There's just not enough staff. Lots of people waiting around cos there was only one person upstairs. We had to guess our daughters shoe size, as the staff member who used the manual sizer said he was just guessing too.

There was a lovely lady called Chelsea that helped me pick out a pair of work shoes and protectant so that they would last longer. I was in a rush and she was quick and efficient. 10/10 customer service !!
