My siblings & I rented the Noah van & had the pleasure of riding with Pius for our 7 hr drive. He's the most patient experienced even keeled human. We had near miss collisions that would have ended tragically due to mindless horrible drivers & thanks to Pius that was avoided. Third time we asked for Pius& he wasn't available to our disappointment but the booking agent assured us they'd have a good experienced driver. We got Zachary & had the same experience as he was just as extremely careful & mindful that he had passengers & avoided near miss head on collisions! I gotta say , I've never seen such dare devilish driving passing within inches of on coming traffic!!! Thanks to these experienced drivers all went well. The only thing was issues with the breaks on our last trip & tire pressure, van was older model. but that didnt cause much delay. On arrival to Nairobi one of my bros forgot his wallet. We frantically attempted to reach the office after hrs& in about 15mins there was a knock at the door & it was Zachary with the wallet!! The glee on our faces was priceless!! Next trip to Nairobi we are most definitely using this company, plus it's run/owned by women, Girl power!!

DO NOT RESERVE WITH THEM. UNRELIABLE. Booked a cab for a trip. 30 minutes before I was scheduled to pick me up I was contacted saying all cabs were engaged and the reservation was cancelled. I called and they didn't give me an explanation and just apologized. They seem to fail to understand the concept of reservations involves reserving a vehicle.

Very bad service, I used delight cab for a 5 days stay in Nairobi , way and return from hotel to office, 2nd day morning cab late by 1h30min, 3day end of day can late by 45min, 5th day morning cab late by 1h.... then for me this company is not reliable at all.

They will call you last minute claiming a pick up they had confirmed is not possible because their vehicles are held up. Proceed with caution.
