Service is extremely slow. The system is completely inefficient contributing heavily to the slow service. I went there and stood for like 10 mins, I had just one person ahaed of me, all the 3 staff members were busy with one customer each.

Bad experience . I just have to buy multivitamins and the counter person gave so much advises that your doc wrote that medicine which brand is new and not available but you can buy alternative and handed over me the most expensive medicine

This branch of DVAGO is good in terms of parking space, capacity inside outlet and courtesy but at times you have to wait for longer period. There are some areas that need improvement. They have a medicines return policy where sold

The only pharmacy in Karachi that I believe is promising and well maintained. The medicines are authentic , temperature controlled and kept up to date and they even deliver to your doorstep which is very useful for some residents.

DVAGO return policy is very pathetic, i bought amedicine from DVAGO gulistan e johar branch Hydrocortisone Roussel 10 mg, bill no is 85781 with in same day i tried to return but shop agent argue and did not pay back the payment

Can't get anymore bad experience if you order and make payment online.. I was regular customer of dvago but once I made payment online and then they just give excuses rather then delivering the order.

Good and clean dedicated medicine franchise/place. Only problem is the non availability is some medicines and slow response of staff as they have only one POS which takes time. Otherwise a good place.

Here you'll find a pharmacist who can also recommend you some medication that's impress the costumers. Well maintained and all of above temperature controlled pharmacies.
