I gave this place 5 stars then I wish I could give a negative 5 star because the person set to do my daughter hair at 1pm did even start when I came to get her at something to 7pm. If you want to be disrespected! Left unattended for hours! Held hostaged by having your hair washed but not braided then by all means attend this shop.

I'm a bit biased because my baby cousin works here and does a really great job of taking care of my hair. Desi's is always a warm, fun, and friendly environment to come to. They also offer an array of professional services by certified technicians outside of hair services like manicures, pedicures, eye lashes, and eyebrow waxing.

The stylist saw a picture of the haircut I asked her for, and said she could cut my hair like that, she cut my hair based of a familiar style to her, not the style I asked her for. In addition, the comb she used in my head has gained in dirt in between the teeth.
