing efficient. DONT RENT HERE

Drivalia very fast and good service when you pick up the car. Once you return it they don't care and do not follow any procedures by the company to complete the return of the car. Now I have been waiting more than 2 months to get my deposit back.

Location is bad and the shuttle service was annoying. Service was slow and unwelcoming. The car was extremely dirty and scratched. It took them almost a month to (!) refund the 1000 eur deposit back to my credit card. Not recommended.

Lo shuttle parte dal parcheggio B fuori dall'aeroporto. Il noleggio si trova a ca. 10 minuti di distanza. Gli operatori sono gentilissimi e la mia esperienza è stata ottima.
