I got to know about this shop from a friend of mine. A shop which has lots of varieties and emphasises on quality. I purchased a Raleigh bicycle in February and it has been a very satisfying experience. The purpose of buying the bicycle has been fulfilled. Thanks to the gentleman (I don't know his name) who helped me in making my choice easier while I was buying the perfect bicycle. For me, this would be the best shop in Paschim Vihar for bicycles. One of the best shops i have ever seen. Excellent service fantastic treatment. Even if you are cofused what to buy their expert advise will help you make your excellent choice u will never regret. I bought a suncross racer star 2.0 from there though i live in vaishali ghaziabad n pashchim vihar was too far to travel n buy. But i am glad to take that decision. The staff is knowledgeable and will give u advise how and when to do what with your bike. Over all it was an excellent service i loved the treatment. Keep it up guys

They gave me a cycle car stacker At the time of installation I told the staff to fit it properly as I was not convinced Then I went to the owner and he was more concerned about asking 5 star Google rating than actually checking the product And because of their ignorance ,I lost my back glass worth 20k and the trip was ruined I sent them the picture of my broken back glass and there was no response from them ,not even a SORRY

My experience with durga cycles has been amazing. I was planning to buy a trek marlin 6 and the owner mohit was very helpful. He explained the features and the brand value comprehensively. I cycled from Belgium to Tbilisi. By taking my bicycle from Tbilisi to Delhi, something went wrong with my brakes and disc brake. First I went to decathlon, but they couldn't fix the problem. Friendly employees with limited knowledge/information regarding the products. So I go back to buy accessories from the store and baught three. Later I noticed all three are cheaper available on amazon and flipkart. Do not buy your bicycle accessories from the shop they try to max their profit by exceeding prices from the normal. Overpriced, always short on necessary parts, inexperienced mechanic, rude mechanic, only recommended for basic bikes. Everytime I asked for any equipment they always says and try explain that buyer is an idot and don't know their stuff. Add 2-3 CF bikes don't make you good but adding quality makes you a good cycle store.

Owner is too busy in making youtube videos he doesnt attend the customer decently. Maine bola ki mujhe united ki cycle chayie toh mujhe polygon chipkane lag gya, he promotes selling cheap quality cycles only. Dont trust his words rather visit bike shop he gives genuine advice

It was good, but if you really want to buy and want to invest for more, you need to have a budget of atleast 35k+ for real good quality. They have MTB, FTB, Hybrid and Road bicycle of Brands like Trek, Giant, firefox and polygon. All you need is a budget of atleast 35k.

The staff is quite cooperative. My bike service was done to my utmost satisfaction. Owner is a patient listener and provides apt solutions. Alam the service technician works with utmost dedication and sincerity. He is technically sound to handle the bike issues.
