3 out of 5; I rate this DMBkstwn store a 3 for the following reasons. covid-19; nsw health checkin/ qr code at the front door, ( however, no free gloves, masks, hand sanitizer like Strathfield DM's). Wine tasting; Unlike other stores, this store does not do wine tasting ( strathfield Dan Murphy's has recently brought back in wine tasting. cleanliness; clean store. friendliness; friendly staff. Value for money; contrasted with BWS, Cellarbrations, DMB has best prices and largest variety of wine, beer, spirits and snacks and mixers. I came in with my friend to buy 3 bottles of alcohol. The girl in customer service asked both of us need to show ID but I didn’t bring mine. My friend was able to show the ID and he’s the one who bought it but she said no they need both IDs?! What the point if I just go out of the store and my friend stay in to buy it as he can show his ID? I told her so and she still said no she can’t sell to us and I can GO HOME to get my ID and come back?!. Stupid customer service!!

As a cafe manager I would definitely say it is Good food, very well for sitting with family, specially kids can play and run around. But there is a inconsistency in service, every time we go, we see new staffs working, new staffs cooking food, new barista making coffee. I think the employer or the manager never become happy with the trialing staffs. All the new staffs are always shaky and scary to serve or making or talking to a patrons.

A very handy local Dr Dan's located in the parking area of Bankstown Central. This is a huge Dan Murphy's and it seems to stock everything you need. The staff are friendly and provide great customer service. They assisted me recently with carrying my purchases out to the car. Dr Dan's have decently priced specials and there is generally plenty of parking available here. It does get a bit crowded at Christmas time, but worth the effort.

Grabbed a bargain of 2 six pack of ciders for $25 which is usually the price of 1 six pack. Ample space and variety of products from chips, soft drinks, beers, wines, ports, liquers and non alcoholic beers. Quick service for a Saturday afternoon. Neat and presentable store. Parking is ok, however during peak season parking is scarce due to the shared mall parking. Located at the roof top parking of the Centro Mall.

I am a customer who often goes to this Dan Murphy's at Bankstown. Every time I have been there, while I search for my purchases, the staff like to stalk me in the store while browsing around, then they ALWAYS ID me when I'm 25 years old. Its gotten to the point where its getting ridiculous now and feels very uncomfortable and being harassed what they are doing.

Big range of products. Likely to find what you're looking for or something similar. They carry things that other shops don't. Dan Murphy's prices are low in comparison to other stores so we prefer to shop there. They sometimes have tastings here which is fun. Staff are friendly and helpful. Check out is quick and efficient. Couldn't complain! Great!

A great bottle shop with a wide selection of available beers, liquor and wine at the best prices. Located on the roof parking of the Woolworths; it is conviently located and very accessible. If you have trouble finding the right drink for you, this is the place to find a variety of of quality alcoholic beverages.

The staff where real nasty me an my partner were there had my son who is both our carers he was only there to read labels for us an because he was not 18 they kicked him out an even after i told them he was only there to be our eyes they wanted to cause a big drama not help or serve us

Jennifer was warm and helpful and Tia or (Thea) spent all the time with me fully informing me of the wines that met my preferences which made me feel absolutely comfortable and focused on. It made me want to buy all the wines and definitely come again. The prices are also awesome.

Continuously cordial staff overly supportive and bright in any event, when they're occupied. Incredible determination and great store design. A lot of stopping and simple access from the fundamental street. Great assortment and agreeable staff.

I have a bottle shop very close to my home but the difference in cost can be up to $5 just for a 6 pack, so i have eventually started to shop at Dan's more often, the range is bigger, they are cheaper and the membership benefits are great also

What else is there to say about Dan Murphy's but, excellent. They have the largest variety of all drinks possible alcoholic or alcohol free. Starf are very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help a customer without hesitation.

Very friendly staff always looking to help out. Met most of the staff when it was flooding and they were kind enough to let the remaining customers pay before locking it down for saftey. Top work team really went the extra mile

Huge variety of stock, but the floor staff product knowledge was questionable. All up I got what I wanted, but it better to be prepared not just relying on staff otherwise you can end up empty-handed.

The bottle I was after was $94 at Dan Murphy's. Found the same one at Petersham Liquor Mart for $70. When I asked DM why was that, they gave me some bs explanation. The place is a rip-off.

Staff are extremely polite specifically a staff member named darko, he helped me by taking my purchase to my car and saved me taking two trips. Absolutely amazing service experience.

Very helpful. Great choices and prices. They no longer had Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc as there were supply issues from NZ. They did recommend a good alternative. Very happy

I always have to show my ID every time I visit Dan Murphy. I totally understand the reason but, showing my ID to the same person multiple times it’s really annoying.
