Came here yesterday with my mum and sisters to choose my wedding ring and we had such a lovely experience . Ms. Ally Chah was extremely helpful and was so accommodating. She explained everything thoroughly and gave us the freedom in choosing whatever we want based on our respective budgets. Every detail of the ring was explained thoroughly and she even guided us on how to purchase to get the best deals. To be honest, we went to a few shops to survey and look around before deciding on one. Diamond & Platinum was hands down the best in my opinion, from the choice of jewellery to their customer service.. everything was splendid! I would definitely recommend 100%!!

Myself and hubby went to Diamond&Platinum, Mid Valley to look for a small birthday gift for me today. We were served by the Assistant Manager Chris. I really like her service and her detailed explanation on each design of the earring that I have shown interest in. Regardless of the pricing of the item, she make sure that we fully understand what we are looking and buying and most importantly we do not feel like we are being forced to buy anything. We ended up buying a simple pair of diamond earring but the service gave make us feel like we are buying a 5 figure diamond. Will definitely be back for my next upgrade :)

I have visited Diamond & Platinum Mid Valley Branch. I have been looking for to get a white gold chain for a long time.. but couldn't find the design and length that suit me. I took my chance to visit D&P mid valley. Chris Cham who is the very nice and patient sales associate attended to help me. She explained to me the pro and con of each design that I was looking at, helping me to try on many different design, until i finally found the perfect one that suit me. I would definitely recommend Diamond & Platinum Mid Valley.
