My son was going regularly we initially had no issues. However, my son needed 2 crowns and was scheduled to have them done well we show up at 8:40am as I'm walking in the door the front desk girl told me that Dr. Ochoa flight was cancelled so they were cancelling all there appointments. That being said I kept my comments to myself & left. Well I called back to reschedule & they set me up as if my son only needed another cleaning when we had just gone 3 weeks ago & we went in thinking he was going to get his crown work done. Well then they said they were going to squeeze us in for him to get to his crowns well they did the work & then I called back Tuesday because my son was in pain and their phones weren't working well I called all day and wasn't able to get through so I finally got a hold of them Wednesday & they say someone will call me back & they call me after hours & the girl starts telling me that they are short staffed then I said how is that my fault?! She then says I didn't have a whole lunch I only had a 15min lunch again how are these thing my fault or my problem? I am just completely upset and frustrated with the entire team. I will not be going back! & I definitely do NOT recommend anyone to take their children there!!!

I had a very bad experience when I took my 6 y/o daughter to see Dr. Ochoa. I decided to never go back there and have since found an excellent dentist at Practical Approach to Pediatrics. I am a physician myself and I noticed Dr. Ochoa to have NO BEDSIDE MANNERS WHATSOEVER. She was grumpy and my daughter felt uncomfortable. She did not introduce herself to me. Just came and sat down next to my daughter in a very uncaring manner and told her to open her mouth. I never thought a dentist working with little kids could be so grumpy & uncaring. What is really horrible is that she misdiagnosed my daughter as having many cavities and that did not make sense to me so I took her for a 2nd opinion and the results were completely different. I think Dentistry for Little Folks is out for your money and purposefully they claim children to have many disorders in order to make money for themselves. Public be aware! Do NOT go to Dr. Ochoa.

I have to agree that their practice has likely outgrown their staff and the space. I always find the staff to be kind and receptive. However, I have to pry information out of them, it's not offered. They are always over booked creating long wait times. They are always in a hurry so maybe less attentive then they should be. For instance, my daughter was given se data too for a procedure. The assistant did not tell me what the oral sedatitive was before she administered it. Further, my daughter was left unattended in the room after initiation of the gas. Luckily I'm an ICU nurse so I monitored her...but what if I wasn't. Makes me wonder. I likely won't return based on my experiences. However, I have high hopes they can self correct their course.

I had a procedure for my 2-year-old daughter scheduled after speaking to the anthestolgist office it was advised I should cancel. I called to let the dentist's office know Karina called me back to say she would cancel it. I asked if I could reschedule she said she would look at her schedule and let me know. I then asked if we could be put on a waitlist if nothing was available anytime soon as she indicated. Karina got super irritated and said I already told you that. When I asked why she was getting so frustrated she said because she kept saying the same thing over and over. I called back to speak to a manager and was put on hold and no one ever picked up the line.

The waiting area with entertainment like the Xbox is a brilliant touch, making the experience fun and stress-free for the little ones. The top-notch equipment and facilities reassure us that our children are in good hands. We couldn't be more satisfied with their services. Dentistry for Little Folks has made dental care a positive and enjoyable experience for our family.

We came to Dentistry For Little Folks after having a bad experience at another dentists’ office and we are so glad we made the switch. Everyone from the front desk staff, dental assistants, to the dentist are friendly, helpful and competent. I really appreciate how transparent the front office is about the cost of treatment *in advance.* My daughter takes very good care of her teeth but unfortunately due to genetics, she still gets a lot of cavities. My teeth are the exact same way. Dr. Ochoa has never once shamed my daughter for her cavities and she has a very patient and calm demeanor. We highly recommend this office!

I never thought I'd be reviewing a dentist office but this one is well worth it. The entire staff have amazing attitudes and are super nice and loving. They really really take their time and slowly and kindly talk to the children like children, not like adults. They even make ME calm and relaxed just listening to them talk my child thru the procedure. The office and EVERY SINGLE ROOM is decorated with nice new (not old and outdated or dirty never wiped down toys) for the kids. They also have state of the art super awesome up to date x-ray machines which make it super easy for the kiddos.

I made an appointment over a month ago for my daughter to be seen Aug. 12th. They called me on Aug. 8th to tell me that they can't see her because she already turned 16 and they age out at 15. I asked the person that called me why I wasn't told when I made the appointment. She told me that she asked the girl that made the appointment and the girl told her "I must have had a bad day!" They did not seen to care at all that they totally messed up an appointment for someone right before school starts. The Dentists have always been nice. The office staff needs some major work.

I’ve been taking both of my kids for the past 2 years. My last visit I waited about 45 minutes to be called just to be seen. Dr Ochoa is great and her assistants in the back are very comforting and loving with the kids. My biggest concern and issue is the front desk staff. They come off very rude and WILL hang up on you if they are not in a good mood without saying bye or have a good day as most professional practices would require. If it wasn’t for Dr Ochoa I would NOT continue taking my kids there ! Very unprofessional !

We have been taking our children here since the place opened more than ten years ago. With three children we've made at least two dozen visits over that time and never once had an issue. The staff is always friendly and Dr. Ochoa is amazing with the kids. We have never waited more than ten minutes to be seen and have always had our questions answered. The kids love going to the dentist not only because it is such a fun and inviting place but also because the staff makes them feel so comfortable.

I have 3 children ages 1, 4, and 6 and we have had a wonderful experience with going to the dentist since switching to this office. I'm surprised to see some of the reviews by unsatisfied parents because our experience has been so wonderful. Our 6 year old daughter was terrified at first because of multiple bad experiences with other providers and the staff and dentist were very patient and kind to her. We are very happy to be patients at dentistry for little folks.

My son loves going to the dentist. The office is very cute and everyone is very friendly. The fish and turtles make the office a fun place. The TV's are a great addition. Nothing like watching a little TV while your having your teeth cleaned. Dr. Ochoa was great and took time to talk to me. She has a wonderful personality and really knows how to talk to kids. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. I'm glad I found this office.

My daughter is smiling like that in an X-RAY chair! I've been taking my kids to this dentist for a long time and I love them. They create such a positive experience for the kids, which is so important for them at a young age. I had to go somewhere else once because of an insurance change, and I hope I never have to do that again...my kiddos are so excited for their dental appointments and the doctors are very helpful and caring.

I have been going here for over a year with my 4 children. One of my kids has had a few procedures. Every time they are running behind and tell me usually when I've complained. Today we have been here for over 2 hours waiting and we made an appointment. They definitely don't respect your time even though you've made an appointment. I will be taking my kids business else where!!! #frustrated

Dr. Ochoa has been taking care of my son for 13yrs. Since the first day, my son and I enjoyed Dr. Ochoa's calm, sweet character. I followed her from another location. She opened her own practice, she explains everything well, I am very comfortable knowing my son is treated well. Her staff does change periodically, so I have no comments on her staff. To this day my son has had zero cavities.

My son has seen Dr. Ochoa since he was a toddler. He is about to turn 9 pretty soon. Granted he has not had any dental issues he loves the setting of the new office and does not complain when he is being examined by the Dr. In addition, my son is quite fearful of anything done to him by medical personnel, but he had a blast on the saddle X ray. We truly love it here.

I have taken both of my girls here for a long time and Dr. Ochoa has always been very patient, gentle, and sweet. My youngest LO started not wanting to open her mouth at all and with Dr. Ochoa being so patient and making each visit a positive experience she loves coming to the dentist. I only wish I could come here! :) Thank you Dr. Ochoa and staff for all you do!

Dr. Ochoa came in and didn't even look at my daughter's teeth and declared everything was fine when in fact it wasn't. My daughter had two cavities that needed to be fixed and filled. The dental assistance had to tell her to take a look at my daughter's teeth and which teeth were affected. Never again am I taking her to see Dr. Ochoa!

Been coming here for the past 5 years. My son was terrified going to the dentist the first time. The staff is always friendly and made my son feel welcome and calm. The place is clean and kid friendly. I've never had to wait more than 5 min from my appointment to be seen. I would not go anywhere else. I LOVE Dr. Ochoa and the staff.

New location and Brand new building and build out for kids on the Second Floor. Definitely a great place for kids dental. Friendly staff and even better Doctors serving you. The assistance are amazing and my kids love going. The new location is next to Sonic Drive-in. I highly recommend this place for all your kids dentistry needs.

Super cute office My little one loved Steve! Wonderful experience from start to finish, front staff made my little one feel like royalty, followed by the back staff and the Dr herself. Her visit was amazing now she’s anxiously waiting to actually go back to the dentist ! I’m glad Dentistry for Little folks made this happen!

Usually on time, but today we sat here for 30 minutes after our scheduled appt with no explanation why out appt kept slipping in the following hour. To the ladies behind the computer screens that ignore the patients in the waiting room: Permission granted to inform your patients what the delay is. Thank you kindly.

I wish I could leave zero stars. This practice was amazing years ago. Now mystery billing, they pick and choose what they will submit to insurance, front staff and billing are extremely rude. I'm so sad to have to find a new dentist for my son, but I refuse to be overcharged, lied to and treated poorly.

Took my kids both for their first dentist visits (4 and 2 year old) The check in process was super simple, short wait time, covid precautions were absolute, and the staff was incredible! Liz and Dr. Nelly put my kids at ease (and me, ha) and they had an awesome experience! Definitely recommend!

we have been going to them 2 years now. They treat our 4 children like family. we never have to wait very long and they always know who we are. It could be that all 4 kids go at the same time :) None of my kids are afraid of the dentist because of their kindness.

They rush!!!! 3 min and 36 seconds. They barely brushed, no flossing but they did apply Floride. 6 years ago they were very detailed but last 3 check ups are rushed no interaction with parent. I'm done not worth my child missing 45 min of school for THAT.

Great place with sweet staff. Good spot for sweet kids. Great spot for not so sweet kids too. If your kid has teeth, or if your kid doesn’t have teeth…it’s still a great place to go.

My kids love seeing Dr. Ochoa. She is gentle and patient. The office has a fun theme and the t.v's above the dental chairs keep them preoccupied during the visit.

They book many patients' appointment at the same time and then they are hurry to clean our kids' teeth just in 4 mins. It is terrible job. Pls watch out.

The Staff is Super friendly. I Was Worried about My Grand baby but they were So Good With Her. Only thing was the waiting area was really small.
