I am a student here and have been for the past 11 years. This school is great, the other students are kind, most teachers are good at teaching, but there are a few things that are really frustrating. Many teachers are really strict on matters not related to studies. I've heard others saying that their teacher had checked their device. Teachers will also shout about the smallest things. But many of these strict teachers teach really well so if you follow their way for the period, there wont have much problems. Another problem is the uniforms. The P.E uniforms are very comfortable but the white uniforms (which are the normal uniforms) are really uncomfortable. For girls we have to wear divider skirts and have no options to wear pants. The school P.E periods are also a problem as the teachers dont care about what the child is doing. The dont see wether children are playing the sport properly or not. They just sit somewhere and chit-chat. Other than that the school is nice. I have'nt had any experience with bullying and have neither heard of anyone else having problems with bullying. The school has a good enviorment for studying. Students and parents had been contantly complaining about exams and this year they have changed many things and lowered the no. of exams.

The primary wing of DPS sharjah is really good. It's well maintained and most of the teachers are fantastic and make every student feel cared for. Senior wing is a whole other story. The building is dilapidated and receives virtually no maintenance. I think teachers are generally underpaid and it sometimes shows in the way they teach, so I don't think they're to blame. There is blatant nepotism and a level of sexism and misogyny that has no place in the 21st century. There are obvious disparities between boys' and girls' facilities, the most evident being the library. The boys library is a well-stocked, two-storey building while the girls library is a classroom with some bookshelves lining the walls. This should be considered unacceptable really, seeing that both girls and boys pay the same (relatively high) fees and should obviously have access to the same resources and facilities. The same goes for the difference in sizes of washrooms/classrooms between the girls and boys block. While DPS gave me and others a great run for grades 1 to 5, the senior wing is not really worth the fees you pay for it, and any of the prestige it held during the 2000s is long gone.

Worst school ever to child can go to. Me as a new student didnt get bullied by kids but a teacher. she used to say all the newcomers are useless even though my notes and marks were good. and whenever some dumb kids make some noises the teacher used to say all the class that it was our culture and our family taught us that and we are kids from jungles. she used to say if you cant study dont come to the school even when we are good. I remember one day in the period the mam told us to take our devices out i asked my to take his device out as mine was low charge bcz we had chapter test but she thought i was playing games in my device and made my stood up and said my family taught me that and i cant study and i should not come to the school. she also said that all the newcomers are useless.I was in depression bcz of this school. the only thinkg fun was P.e which used always get cancelled. so i just left the school and now i am living happily in india. My friends were good but the other kids are very toxic and the teachers dont care about it. Caution: dont send your kid to this school he will be in depression unless he is a teachers son or a topper.

I would have given a 0 but there's no option. Enrolling at DPS was a grave mistake This "school" seems more focused on creating a pressure-cooker environment than providing a healthy learning experience. The overwhelming workload, constant tests, and never-ending projects turned my child's educational journey into a nightmare. The school's obsession with academic performance disregards the mental and emotional well-being of its students, coupled with teachers who lack empathy, created a toxic environment that stopped growth rather than fostering it. For any parent prioritizing their child's happiness and overall development, I strongly advise avoiding DPS Sharjah at all costs due to its detrimental and torturous approach to education. THEY ONLY GIVE ATTENTION TO THE CHILDREN WITH GOOD MARKS INSTEAD OF HELPING THE SLOWER ONES. NO ONE IS TAUGHT HYGIENE AT ALL. IT IS A COMPLETELY TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE FOR THE NEW CHILDREN/PARENTS. Please for ur child's sake do not enroll ur child.

The only reason im giving this high of a rating is because of the memories with my friends.(if you notice alot of spelling errors its because of the bad english teachers in this school) Or else this school would be 0/5 stars. the senior wing is trash and the bathrooms smells worse than a sewer. they charge us for textbooks which never get used they call screens "smart board" even though its not(i know what a smart board is because of my old school) The Children are not taught hygiene. The buses are an average midnight in Marine Drive in mumbai Some teachers use absurd words which dont leave kids with good influence.(Sak-) they give simple things complex names to make it sound like its professional. When i read these types of reviews before i thought they were fake but since online school stopped the reviews reflected the school. now, coming on to the exams if i did 1 pushup for each exam, i would defeat every WWE person together in 0.025 seconds.

Senior wing is one of the worst ever seen Very dirty bathrooms in the boys block, with lack of facilities, however girls bathrooms are fully cleaned and have full facilities You are judged by your marks in this school, if you score bad teachers will look down upon you Very high fees Lack of opportunities for students who have talents, the same students are chosen almost every year for school teams Books are almost 3 times the price, bullying is very common in this school, buses are crowded and the school is only behind money, nothing else. Pathetic school, the worst in Sharjah, do not send your kids here, its a school driven by money No equality among boys and girls in this school

this school was a brilliant place for me. as a former student i was upset that i had to leave and shift to india. i have alot of memories here good and bad but mostly good. they give extra classes if they see you dont do well in classes and they also do fitness tests during our pe periods. most of the teachers are kind and chill cant say that for all of them cause whats a school without strict teachers. overall this was the best school i have attended in my life and i have spent 7 years of my life here.

DISGUISTING, HOW THE HELL IS THE MISTRY OF EDUCATION ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN TO THE FUTURE OF OUR GENERATION??? BULLIYING! THIS SCHOOL SHOULD BE CLOSED! I urge parents to not admit their kids here.

Had the most amazing experience at the EMP programme at DPS Sharjah today. the show not only brought out the amazing work of the students but highlighted the hard work the teachers are investing with each and every student. can't be more proud than today of being a part of the DPS family.

The only reason I am giving a one star because of the memories I had with my friends or else this school is not worth the money.teacher only care about the smart students in the class, and don’t care about the students who are getting low …

  • Manoj .M Khan

The primary wing is very good. And also the senior wing is more bigger and better than the primary wing. I like senior wing the most than primary wing. But still I give it a 5/5 super . …

DPS Sharjah do not answer the calls, you will be tired calling of their extensions but they will never pick their calls. It is so difficult to communcate with any department.

  • Lakshya Kumaar

As a school, it is amazing, the teachers are very accepting, according to my son, and when I went there for a function, I found all of the staff there very welcoming.
