Christmas Eve quick shopping trip 10:20 ish - and what absolutely outstanding service by all staff members encountered. They were there offering help before we knew we needed it, very friendly and efficient. Honestly the best retail customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Cannot fault the in person service. The online service is the absolute worst I’ve ever had. Absolutely hopeless. I’ve had to speak to agents 3 times just so they can try and track down where my order is. It finally got here a day after it was supposed to.

Ordered drinks on Saturday, didn’t come Sunday, I went down there today being Monday to collect what I had paid for and the lady tells me I can’t get my drinks because there not from this store. I would have to pay for drinks I have already

I'm not much of a drinker but do love a nice gin. The range of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic gins is huge. Great selection of everything at great prices. Staff are very helpful as well and always willing to give a recommendation

Decent variety of wine, spirits and beers though a whole section of craft beers were stored out of the refrigerator which isn’t great. Great to see that they’re now stocking a few core beers from Mountain Culture.

Car Park is a bit busy and confusing how they've merged it into the new section. But Dan's had extra staff on for the busy period so we were in and out quick.

Maybe the dusty bottles are part of the furniture, but I don't drink so going in there once a year for gifts is enough for my yearly allergy outbreak!
