I would like to share you a brief experience of myne while hiring packers and movers in Bangalore and would surely say you to read it once before hiring any packers for shifting. primarily as I had got posted, I finalized my location and next step as everyone does I searched for packers and movers Bengaluru on google and took recommendations from some of my collogues will searching and finalizing packers, i was recommended Nobroker and porter by google i called up them and they quoted me the lowest, below my budget and I didn't see their review and hired them and on the date of my shifting they had arrived with the smallest vehicle i had ever seen with 3 people, they carried the tools and packing material in a carry bag and even i came to know that they were not direct nobroker staff but were 3rd party. i had no option and send them back later as my tickets were booked i contacted Decent packers which i had finalized prior these people came with a truck my goods deserved, excess packing material and professional staff. MY goods were packed with utmost care and delivered to location with safety. Thanks to the team and agarwalji for their work. I'm one of the happiest customer in your list the review is gone to long but would suggest don't go with 3rd party they wont be responsible as they aren't delivering service instead go directly to packers who would be a single point of contact and take responsibility wholly they say "professionals are professionals" and myself hiring and experiencing Decent packers and movers service proves this saying good blees you team

I wanted to shift from Bangalore to Shimoga and searched a lot on Google. Many came to my house for inspection and gave their quotations. I was particularly looking for IBA approved packers. Couldn't finalize any of the packers due to some or the other issues from their side. Finally, I found Decent Packers on Google just 1 week before relocation. I talked to Madan Lal sir with my requirements. From day 1, he was very kind to provide all the details, necessary documents, photos etc and was very flexible in my timings, Bill related queries, labour related requirements etc. He did follow-up on a daily basis to make sure all my requirements are taken care of. With best quotation. The vehicle reached house on time on shipping day and all the employees were very much efficient in their duty and desciplined, hard-working. Even if we reached late to the destination, unloading/unpacking was neat and up to the mark. There was no damage to any item at all. Packing/Loading everything was excellent. Moved my house lately with these packers and I must say I am blown away with the speed, humility and good price offering(no hidden costs) It was our first time moving houses with packers and it was super smooth and fluid. Not once we felt we need to reiterate or followup For a 1 bhk movement, they came down by 9 am and packed everything and moved over to new location by 1 pm. By 4 pm unpacking was complete. They are very punctual with timings. Key things I liked about their service: 1) Very straight forward, professional and humble behaviour. Right through booking to the completion of movement. 2) you can book over the phone and they whatsapp you all the details you will need. All the details will be provided over whatsapp in detail. 3) They pack even the small items the way u want and rest assured it is very safe. Plus they will unpack and arrange exactly the way u want. 4) Labour men don't ask for tips or make sull faces. But please do tip them, they are humble and good people. I will go for these packers again and will recommend them as well.

Till now we have shifted our two homes and used their service. Booking has done on call & it was super easy. They negotiate on the price too. After booking few persons will come with all packaging materials includes boxes, tapes, bubble wrap, cushioned fabrics for fridge, washing machine, television & other heavy appliances. They dispersed our two beds(from urban ladder)very carefully & again assemble it in our new home ,that was done so smoothly without loosing a tiniest part of our beds. Other things were also packed very carefully including kitchen items. There was no rush seen in their job & that makes moving hassel free. After moving they gave us one week to return their boxes and reuse them. This is a very nice way of reusing without creating waste. They brings their own vehicle for moving too. Overall our 2 times experience was good.

Very professional, and punctual movers and packers. 4 staff members were allotted for our movement within Bangalore. They arrived on time. They did all the packing very efficiently. They were very cautious with handling delicate items and gadgets. They moved our stuff the same day, unpacked and re-assembled our bed, and other furniture. Despite being tired after a long day of work, they obliged when we asked them to move furniture around the house in our desired spots. All our goods were transferred safely. No damage was done to anything at all. The truck that was provided for the movement was high and could not fit in the basement of our apartment. So trolleys we're provided by the movers n packers themselves for moving the furniture from the basement to the truck. I totally recommend Decent movers n packers in Bangalore.

The packing and moving was handled very well by the team of 4. There was no damage to any item. The team was very efficient and they were always smiling. They reported on time as well. The reminders and followup done by Decent Packers & Movers was very helpful & timely. The team also helped to place the bigger items in their respective places. Well planned and professional approach. They came a few days ago, gave us a few carton boxes to pack stuff in peace. Then their team came one day earlier and packed most of the stuff properly. Then came on the moving day for the final packing and then started loading the truck. They properly transported the stuff, unpacked properly even though it took a lot of time, even assembled the furniture and helped with some carpentry work too. Best part is they were always smiling and pleasant and always willing to help. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to make a move.

Decent Packers And Cargo Movers provide exceptional service. I had to send some furniture from my place in Bangalore to my native in Northern part of India, upon contacting them they provided reasonable price and the items were packed properly(3 layers of packing) on the decided date and time. The package reached before the decided date. The items transported reached in perfect condition without any tampering. If anyone wants to transfer goods from one place to another within India, would highly recommend them, true value for money service is provided by them.

I had taken their service for local shifting. I must say that there service is pathetic and not upto the mark. Pricing was also on a steep side. Their packing was also not satisfactory and their packing material is also of cheap quality. They do not even compensate for the stuff they broke. Mr. Madan who works here, does not know how to talk to customers. They broke my table worth 25k, bed worth 60k and when I called them to compensate, Mr Madan was abusive and non cooperative. I just do not recommend them as there are better people working across this city.

I took the services of Decent packers n movers last month. I requested them to provide me with some cartons beforehand. They gave me 15 cartons 5 days before the shifting and this helped me a lot. I got a hard working, efficient and professional team. They arrived on time, packed all our items properly. They know their job well. Mind Blowing service.The best packers in town according to me. Reasonable rate very good service I recently witnessed it. The movers were so friendly and not for a second they hesitated to work really appreciate their whole team. They were on time though their price is higher then market but you get that covered in the service they provide even during the pandemic as per rule their whole staff was vacinated and im pleased to get reffered them highly recommendable from my point of view .

Such an irresponsible people. Packaging was worst and my sofa which I had purchased recently got damaged because of these idiots. They did not pack the fridge properly and final result was dent on front side. Even my kitchen unit was also damaged and some of the items went missing. One of the worst packers and movers in the city. Trust them , if u want to loose bcz staff is completely unprofessional and they handles all items very roughly. Such an worst packers.

Very good experience with Decent. They moved our entire household stuff from Bangalore to Mysore in 2021. They were extremely careful and thorough. All crockery and glass arrived intact. Only deducted one star because they were slow and inefficient with the loading. Total packing and loading took seven hours.
