Been a loyal customer for almost 10 years. Although there are many other jewelry shops but I always come back to Diamon and Platinum because I love their designs! It is like calling me! What I love is the customer service. Very patient and approachable staff. Even though there are many years past, they still sent me messages updating me about their promotions! Guess what? I get extra discounts on my birthday month! Highly recommend this company if you are looking for diamond with a style that suits you!

The overall staffs in the One Utama outlet are friendly, professional and warm. I have the privilege of being attended to by Ms Wesley. Visited the store a couple of times and every time the experience has been pleasant. Ms Wesley is patient and provides suggestions based on what I was looking for. Recently I bought a rose gold chain to accompany a stone I got from my friend. It turns out to be really nice and I love it.

We have surveyed several shops and Diamond and platinum @ 1utama was by far, the best. The design of engagement ring and wedding bands were just what we were looking with good quality and value for money. To top it off we had amazing service and post sale service by the staff. 100% recommend.

Ms Wesley is very friendly, patient and not pushy at all. Prefer this branch over other branch, mainly bcz of the service here is nicer. Visited another branch, the staff was desperate for sales, told me might have price increase very soon and want me to buy or pay deposit immediately.
