Not a professional service provider they promise to give you delivery on specific date but will start making excuses on due date. I have my clothes for dry cleaning on 10th sept which were to be delivered on 12th sept but when approached for deliver they refused with a excuse that bcz of rain and weather they could not dry clean my clothes, point here is they don’t know the difference between dry clean and laundry, dry clean has no relation with rain or weather that’s why it’s dry cleaning. More over this is not the first time they failed to deliver on their promise it happened multiple times which forced me to write this review with a hope appropriate steps will be taken.

I have been a customer for very long now, but lately the services have really degraded, iron not well etc. And at last they missed a cloth. It's been weeks and they just keep giving excuses. Unresponsive. The manager seems to be way too busy to come on call.

Very poor quality of service Gave blazer with ink stains Sent it back with same stains .. They neither called or informed about stains..they just did washing , press and then sent back with a tag Post delivery service is also pathetic.

Still trying to figure out what to do of a spoilt, super expensive, clothing which they spoilt. Pickup took 45+ minutes, I had to talk to their customer support for hours who kept fighting that the material was already spoilt.

They provide best dry-cleaning and washing facility in Lucknow. Easy and Convenient pick up and drop facility from home and the excellent quality service.

The quality of their service is very good. But it could be a bit expensive for some.
