This is not about the efficacy, potency or whatever of Dannipharma's products but it's about the very very poor customer service@Kumasi Ash town wholesale branch. I went there today,07/08/21 to buy some products@4:06pm, and I was thrown out like a thief or a dog. Why Simply because I said they should cancel an order I placed which was still in process and refund my money back to me. Ghanaians and those who deal with pharmaceutical companies should note this; 1. These group of workers surrounded me and attacked me on top of their voices 2. Some insulted me, and some nearly touch me. I fought my battle and I won at the end, what about you who's thinking of visiting this branch. What will you do if you encounter something similar or related. Weigh options and choose peaceful and good customer care. I appreciate the effort of two guys bi among them anyway
