Dr.Rodriquez is an excellent dentist, but she s no longer there. She only works ever other Saturday at this office. The receptionist desk needs more training. I recently booked an appointment for a teeth cleaning and the receptionist set my appointment with a dentist that was outside of my insurance network. When I arrived to the dentist office on the day of the appointment, I was informed that the dentist that I would be seeing was out of network and that I would have to pay a deductible on my cleaning. (Granted, my job insurance offers 100% payment on my dental cleanings when I go to a dentist that is inside of our network.) So, upon arriving at the dental office to reschedule my appointment with a dentist in my network. Unbeknownst to me, the receptionist scheduled me an appointment for three days later with the same dentist that was out of my network instead of booking me for the on staff dentist that is inside of my network. I arrived at the new appointment and after the treatment I was told that I had a balance for the cleaning. I was livid! Simply because I’m not a new client and they have my insurance information on file. They’re supposed to verify your insurance information and tell you if the dentist they’re booking you for is inside of your network and then allow you the opportunity to choose. It was total chaos in the office that day, especially amongst Dr. Owens’ and his clients. If you visit this dental office, please make sure that they schedule you with dentist that are inside of your network. Please asked them to double check before leaving the office and be sure to verify the time of your appointment because they changed our appointment time 3 times without contacting us.

Extremely disappointed. My original appointment was for a Friday afternoon. I was called to reschedule because of the harsh weather. Now after reading the reviews I was skeptical but decided to try them anyway as people have different experiences. I filled out my patient information online which included dental insurance. I rebooked for a Tuesday. Arrived at my appointment on time just to be asked for my dental insurance again (my insurance doesn’t have a card it’s all online),which wouldn’t load in the building so now it’s taking more time to get me processed. She finally decided to call to verify insurance which I’m use to this being done before the appointment. Was then asked to fill out a questionnaire which asked me all the same questions that I answered online. My appointment was at 11:30am it’s now 12:40pm. I was told it was two people ahead of me but during my wait four people got called to the back. I asked how long and was told they are cleaning the room. I finally get called to the back at 1pm. She took my X-rays and said the doctor would be in shortly. At 1:30 still no doctor. I left. I used my lunch break for work just to get a cleaning and two hours later I still wasn’t seen. But, if I was 15 minutes late my appointment would’ve been cancelled l, right?!

Worst dental experience ever!! I will never go back. I waisted 2 and a half hours there, after they called ME asking for an appointment!! I spent 2 hours in the waiting room. Very unprofessional. The staff booked 5 people at the same time as me and only had three dentist. After 45 minutes I went to go ask about my appointment. They kept telling me I was up next. After an hour and a half of waiting I asked for the manager. She came out and lied to me and told me I was nexted up. After 30 more minutes of waiting they called me back. I was sitting in the dentist chair not being checked out for 30 more minutes before a dentist came in. He came in and was very rough with me. He looked at my teeth scraped my gums. Making my gums bleed. He was there for 5 minutes before he left and told his assistant to clean my teeth. (I have never had an assistant clean my teeth). The assistant cane in rude as ever complaining about having to squeeze me in (after waiting 2 hours in the waiting room ). She cleaned my teeth in 5 minutes and left. I felt like she didn’t do a good job. I will NEVER be back

It was a really good experience. Super friendly staff. I had a molar that was causing great pain and in desperate need of being pulled. When I called the manager was kind enough to fit me in the next day at 10am. I arrived early and they got in the dentist chair within 20 min (including me filling out new patient paperwork). They move really quickly to get you in and out. This may feel rushed to some but they will adjust based on your comfort level. They actually added cleaning and polishing to this visit for an emergency extraction. And they gave me time to adjust to the pressure and difficulty of my extraction. My tooth was a monster to get out because of how it had shifted and the fact that it was severely decayed and broken. I wanted a copy of my paperwork and they had it ready when I left. I was so happy to leave there minus a toothache and with a brighter smile. This office was recommended by a friend that said they accept Medicaid. I was not expecting good service because of some reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely go again especially for early mornings.

They are horrible. They called me to take my insurance information days prior to the appointment but did not run it until the actual appointment. Appointment was for my daughter who was told she could not be seen after sitting in the waiting area for over an hour because miraculously ALL of their dentists quit that were in network with my insurance [literally 20 different dentists] and NONE of the new dentists are in network. Aside from the questions of why would you wait until the day of to run this information when all other offices run it prior to prevent this very thing from happening. Why would all the dentists quit at the same time and again why would you not do your duties and do diligence to screen that information prior to the appointment??? Prior to time being taken off from work, gas used and time wasted sitting in the waiting area over an hour for 10 minutes worth of time? I work in the health field in authorizations dept and do this very thing, so save your excuses. Do NOT use this business.

This dentist was not professional there was a worker beating on the wall while I was waiting in pain. The dentist than prescribed me 500 mg Tylenol in 500mg amoxicillon. I have a gum disease where I was told I would lose all my teeth before I'm 40. Which I'm well aware of I also had a huge abscess at the upper level of my mouth. With three severely broken teeth. I have been prescribed penicillin because of how severe in decayed the teeth is. I assume he thought I wanted pain pills when he was referring to opioid which I never asked for. I said the antibiotics he prescribed was to weak. Not the pain pill in which I didn't matter what pain pill I was given I didn't want it. In than they gave me referrals to place where they are not available.

This is got to be the worst experience. I’ve been dealing with them at this office. I had to make three separate appointments to get a fill-in because they have me waited almost 2 to 3 hours every time after my scheduled appointment the third time I come back they did a Fill in and I told the doctor that it was hurting and my tooth was hurting and my two has been hurting ever since then two weeks later for them to have me to come in today at 12:30 I have any sit there for two hours, and still not getting nothing to eat anything done but an x-ray which showed I do not have an infection, so she obviously dug in my mouth too much when she was doing the fill in which I told her I’m going to take other actions because this is not satisfactory

Went for a routine cleaning with my daughter. Dr Bhuiya was my dentist that day. The worst experience ever. After waiting for 2 hours after my appointment time, Dr Bhuiya comes in with his assistant. I had to remind his assistant to cover my shirt right before he starts. He cleans some of my teeth and forgets the other, rushes my daughter to the chair and cleans some of her teen and forgets the other. Both my daughter and I felt very unsatisfied with the cleaning. Will never recommend the place or the dentist. This microwave service is affecting our health. Let’s take our time and treat people better and give them the service they pay for. We even decided to report to my insurance and ADA. This is not acceptable

Honestly left here in tears because of the run around my child is getting. As a mother you would think some of these women at the desk would have a heart and be sympathetic but no every one is just so nonchalant. Customer service is just horrible. No type of communication. I was told i would receive a call back about an issue I had with one of the dentist there. Of course I never received it so I had to call back. Got scheduled and waited a 1 hr & a half for my appointment. Still didn’t get seen so I just left. Currently in the process of filing formal complaint with BBB & also spoke with a lawyer about malpractice issues that my child is having to go through. I pray every one here reaps what they sow.

One of the best Dentist I have ever had or been to he was very patient with me. I can not take pain at all and he got me through it all. At first I was very difficult, each time I was there it got better and I honestly trust and respect his opinion to the fullest extent. Very professional and the only minority person I have ever seen at this facility in Chatham area. I praise God and his Son Jesus Christ for allowing me to go to this facility. Waited an hour before I was called back just to have to wait 20 more minutes before someone actually came in to start my daughter appointment. What’s the point of making appointments if you still have to wait. You all need better time management and are inconveniencing ppls lives. I don’t remember the assistants name however she just walked in sat at the computer and started asking questions. NO greeting, NO introduction of who she was or what she would be doing. Terrible experience today. There’s another dental assistant a guy with shoulder length dreadlocks he had better customer service than the female assistant and the DOCTOR

The service at the desk was okay but when I went to the back to get my teeth cleaned the dentist was rushing he didn’t even ask me my name he just started deep cleaning my teeth all fast n hard and I just feel like he could have been a little more gentle and when I said something about it he just shrugged it off. It’s not fair because I’m on Medicaid I get treated like this and he only cleaned half of my mouth claiming insurance doesn’t cover the whole mouth. I know nothing will change until I get better healthcare but for the people who have to settle for this I feel bad for them because this experience was terrible.

The wait time was abnormal long. My son and I had a 1pm appointment time and had to wait a 1hr 30min before getting call to the back. We went to the back around 2:30 pm. Other people had came in and it seem as if they were called before me, I was told there was different doctors that’s why. So I had to sit and wait patiently. However the doctor didn’t fill my cavity and stated I had to get my tooth pull first so, I got a referral and I’m pretty sure my tooth won’t get pull for a least 8 months because St Benares had a long wait time, so now I have to be very mindful of my cavity.

Yes the old people where nice this new crew is ok. But the doctor like he always makes me upset this time he pierced my lip with numbing then only did what he wanted cause he didn’t fully finish a patient before me. My appointment was at 10:30 it’s now 1:30 and I’m still here waiting numbing wearing off so that means more shots . Plus he always gets it wrong I tell him it’s one thing he does another smh. I miss the old doctor he missed up sometimes to but he got it right after. This doctor makes it convenient for him not for the patient. SMH I’m change dental offices soon.

10am appointment. Arrived 09:50. Not a new patient. Insisted on refilling paperwork. Sent to a room 10:05. And waiting now 11:11. I had to stop and ask employee walking by will it take much longer. A kind response with apologies dentist finishing up with another client. Let's go back to when I arrived. I think I counted about 10 other patients signed up for a 10 am appointment. Why do that? I must have received 4 calls or texts to confirm my 10am appointment. Okay maybe my patience is being tested. Thank you but this is my last visit.

I almost did not go to this place, base on some of the reviews, but after going, I would highly recommend, I normally do not do reviews but this was very important to give. All the bad reviews given must have been on past Services. Everyone, was very professional and I did not wait long to be seen. I've been searching for a Dentist for a very long time that would accept my insurance and give excellent Service, this office has exceeded my expectations and I plan on continuing service with them.

The receptionist were nice however the dentist I had Mr.Bhumya was very rude. I went in for a cavity fill and a chipped tooth. He rushed my service, did not do my fill in and shaved my tooth down when I asked for a bonding fill in. Instead he told me we couldn’t do that today but gave no reason as to why. He rushed me to get out of his chair and gave me no knowledge on my dental health as well as what I should do going forward. Do not go here if you have Medicaid insurance!

I scheduled an appointment online yesterday and came in today to be seen. First off the place was nice & clean. The front desk service was amazing I felt like I was they friend! super kool staff. At first I was thrown off because I seen a lot of young people walking around but DR Jackson and the others were so nice. Wasn’t a super long wait. Dr J was attentive to what I had came in for and was willing to get my wisdom teeth pull without having to refer me to somewhere else.

I had to wait an hour after my scheduled appointment before I was ushered in for x-rays then another 45 minutes before seeing the dentist only for him to spend less than five minutes so call cleaning my teeth. He did not floss between my teeth and he did not use any products to clean the surface of my teeth. It appeared that they overbooked all their children appointments on this holiday. Thank goodness for the pleasant professional office staff. I won't be returning.

The office manager and the gentleman at the front desk, Alex, were very kind and approachable. They effectively de-escalated a dreadful encounter we had with the dentist. I've been bringing my son here for over 5 years because we've always had a pleasant experience. However, there's a new dentist on staff who's proven to be ill-mannered on two separate occasions. In addition to her curtness, she lacks courtesy and respect. I would not recommend her.

Poor communication in this place the wait time is bad. I had to set there for 1.5 hours and no communication after being told I was the 3rd one to be called and 5 other people was called before me. Place is cold and the front deck is not to friendly. The mexican chicks at the front desk have a problem hang up on folks. This place need new professional staff from management to front desk. They can't keep workers anyway so out with the old in new.

Went for a tooth extraction a week ago but it was so infected I needed to be put on antibiotics first. Man, was I pouting. I wanted that thing out of my mouth. Went back last night, and although it was a stubborn one, they got it out with no issues. I wish I could remember the name of the dentist because he was so patient. The assistant was friendly too. Gave me a lot of fresh gauze and sent me on my way.~

I wanna start by saying Ms.Ieasha (receptionist)is a life saver I spoke with her on the phone and I must say she’s heavenly sent. She made my life much easier. She’s the best! Then I walked in looking how I feel (horrible) and Mr.Alexander (receptionist ) made me feel like next top model knowing I was a mess! Last the dentist did exactly what I needed with no problems! I left a happy patient!

Went in for the first time yesterday for an abscess a walk in. The place was clean quiet and the staff were very polite and welcoming. They were able to fit me in same day no issues and no long wait. The doctor and assistants were very pleasant and comforting as well. The procedure was done in no time. Thanks Dental Dream, I’ve finally found a dental home.

One star just because I CANT leave none. First and last time going, came in 20 minutes early to fill out information. My appointment was at 11:00 just to be called at 12:00. Then had me waiting in the back for an extra 35 minutes while I hear and see the employees joking and having conversations behind the desk so I got up and just walked out.

Dentist Dr. R WAS nice. Just did his job. The assistant didn't introduce herself which I feel if you are going to help be in someone mouth, you should introduce yourself. The play room for children need to be repaired. It looks bad as if the company does not want to put anymore money into this place. Not a good look. But service was ok.

This is the only place that made my partials correct. They take Medicaid and they take other insurance and are very affordable . Problem I have some of their dentists seems like they only come once or twice a month. You wait 30 to 2 hours to be seen when you have an appointment; otherwise, they would have received five stars.

I had a 2:30 appt. Got there at 2:00 they called me in at 2:20 put me in the last room which was cold. I sat in that room for over a hour. I got up and left. If I was a hour late for my appt. I would have to rescheduled. They booking to many people. First time going and I will never go back or tell anybody to go there.

I took my great=grandson for his first dental visit. The staff was excellent at helping this 3 year old feel comfortable and the dentist not frightening. They used techniques that helped the little guy understand going to the dentist is important. The office was child friendly and wait time brief.

My appointment was for 10:40am I got there at 10:45am. I was called to the back an hour later and they took X-ray. While in the back after the X-ray they had me waiting over an hour just for a cleaning. They were clearly overbooked. Don’t come here unless you want to be waiting for hours

Today 12/21/23 was the best ever. I had a 10am appointment and I was called at 10:15am! Once you get in the back it's great but if you have a 2pm appointment you may not get seen until 3:00 or 3:30pm. I understand things happen but this overbooking is all the time.

Saturday was a terrible experience with Dr. Ko. We could not get quetions answered, the service sucked and we were left sitting in the dental chair with incomplete service. My suggestion to Dr. Ko is to stay home or call off when you do not feel like working.
