Deshi Bazar is a dream come true for a 'deshi fish' lover like me. I do not live in Berlin, so I had to avail their delivery service. The packet they send for frozen items keeps the fish and all frozen foods good for 4-5 days. So if you worry about any unexpected delay in delivery, I would say don't worry. Overall, the products are also up to the mark specially the fish. They are fresh and a treat to the tongue. They also have a wide variety of Bangladeshi snacks ( e.g., Chanachur :D ) that will make your tea-time great. Lastly, I am completely satisfied with their customer service. They are always ready to help if any problem occurs. Thank you and thumbs up to the whole team.

I always felt the necessity to have the Bangladeshi market in the vicinity of Southwest Berlin; an ideal place for Indians, Bangladeshi and Pakistani groceries. This place is very close to Steglitz, Tempelhof, Neukölln, 1 min walking distance from U Alt-Tempelhof and U Tempelhof/Ringbahnstr Bus stop. Found diverse types of Bangladeshi vegetables and sweets, also enriched different frozen fishes. I found Indian spices and rice at a comparatively lower price than other stores. The shopkeepers were very friendly. This shop also promised to provide free delivery with the purchased price of 40 euro inside Berlin.

Excellent customer service, cleanliness, and all fresh vegetables which I like most personally about Desi Bazar. You can also find frozen fish, meat and snacks. You can get sweets, they have spices in reasonable price too. They have delivery, shipping, money transfer and airlines ticketing services too. The only disadvantage I found that, there are stairs inside the shop which is difficult for disabled person to access all parts of the supermarket. But I can assure you, the staff will help you out and for sure you will have a big smile. I highly recommend everyone to visit the place.

Overall experiences was not good! We bought 2.5 kg mango, according to Desi Bazar the price was 7.5€ per kg. So it should be 2.5x7.5€ = 18.75€. But they charged 20€. Vegetables quality wasn’t satisfying. They were very polite while we were shopping, but while we asked to delivery because we spent 54€ plus ( their delivery requirement was 40€ ) instantly they refused to delivery though we requested their suitable time scheduled. I would say their hospitality was good. But we won’t visit again because of their unprofessional approach.

I have ordered Bangladeshi Fish and Vegetables from them twice online. Though I do not live in Berlin and the shop is almost 600 km away from my city, they were able to deliver my products to my door steps. Unfortunately, my city has no Bangladeshi shop. I am always in need of one and this Desi Bajar fills the void. They are doing a great job. The Fish and vegetables were delivered with next day delivery. It is really appreciable and I hope they will keep doing their good works and maintain the quality…

In my opinion Desi Bazar is the best bangladeshi bazar in Germany. The quality of fish is really great. Vegetables are fresh and unbelievably cheaper than other shops. They have huge range of Asian and South Asian foods and spices, all that we need. The team is very friendly and young. Wish you guys all the best.

Decent shop for Bangladeshi groceries. The items are not labelled properly and you may find it hard to navigate the prices. Vegetables may not be readily visible as they are stored in boxes in refrigerators so ask the shop keeper for items and their prices. Shop is accessible by U6 and S Ring bahn.
