Nice place, no queuing in general ticket counters, and have a busy schedule of train full day, here you can have services of Delhi metro (red line) shahdara station and Shahdara Bus Terminal. But reservation counter is not so good, long queue, and you want for reservation of tickets, you have to wait atleast 3 hours in queue . That's why I give it here 3 stars only, -2 stars for not managed reservation system.

Need cleanliness at the station and at outside area, it's very dirty and very empty after evening, place feels a bit creepy after evening, no proper transportation services after 8-9 PM so please be prepared. Very less stoppage at this station Shahdara metro on redline is nearby you can take the metro from there.

Enquiry counter are not good. They didn't give correct details and the announcement for coming trains are not completely they didn't announce train name and train number. And display of train details are not working properly they didn't update the information of trains. And no any charging points on the platform

It is well connected by metro (Red line). Station has four platforms. Hygiene is an issue but people should throw their trash in dustbin I saw them throwing wrappers, they must be responsible first for cleanliness. There are no screens to display any coach positions, please install them ASAP.

Most of the trains are late. Cleanliness is better than earlier situation but need improvement like other stations. Rail wire WiFi facility is there and that's good. Water point by Indian railway is a good facility extended here it's in platform no. 2 and 3.

Not too much cleaning in this station and also not updated as a 21th century station no LED screen for showing train coaches position and also screen for showing train timings

The cleanliness of the station is not good at all, the toilet is not there, it is dirty, the water tap is broken, that means it did not look good at all.

Very old rly north station having 3 pf n rly irctc counter old approx 32 year old neat clean pf n many passengers train mail exp stopping here.

I visit here last month the condition of junction is very nice and security is too good
