My first renting a room for the night it was affordable and well worth it. The rooms where spacious and efficiency size. It was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I had no problems and I currently rent one of the weekly rooms at a very affordable rate. There were 2 roaches big pipe roaches, but they sprayed and made it correct. The only bad part about it was, there was no remote for the television. That is something you should tell someone before they rent the room for a week. Also, the older Hispanic gentleman who checked me in on Tuesday night was very inefficient and a little disrespectful with the comments he made to me, but other than that I have had no problems.

The rooms are very large, resembles an efficiency apartment. There is no heat, refrigerator, nor microwave...but they'll give you a heater. $220 a week is what you pay for, and its worth the pay. As long as you mind your business, stay to yourself...there is nothing to worry about. Management is pretty off putting but maybe its because its just stupid people around that works his nerves. Property is clean, haven't seen any bugs in the room, but I haven't had any room service. I'm a clean person so I just do it myself.

I understand it’s cheap but PLEASE DO NOT SAY HERE !!!! There’s a place up the streets same price and has security!!! Someone broke into my car , right in front of the dam door of the motel !!! They are open 247 and you telling me the clerk at the desk didn’t hear my window being shattered and broken into ! Do not rent from here !!!! And the manager didn’t even care !!!!!!!! At all !

Nasty no heat no hot water. And they don't clean your room. 250 a week and they don't even wash your sheets. TV never work I had someone just walk smooth into my room while I was in the bed laying down. Not once but twice and the they have workers beg you for money. Neighbors be loud and fighting all the time.

Crackhead and pimps everywhere. I was approached while have a morning cigarette by a strange fellow who asked me if I would like some female companionship this lovely morning. I declined

This is the most horrible place you could ever visit. I'm a single homeless mother. They first assume that I would have a man with us. I catch the bus to and from work and take my baby to school. These people have bedbugs and and fleas. We have all types of bites. More

Oh yeah, very comfortable stay. blood stains on the wall, Infested with roaches, dirty covers, smells like COVID-19, still trash from other peoples stay, gotta day 10/10 with this place, $75 a night, feels like home and definitely worth it!

One of the most unsatisfying motel rooms in Dallas Tx. These rooms have more cats and roaches than regular tenants. The view of the grounds resemble a poorly groomed graveyard. No Wi-Fi, Phone, remote for your TV, mini fringe nor microwave.

Rooms are not worth the rates you pay for it you have a possibility to be join by bed bugs, rats, and roaches in almost every room. honestly you should drive past this inn and go to another one with better rates 230$ a week for a single bed

This is a good place to come to it's very quiet. This is a very nice place looks shady from the outside maybe to others but once you come to the room they're very nice. I left town for two months and they welcomed me back with open arms.

The "no refund" policy should have clued me in. Roaches EVERYWHERE. The bed was two Box Springs hard as a rock. TV or Remote was not working with construction just outside my door.
