I called and had the all black huraches put on hold as I was driving to the store by Destiny. Once I got to the store Destiny went and retrieved the shoes only to tell me that the assistant store manager had bought them, and he was like for me to get them it will be $108.00. So I'm like what's the problem? I was ready to purchase the shoes so Destiny tells Steffon the assistant store manager to explain to me so that I want think they are trying to get over which they were I only had a credit card because I don't carry cash so the assistant store manager Steffon says these as my shoes I bought them so I need $108 cash I explained to him that only had a credit card and I wished they would have told me that before when I called to have the shoes put on hold he said well I can't do it. This was the worse experience that I have ever had trying to purchase shoes. I know that the assistant store manager did not pay $108 for the shoes. I was still willing to purchase them but since I didn't have cash my son didn't get his birthday present. Also there was another young lady there she tried logging onto the register to return to the shoes for Steffon but ends up saying she can't because she's clocked out even though she was helping customers and was behind the register these employees were full of games. Steffon reason for not returning the shoes was because the other young lady couldn't log into the register because she was off the clock but I could give him $108 in cash and get the shoes. Nothing but a scam how can hustle at work? Bad business...smh

Mannn this morning I went there I called ahead of time to see if they had the pair of red new Jordan’s in my size the girl lied otp saying yeah but I gotta come now but when I get there I wasn’t greeted they didn’t have my size and I had to ask the girl do she she even work there the young black girl with braids(skinny, brown skin)was so nonchalant and rude she didn’t even ask me what size nor speak to me when I first came In just ghetto say go to the other location on web chapel cause this store anit it

i’m not sure who the manager is at the moment but they are horrible. i live right across the street so i decided to walk over there is morning, online and at all other locations they open at 11 so that’s what time i arrived, they had me waiting outside with other employees and customers for over 45 minutes and they still haven’t opened. i’m not sure what the problem is but this is very unprofessional. i do not recommend.

I'm all for small business and I try to support it as much as possible, no different here. This place had a great selection, the employees were all nice and the store was well put together. Saw some hard to find clothes a decent selection of shoes, not as much as I would have liked though. I'll try one of the other location and see what I can find.

This store is the most unorganized store I have ever been too!! It makes no sense u call the store back to back and get no answer and when somebody finally pick up they hang up.. that’s very unprofessional! They always out of clothes and they way to high for the same stuff that’s in the mall

Nice little shoe store nestled in a corner off audelia and 635 area. Outside parking lot looks a little rough but once you walk inside it's like an upscale store that would be in a mall. They have great sales, clearance items and overall good prices on shoes. I will definitely go back

Why your store say different hours from the hour the store is open and it clearly look open I travel to Dallas and thought I was going to a store that was gone be open 2 hour before it close unfortunately there no order of instruction and everyone makes there own schedule!!

No one told me they don’t do refunds, I will never shop there again, they never have a thing I like and the one time they did, I didn’t try the shoe on, not know they wouldn’t give me my money back. Oh well I learned my lesson. Last time shopping there.. Villa was better.

Same thing happen to me, I called and placed a shoe on hold while driving there (less than 5 mins away) and even stayed on the phone for directions. We got off the phone only for me to park and walk in and they said that the sold the shoes! Villa is full of it.

Came into this store after work with about $200.00 in my pocket and more in the account, if needed... Now it is known that this place is all over the US and possibly multi-million dollar corporation so losing one customer wont matter... The

Was sent here from another store because I was told they had the shoe in stock. Went straight here & they said they didn't have any but there was over 5 boxes with names on them near the register ‍♂️ At least hide them in the back lol …

My children and myself typically goes once a week. I wish they received new shipments sooner and kept our sizes in stock more often. They typically have great deals on shoes. Majority of the clothing are expensive but worth it.

Its ok normal villa bka DK. Never has shoes sizes and most shoes they do have are going to be higher than other local shoe stores. I was helped by a young man who seemed to be drained but he met my request thats why 3 stars

Absolutely loovvee this place.. the employees are really nice and helpful with what you’re looking for. They have shoes footlocker doesn’t have and I will always choose to shop at this location.

They never pick up the phone and if they do they set the phone down on the side. I guess the employees feel entitled to treat the customers in a rude manner just because they sell shoes.

DTLR OFF 9203 Skillman St always has times issues with opening hours and closing hours. Doors are suppose to close at 5PM and it’s only 4:20PM. This location is slowly getting worse.

Was greeted as soon as I walked in. Was glad to give my business! Have remodeled since the store was villas! A nice layout and open floor space! Will be returning in the future!

Errily similar situation as one reported on here already. Attempted to purchase shoes only to try and be hustled by a store employee.

This is the best shoe clothing store in Dallas to me. The employees there are very awesome and they have the best price around.

I used to buy all shoes here. Never again. No cash refunds when I pay cash. That's the most outrageous return policy ever
