Finding your first home can be very stressful and complicated especially during a crazy market, but Derek was fantastic in helping us find our perfect home! He went above and beyond from the moment we started working together and I was delighted to see he knew about buildings themselves and could point out things like metal stairs vs fire doors, standings left on floors, etc. On top of that, he was tenacious in closing the deal.
