If i had to rate on the ceremony and service it would be five stars for sure. But here is why I gave two stars and even the two, i feel, is being generous. The service was good except for the following: On the first call to Davis I was told by a rep. that they do not charge for the cremation of infants. When I mentioned this during our first meeting I was told that I must have misheard. Whatever. It didnt matter anyways. I figured if it was mentioned I would throw it out there. I can honestly say that the service for my daughter was absolutly beautiful I will definately give credit where it's due. There were some errors though. On the pictures, prayer cards, pamphlets etc.. The date of her passing was incorrect. I brought this to their attention and they were extremely apologetic and compensated this by reprinting several cards and pamphlets which we picked up a few days later. Now the big issue as to why I am giving 2 stars is for promises that were made and never not once met and these were promises which all but sealed the deal with choosing to go with their service. It was made very clear to us on the first meeting that they would call us and keep us out of the dark with what is going on. We were promised a call once the burial permit was received, PRIOR to her being cremated, and once everything was complete. The following is a quote of what was said, "We arent just going to call you out of the blue one day and say 'Hey your daughters ready, come pick her up.'" Which was EXACTLY what they did. Now the service was on the 9th. We never heard from them until I emailed a rep. asking for an update. this was on the 20th. The following morning we get a call that the cards and pamphlets are ready so we pick them up. Once at the location I ask about the burial permit and the rep. helping me said she would check in the back. IT WAS THERE. At this point I figured things were just backed up no big deal. Now that there's a permit she will be cremated any day now and she can come home. The next morning on 2/22/18 I get a call from the same representative that said he wouldnt just call and say your daughter is ready you can come pick her up and basically said just that! My girlfriend was mortified and EVEN THEN I was fine and just happy my daughter gets to come home. After trying to calm my girlfriend down and we park in front of the funeral home I tell her that I dont want to go in due to fear she will cause a scene.. She returns and says she played it cool but let him know that he f***ked up. She drives further from the funeral home and finally tells me that my daughter was cremated on Valentines Day..... 8 days ago!!! I dont wish another person have to go through that. False promises are not meant for this line of work. Good thing for them they aren't the ones grieving right??

Our initial consult went well. Alexis was sincere, explaining the options, pricing, timeline, death certificate process etc. We picked out an urn, which he said would only take a few days to arrive. He explained that the cremation process would take some time, but that the urn would definitely be available for the funeral service, over 2 weeks away. We understood that the remains might not possibly be ready for the service. On our way out, we asked about prayer cards, and he said he could have some made up with varying prayers, and have them ready and delivered to the church for the service along with the urn. A few days later, my mother in law reached out to ask about a guest book, and a woman stated that it is all included with the cremation. Apparently Alexis failed to explain this to us, but she assured her everything would be handled/delivered by Davis. Fast forward to the morning of the funeral, scheduled for 10:00. We arrived at the church at 9:30, to find flower arrangements from various florists, but nothing from Davis. 9:45, nothing, so I called the Rainbow location- no answer. I called the Eastern location, explained what was happening, was put on hold for 5 minutes. She asked me for my number and someone would call me back. In the meantime, my brother in law got a hold of someone from the Rainbow location and they assured him someone would be there in 10 minutes. It's now a few minutes after 10:00. The priest was kind enough to hold off on starting the service until the urn, cards and book would arrive. Around 10:30 someone from Davis came, WITHOUT THE URN. They dropped off the prayer cards, book and a lovely framed photo. At this point we are extremely livid, and held the service knowing all of this. It was over a week until the urn was delivered to her home. No one reached out to her to offer any apology or explanation as to why things happened as they did. Please be assured that we will NOT be recommending Davis to anyone anytime soon. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I cannot express my gratitude for Davis Funeral Homes at 1401 S Rainbow enough. My Uncle Adrian passed away while he and I were in Las Vegas visiting family. I had not anticipated, nor contemplated, what it would be like to lose such a close family member out of state and I was not prepared for it when it happened. Davis Funeral Homes picked up my Uncle shortly after his passing. They were extremely respectful and considerate. Their overall mannerisms made me feel understood, comfortable and feel as though my Uncle would be taken care of in their hands. Having flown back to Colorado later that day, I was not sure where to begin with the entire process, even less so from another state. My Uncle was prepared for transportation back to Colorado a week later and during that time Jaye and Elizabeth answered every question I had, provided answers to questions I had not considered, and spoke with the funeral home I chose in Colorado which the entire process so much less overwhelming. I was worried about him appearing over-cosmeticized but he looked completely natural. The shock of losing a family member and arranging services was a difficult and exhaustive combination but because of Davis Funeral Homes' involvement, I was able to breathe a little easier. Elizabeth and Jaye reached out a few weeks later to ensure that I was aware of FEMA COVID-19 funeral assistance program since my Uncle's passing was COVID related, and mailed me a copy of the required paperwork without having to be asked. They also reached out on my Uncle's birthday which I was truly touched by. For such a heartbreaking, life altering time, I am beyond grateful for the staff and their care and compassion.

This was my second encounter with Davis Funeral Homes. My first encounter was with my dear friend's mother's preparations back in 2019 dealing with the Eastern location. We were very pleased with the service at that location. Most recently, we have utilized the Rainbow location for the loss of one of my best friends, specifically we retained Taeya Havens at the Rainbow location. From the first moment we met with Taeya, it was such an uplifting and amazing experience. Taeya has a way of making you feel comfortable with difficult decisions. She is pleasant, understanding, full of knowledge, compassionate, and most of all excellent with her role and position. She kept in constant communication and made this very sad occasion much easier to navigate. I personally do not write reviews often, but Taeya deserves our most sincere thanks, recognition, and appreciation for the incredible work she does and is truly an asset to Davis. While I'm sure most people don't want to have to experience the death of a loved one; and if and when it happens, you will not regret choosing to work with Taeya Havens at Davis. Our hats off to you and we cannot thank you enough from the bottom of our hearts.

Davis Funeral Home on S. Rainbow provided my family with 5-star service. The initial meeting with Tiffany was very informative and very organized and very professional (as were all the staff). She step-by-step walked us through the process. I had never gone through this before, but they think of everything and offer the best guidance - no pressure. She asked questions and made suggestions I would never have thought of, e.g., getting a TSA approved urn to transport the ashes. We met on a Tuesday and the only available date that worked for traveling family was Thursday. They pulled everything together in two days and not a single thing was missed. When it came time for the service, everything was perfect. Every little detail was considered and took so much of the stress off our family. The facility is lovely as is the chapel. I received several follow up calls and texts to keep me either informed or just to ask how I was doing. My experience with Davis and Tiffany and all of the staff could not have been any better. It was perfection and I am so very grateful. I most highly recommend Davis and Tiffany C. and thank everyone there for making this just a little bit easier.

I will give them 4 stars for now. The 5th star will come after the services we have planned for my husband. This was the first time I or any of my kids had to experience this part of life. From the time we walked in we were met with a friendly greeting. The gentleman who helped us was named Mike. His professionalism and expertise is what led me to rate them 4 stars to start. He answered every question and gave us all the information we needed to know. He made me feel comfortable and made me feel confident with the decisions we made. I felt good coming out of there. My husband's services turned out just the way he and I planned. I was able to play his favorite music. We got to toast a shot of Hornitos 100% agave. They made sure I was able to spend some time with him alone and they let me take my time. Overall I was pleased with the turn out. I forgot the name of the gentleman who helped with making sure I was comfortable and I had everything I needed. And there was a lady who helped with the music. Thank you for everything. Oh and another thing, if you are going to cremate - it doesn't take a week or a couple of days it takes 4 weeks to get the ashes back

My brother passed away unexpectedly, he was taken to Davis Funeral Sept 13th, I started calling them at 8am, being told I need an arranger, after 2 days of phone tag, I'm asked if I wanted to make an appointment. Would have been nice to know that on day 1. I was assigned Alexis, who acted like he would be helpful, but he was not. No return calls and unanswered emails, but he has a smart watch. It took 22 days to get my brother to the crematorium. Then I had to call to see when he was going to be shipped, because Alexis never called me to let me know when the cremation was over. Thank God, Angela was there to pick up the slack, Alexis also dropped the ball on sending the death certificates. I recommend Angela, very compassionate and caring and gets thinks done, while you're on the phone with her. She also returns phone calls. Thank you Angela S. Update on remains being delivered. They are in a plastic container that was leaking. We opened the plastic container and found the plastic bag was split on the seam. Alot of the ashes were in the USPS box. Very disappointing.

My father passed away February 13 2021 and I had already pre-planned all of my dad's services with Davis Funeral Home on Rainbow. The staff there was so amazing one of the ladies that helped me out her name was Jay oh my God she was amazing from the time I walked in the door they made me feel comfortable they made me feel relaxed they took off some of the stress that I was having and the day that I did not correspond with the lady J there was another young lady there named Shayla the whole team there was absolutely amazing. When it was time for the funeral they were just so sweet my father looked amazing the slideshow the flowers the music the obituary everything was so perfect they took so much pressure off of me in so much stress I would definitely definitely recommend them for anybody your loved one will absolutely be very well taken care of. I will definitely be preparing myself to utilize their services again for my own burial services. Please go check out Davis Funeral Home on Rainbow it will be worth your while.

This is the third Time we have used the funeral home of Davis Funeral homes in Las Vegas Nevada. The first 2 times was at a different location on 2127 W. Charleston Blvd Las Vegas, NV. This location is closed. For my mother they had moved to 1401 S Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas. On these days of our sorrow & celebration of life they helped with everything. Whatever we did not think about they did. I want to give a special thanks to Jorge Perla who made everything perfect for my mom, Family & Guest. We had the whole place for about two and a half hours, including the reception area with a bar for refreshments, Coffee, snacks etc. We brought the refreshments, and they helped set everything up and made sure no one needed anything. The whole staff was wonderful. If you need services like this when your head is spinning due to the death of a family member, in this case My Mother, Then Davis Funeral homes & Memorial Park is the place to go. Thanks again to the great staff of Davis Funeral Homes.

I can not say enough good things about the staff of the Davis Funeral Home and Chapel on Rainbow Blvd. in Las Vegas. I’ve had both my father and mother’s Memorial Services at their facility in the past 4 years. The staff was extraordinary each time I used their services. They were detail orientated, thorough, kind, sympathetic, knowledgeable and made the entire process so easy for my family. The facility, so unlike a tradition Funeral Homes, lends an ambiance of a Celebration of Life. The freedom given to us to be able to coordinate all aspects of the service from the photo slides, music, staging of home photographs, refreshments for our family and friends to the time frame needed for all guests to be able to show their respect and trade stories and experiences about my parents was exceptional. Thank you again, Davis Funeral Home, for making a most sorrowful event, a beautiful and memorable gathering of family and friends in remembrance of my most cherished parents.

Terrible experience. Aside from their employee Faith who I would give 5 stars to, I would not use this place or recommend it. My mother-in-law and I never received any calls back even when we were told the number was his personal cell and we could reach him any time. I informed the manager and didn't even get an apology. The day before the funeral the guy who was "handling" everything STILL wouldn't return calls, we had to drive to the facility anytime we needed answers to things only to be told only the guy we were working with could assist us- EVEN from the manager. I had emailed a playlist which was very important to my dad and the whole service was done in silence aside from the priest and family/friends speaking. Aside from Faith and the other lady who works there with the shoulder length light brown hair I have never experienced such poor customer service ESPECIALLY at a time that people need it.

My mom passed away suddenly in December. It was a horrible time for my family and I. It was definitely my first time dealing with the death of someone that meant the world to me. I knew nothing about funerals and arrangements like legit nothing. I walked into the rainbow location without an appointment and started crying, while explaining what had happened. They just listened and gave me all the bottled water I could drink. Afterwards they helped me every second of the way, and kept me updated on timelines in fact we knew down to the hour when my mom was being cremated. The kindness and help they gave me at one of the worst times in life will never be forgotten. When my grandpa passed a month later we were back asking for guidance. To the folks that work there...Thank you so much to all of you for everything!

Billy and the rest of the staff at the South Eastern Avenue location were outstanding. From taking care of having my sister transported to the funeral home, to the care he and the staff gave her in order to prepare for my viewing, to the explanation of options, to helping me pick out an urn, to cremation and to having the urn and my sister's ashes shipped to me in Ohio, I could not have asked for better service and better experience during that very difficult time. Everyone was very polite, warm and compassionate. They treated my family and my loved one with dignity and respect. The facility was very clean and inviting. I highly recommend Billy and Davis Funeral Home in Las Vegas.

  • Lara Russell

Davis Funeral Homes were amazing. I was directed to them when my son passed unexpectedly and I had to handle the arrangements alone and in shock. Cheyenne at the Eastern location helped me plan out my wishes and was compassionate and helpful. She responded to all my questions in a lightning fast way. We held the service at the Rainbow location and Jorge was an awesome Funeral Assistant. He welcomed my guests and saw to my every need. He went out of his way to help me display some unique items I brought. In all, I can not recommend Davis enough. It's such a hard time to go through and it was comforting to have such kind and efficient people on my side.

  • Copper Crown

I wish I could give Davis Funeral Home more stars as others have however my mother’s services was disappointing and embarrassing. From the presentation at her service to the burial of my mother was carelessly performed. I brought my concerns to the manager, Billy, and he downplayed any wrong doing. My mother’s hair looked as if nothing was done, the music selection was never played, they selected the wrong picture arrangements for obituaries, there was no microphone available during service, and to top it off she was buried in the wrong grave. You only get one time to bury your mother, unfortunately my memories of my mother’s burial is a nightmare.

  • Rebecca Howser

They were nice and helpful at first until they spelled my mothers name on her marker. Now it’s all my grieving fathers fault and they will charge him again to fix it. Clearly their fault and he paid in CASH for the entire funeral casket and marker plus his own for the future. Awful people how dare they blame the families for their mistake. Deborah is half deaf and it took us 2 hours to get the marker correct with spelling etc all to have it wrong in the end anyway. How awful to have the name is your loved one spelled wrong. Who spells Lynn with one N? Especially since they have all of her other docs: social DL death certificate etc….

  • Michael Tartaglia

My beloved brother recently passed and was placed in the care of Michael Roberts and staff of the Davis Funeral home at the Rainbow Blvd location. They cared for my brother and my family during the services as if they were part of our family, providing warmth and a caring attitude the entire time. The funeral home felt a lot like a nice five star hotel reception center, and my family and guest felt welcomed and enjoyed every minute of their time in the center's chapel and the reception areas. I was happily satisfied with their services, and would highly recommend this location for your loved one's end of life celebration. Mike T.

Just sad, lost my brother July 12th and still do not have his death certificate it’s November. We could take his remains to Russia where he was supposed to be buried but we had to cremate him when we did not want to but there was nothing else we could do. I’m mad and sad and bothered because I still can’t lay him to rest. I’ve emailed and called the director for months and now that I emailed him one last time today a robot responded that the director no longer works there! So where is his death certificate?!?!?!?!?!? You guys put a bigger burden on my family after our tragic loss. I’m heart broken and just can’t believe this

  • Sheryl Tucker

I recently lost my husband of almost 25 years. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Davis Funeral Homes during this traumatic and emotional time. They brought professionalism and organization. The fact that he was being sent to his family plot in another state never slowed them ... they are truly experts. And their staff are personable and contacted me every step of the way ... even after 2 months. I hope not to need them again in the near future, but if I had that need, I would not hesitate to use them. I recommend them highly!! P.S. The receiving funeral home commented on how natural and peaceful he looked ...

From a family that was born and raised on the island of Oahu. We were worried about the mortuary we select. As many people know that are from the islands our cultural environment is just different. I can say with complete heartfelt "aloha" from the time we walked into Davis Funeral Home they provided nothing but the BEST service to myself, my Mom and niece. Matt and his entire staff showed nothing but compassion during our darkest hour. It made the process easier on my Mom to lay my Dad to rest. If you are from the islands and reading this review I want to say without a doubt I would choose them again. Mahalo!

Me and my boyfriend went to Davis looking for a nice place to hold a service for my nephew who passed unexpectedly. What we found exceeded our expectations. The staff is very very friendly and helpful from start to finish through the whole process. From choosing how you wish to bury/cremate your loved one and putting on a beautiful service. We are very happy we entrusted them with the care of my nephew. Highly recommend anybody searching for a funeral home to give them a call. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks again for everything you guys did to make it special. We greatly appreciate it. Tina and Chase.

At the time of grief when you have just lost a loved one, it was really difficult and challenging to have to arrange for what came after the fact. I am pleased that I have chosen Davis Funeral Homes for my brother Thomas’ Funeral service, they have guided me through the whole process, very professional and personally done with care, I'm especially impressed that on the date of the funeral, that they allowed us to live-streamed the service online, so other friends and family who weren't able to come can still join us. It's a solid 5-star rating, really appreciated all your help, and Thank you.

  • Angelica Silveyra

Davis Funeral staff has been a great support during this very difficult time. They were amazing during the process, very flexible and accommodating. They follow up with me often to check up on me and my family. March 5th was my husbands birthday and I was having a really bad day. I felt comfort when I received the text from Davis Funeral checking on me and their prayers for my family. They are awesome and I am happy that my husband rests in peace at the Davis Funeral Home. In a situation like this we want to have a good partner to work with and I am happy we selected the best!!!

  • SUE LAWR

Exceptional service! Son passed unexpectedly. Family all out of state. Had no idea Clark County does not have a morgue and body is sent to 1 of 2 contracted funeral homes depending on the day of the week! The 1st one was horrible! Luckily we found Davis Funeral home and Matthew was our contact. Professional, caring and compassionate from the very beginning. Answered questions, made suggestions and had so much patience. My son is back home with me in the Midwest. So thankful for everyone at Davis. They continue to follow up with me weeks later. Highly recommend them

  • Frank Elston

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Terrible at return phone calls and tried to charge me 400.00 to see my daughter for 15 minutes. As her next of kin I should have been able to do an ID viewing but because we were having her body shipped out of state for the funeral they stopped responding once they realized they wouldn’t be getting money for her death. By the time I got to see her her body was in terrible shape. Do not give these people your business they are only in it for the money and have zero compassion,or empathy they only see you as a paycheck.

Experiencing the loss of a loved one can be devastating. My 14 year old son passed away unfortunately in late April. I chose Davis Funeral Home for my son's service and I was amazed by the attention, kindness, and gratitude I received from everyone involved in the process, especially Alexis. Alexis went above and beyond in helping me lay my son to his final resting place. While planning the service I was also provided with resources such as books on grief, information for counseling and so much more! Bless you and your team and Thank you for everything!

  • Cindy Kettenbeil

Thank you Matthew and the entire staff of Davis Funeral Home. The sudden passing of my husband was an extremely devastating time for me. Selecting a funeral home was an unknown for me, but I can say choosing Davis was my best decision. From the time they came to take my husband to the time I brought him home was nothing but professional, compassionate staff. I was treated with respect and care. No sales pitch, just compassion and what I wanted for my husband. I cannot thank everyone enough for making a terrible time in my life easier to deal with.

  • Lisa Mahoney

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Davis Funeral Home and especially to Mr. Michael Roberts and his staff. My father’s passing was incredibly difficult for me. However, Mr. Roberts kindly and compassionately assisted me in helping to make some of the most difficult decisions I’ve ever made in my life. My dad’s service was almost two months ago, and Mr. Roberts and his staff have continued to keep in contact with me to see how I’m doing. There are no words to express my gratitude for their care and concern!

  • Vinnie Aleccia

Losing a loved one is so hard and Michael and Jaye at Davis Funeral Home helped make it a little easier. They were so kind and helpful and took so much stress off of our family. They arranged a beautiful service and Rabbi Rosenstein was amazing and calming. His service gave us a sense of peace sending my father on his way to be with my mother. I’m just sad that we were unaware of Davis when my mother passed the previous year. They didn’t overcharge us and they just did an absolute wonderful job! Thank you so much.

  • Shantel Roldan

This would definitely be the place that i highly recommend to anyone that unfortunately find themselves in a situation involving the loss of a loved one and a place to have.Davis has the most respectful staff.Having to lose my husband through this era of pandemic Davis staff Michael and Elizabeth had help me with the plans of how this type of services work. They also kept in touch with me on how we are doing. This shows that this place is Not all about making money .They are all about sympathy,Aloha, and heart.

  • Norris chan

The staff has been amazing and have checked on our family even after the service during this difficult time for my family. They are very attention to details, accommodating, and very kind to us. The ceremony was smooth and they took care of everything accordingly. Also they helped with my friend's mom funeral arrangements on short notice with ease and transferred her remains to LA and coordinated with the funeral home in LA smoothly amd efficiently. Jaye, Elizabeth, and the whole staff was amazing.

  • Breanna

Taeya and the staff go above and beyond and makes sure everything goes smoothly. They make you feel at peace especially during such a difficult time and process. Taeya did more than her job and makes the process personable and forms a special connection between all family of our loved one that we put to rest. Thank you so much Taeya and staff of the rainbow location ! The service, chapel, and slideshow was better than I could have imagined for my beautiful father, may he rest in paradise.

  • patty copening

I was going through a really tough time with my fiance's sudden passing. Matthew was so kind and helpful to guide me through the steps of the services and how to prepare for before and after . He was very organized and caring.. Both Matthew and Elizabeth have reached out to me and I was especially touched when they sent me a kind message on his Birthday. I would most definitely recommend them to help with funeral arrangements as they have been so sincere to my family and I. .

  • Vaida Kazlauskaite

Faith and Jaye were very attentive and supportive. I have never had to deal with a death before, so when my partner passed away, I was happy to know I was in good hands. Faith made the most beautiful brochure for his celebration of life. She worked with me until it was perfect. Jaye was kind enough to lend me a urn so I would have it for the celebration. They have been sending follow up text to ensure I am coping well and provided resources in case I needed them.

  • Ashley Seligman

This place helped more than they will ever know during our time working with them. My mother passed away suddenly and we live out of state so being able to get ahold of them in a timely manner was amazing. They were there every step of the way and listened when all I wanted to do was talk. They are the most kind hearted people I have met. They were respectful and honest and this is somewhere I never wanted to be but I am glad these people where there with me.

  • Michelle Corvello

Davis Funeral Home was amazing to work with. My father passed away and I am out of state. I had never had to make arrangements before and I was very overwhelmed. The staff was very warm and extremely helpful. They worked with my schedule of arrival to Las Vegas and made the entire process as easy as possible. I felt they truly listened to what we needed help with. I would highly recommend them to anyone in there time of need. Thanks to your wonderful staff.

  • Jay R

So upset with this place. Please use anyone else but Alexis. My experience was horrible and he took time off in the middle of scheduling services. Also passed off most of his work to the receptionist, after receiving payment. I don’t recommend this place at all, nor Alexis or the African American gentleman at the service. I have to live with this experience forever and they just made the death of my child even worse. Hire someone who actually cares.

  • Sylvia Antuna

Davis, Is a Blessing! Reason my husband Tony just passed away! And when I saw this place I knew it that my husband would of loved it!! The employees at Davis were so nice, supportive and so helpful!! My husband would of been proud and so happy!! The service was so Amazing, the pictures and the Video ! Outstanding!! Our Celebrant that did his service!! Outstanding!! God sent me to this place!! To make sure I received the best care!! Thank you Lord!!

  • Nanci McConnell

The staff was very welcoming..As with any passing of a loved one, it is extremely difficult..Alexis handled everything in regards to my mom's passing..Our family is familiar with funeral home procedures being former owners in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. Alexis went above and beyond as a Director. He hand delivered mom's ashes to me. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility! Thank you Davis Funeral home for your compassion and overall expertise.

  • Karen Golden Edwards

I can only start to say that Davis Funeral Home went far beyond for my needs when my Twin Brother Eugene Golden passed away. I live in Memphis Tn and they handle all of my needs from the beginning including going out of there way to help make sure he was taken to the Military plot in Las Vegas NV. I will highly recommend Davis Funeral Home. They took the time to make sure my family was well taken care of during our very sad time in our lives.

  • Theresa Tallent

Unfortunately I have had to use their services twice in one year. They were very attentive to our needs. They helped us to figure out what we had to due. The employees treated us with respect and compassion. I would highly recommend their services to anyone that has a loss in their family. They have also stayed in touch with me to check on how our family was doing after both of my parents passed away within a year of each other.

  • Natalia Gonzales

I’ve honestly never felt more comfortable during our mourning process for my mother this home was very spacey & very organized an beautiful inside it was just something I know my mother would have loved to see & the staff are well organized an very respectful my mother’s makeup was very beautiful I would 100 times recommend for your loved ones that have passed. Thank you all again for the service we had for my mother ❤️

  • Denie Rasmussen

Very helpful and empathetic staff not trying to upsale multitude of options. Very amenable and capable to customize or personalize to needs or desires. Held my hand through entire process and continues to with follow up compassion and concern. Received many compliments about the Rainbow chapel facility after services there. Thank you Davis Funeral Home for helping our family through this process.

  • Debbie Peterson

Not the best experience. We were dealing with Jose and it feels like he was stumbling thru the process. He would tell us that he would call us back and then we wouldn’t get a call back. We had to follow up a lot. It’s a very trying time and Jose did not make it any easier. I would not refer anyone to Davis unless they were insistent on it. Save yourself the time and trouble and go elsewhere.

  • Sierra Buyao

Peter helped my family and I through the entire process and l can’t express enough how amazing he was. The whole Davis staff was very empathetic, understanding, and even a little comforting. The Davis funeral home itself on S Rainbow was very nice, clean, and I loved the different rooms that were available. Overall they made the entire process extremely simple and not overwhelming at all.

  • David Gonzalez

The entire team from Davis Funeral Homes made a very devastating loss to our family a little bit more bearable. Their kindness and attention helped us lay our beloved son to rest with the solace that he was completely taken care of in his final day and resting place. Me and my family had a great experience with Matthew. He welcomed us like if we was family. Matthew took care of us with every need we had. It was great to meet someone that cares when you are going though the lost of a love one. Matthew did everything to help us have a great service and he know how much my husband was loved me really showed that he cared. Thank you Matt God bless

Worst experience I’ve ever encountered my grandmother passed January 14th and we didn’t receive her ashes until August because they made the mistake of calling the wrong family member to pick her up and then labeled her as abandon cause they never answered which made it ten times to get her because of THEIR mistake will never go back again think twice before you go to them.

Thank You! Shala, Matt whom I mostly dealt with and every one else was incredibly compassionate and understanding. I can thank them enough for easing the pain of loss the way they did.. The funeral home is comfortable and warm considering the situation. I felt really good about giving my mom the honoring she deserved. Thank you again! All of you at Davis!

Davis Funeral Home was great. Taeya and her staff were excellent. I couldnt ask for another funeral home to take over the services and burial. Taeya and her staff made it look easy and was very smooth. I know they really worked hard and took all the stress and pressure off our entire family. Thanks Taeya and Davis Funeral Home!! ! Ronnie~

Many thanks to Robert, Jorge and Alexis for the excellent planning and executing of our Mom's funeral...Mary Stickney...on Saturday 25th February. It all went wonderfully for which we, and our Dad, Dave, are extremely grateful. I would point out one thing, however, please ensure that the camera is appropriately positioned for live streaming.

My husband passed unexpectedly in December of 2021. Davis Funeral Home was very understanding of my needs. The staff was very kind and professional. They were not pushy or forceful in regards to my urn or cremation choices. They went above and beyond by checking on our family a few weeks after his passing. Thank you kindly. The Scott family.

If you ever find yourself in this position and need someone to help you through, come here and ask for Tiffany. She was kind and genuine. She helped with everything possible. She followed up and kept in contact and made sure everything was how you wanted it. Her entire team was amazing. They truly care. Tiffany is literally an amazing soul.

So many issues. Getting the remains was quick and easy. I told this place that if the life insurance won't pay to tell me and I would pay and they said they agree. I now find out they used a third party and is causing so many issues. I would not recommend them unless you okay with being told one thing and then another all the time.
