Not an experience I would recommend for anybody else. Would never return. I recently visited diamond heaven to buy an engagement ring for my now fiancée. I was keen to surprise her on our anniversary holiday that was 3.5 weeks away. Upon first arrival, ‘Kane’ the gentleman who helped me, came across as very knowledgeable, wasn’t pushy and had great customer service. This is of course a very delicate experience and one that you want to run smoothly. I made it clear to Kane that I needed the ring before my holiday and shared the exact date. He assured me that this was more than enough time for my request. Fast forward the day that my ring was due and hours before the store closed , I still hadn’t been contacted about the ring (I am going on holiday in 2 days). I decided to just go into the store. After 20 minutes of waiting alongside 4 other customers (with no acknowledgment at all, despite having to press a button to let us in, so being well aware of our arrival). I eventually reached out for help. Someone soon came to help and after 10 minutes or scrambling around would share that my ring had been sold and somebody SHOULD Have contacted me about this mistake already(but did not). As you can imagine this caused tremendous and unnecessary stress as well as frustration. How possibly could such a huge update be ‘forgotten’? And if I didn’t proactively come to the store, who knows how long I could have been waiting for this call? (Considering I had two days before my holiday) To their credit, the next day they offered a loan ring that I could use for my holiday proposal while they got my new ring re-ordered and offered an exchange when I came back. The assistant who I spoke to, (Amy) told me that as a gesture of goodwill they would upgrade the quality of my diamond at no additional cost. This was sent on whatsapp of which I have the evidence. Fast forward to the day of ring exchange after the holiday and again, I was met with what felt like a hostile “have you been contacted that your ring is ready”. I explained the situation and the timelines I was promised for an exchange to the assistant (Hannah) and she was very quick to give me the computer says no “3 weeks is the standard for wait “response. As you can imagine this infuriated me considering the fact that they have already made such a big mistake and told me the exchange would be as easy as ‘popping in’. Eventually Hannah went to the back for further information and came back with a far better attitude. To her credit she offered an expedited timeline on the new ring which would be the next day. My next disappointment was that Diamond heaven would go on to deny the promise of an upgrade for my ring and offered the same quality that we originally had agreed. When I showed ‘ Hannah’ (the assistant )the what’s app message from her colleague ‘Amy’ she quickly and defensively said “so why didn’t you say anything at the time “ (when the receipt conveniently did not match what Amy had sent on WhatsApp.) The reason I didn’t, is I had trusted that they would have kept to their word and were a professional organisation. I would go on to visit 2 more times to get my ring finalised. On both occasions the customer service was extremely poor (my fiancée also flagged this). On one occasion a colleague even shouted “ have the customers left yet” despite Hannah making hand gestures to say we were in the waiting area this was not noticed and they decided to start speaking between them on the shop floor. Overall this has been a terrible experience. The reason they do not get 1 star is that they made sure I had at least a loan ring for my proposal and my girlfriend loved the ring itself. Outside of that, I would strongly recommend staying clear and feel the jewellery quarter has far more honest and professional jewellers. Fellas- not the place I would recommend for your engagement ring. Especially if you need it for specific date. For the amount of money being spent with this company the customer service and professionalism was atrocious. I will never return.

My partner and I recently visited the jewellery quarter looking for an engagement ring. Having looked in a few stores, we decided to try Diamond Heaven - within 30 seconds we both wish we hadn’t! Purchasing a ring is not something to be rushed, it’s a once in a lifetime purchase and something of significant emotional importance. However, the salesperson had other ideas - he was very pushy, trying to force us to part with cash under the guise of ‘we can hold this price until TOMORROW and then prices will definitely increase’. Having then spoken to another diamond dealer when discussing the right thing for us, they laughed at this saying ‘if we all knew prices would go up constantly, we’d all be rich and not working 9-5…’ The salesperson in Diamond Heaven didn’t even ask us our requirements, how many carats, quality etc, proceeding to show something twice our price range (he never even asked what we were willing to spend) and frankly, it was a waste of time. When asking about the setting, he found a setting that looked like it had been tried on by everyone in the store saying ‘this will probably do’. Speechless. If you’re reading this, you’re probably thinking why give them the time of day if you knew instantly, but I am willing to see what someone has on offer rather than take them straight away at face value. Anyway, my advice - avoid at all costs. There are many jewellers in the jeweller quarter, specialists in their trade, not just salespeople looking for their next piece of commission. Most treat you like the only person they’ll ever sell to, very knowledgable and willing to sit, discuss and fit the perfect piece for you.

After speaking with a polite member of staff over the phone in the week, i was looking forward to finally picking an engagement ring i had seen online. Until i walked in that is, all the female staff made me feel really uncomfortable, i.e avoiding eye contact & after standing around for 10 minutes i watched them serving couples that walked in after me, until the 2nd couple said theres a Que, to which the staff later didn't make the greatest effort to serve me, i told her yes there was a Que, but i was very displeased how she walked past me,the customer service changed from over the phone to face to face. I'm 6'1 so hard to not notice me & they made it very clear. There was an old man sitting in the corner with a red jumper on,who walked off in the back room as soon as i made eye contact with him and about to ask for assistance. I finally got talking to Jake after see saw my reaction to the rude staff! Who was helpful. Overall, they don't really stock much in the store, 5 week turn around on most platinum rings, and the finish wasn't as good as stores on the same street. Glad i didn't spend my money there, lesson learnt don't let fancy shop fronts fool you. Down right rude staff! Other couples seemed to be getting on ok in there, but if your a single asian male in the shop you definitely would feel isolated, like i was made to feel.

AVOID!! Do yourself a favour! Thank me later. I ordered a half channel diamond ring for our 10 year wedding anniversary. I request VS1 diamonds (no visible inclusions). I received the ring and certificate to that effect, yet after a few days my wife noticed dark shades in two of the diamonds, we took it to our local jewellers and they confirmed at least 3 of the diamonds were not VS1 grade, SI at best. Yet we had the certificate saying it was as originally spec’d. After speaking with Diamond heaven and sending the ring back for them to review, they confirmed they were not VS1 diamonds and offered to remake the ring. They say there must have been a mix up on dispatch. More like we spotted it! I believe most people wouldn’t have and they would have got away with sending a sub-par ring and pocketing the difference. They remade the ring – after a 4 week wait and send it back to us. We have now taken it to another jeweller to confirm it’s as the certificate and as per the purchase specification. We are awaiting results. So a nice gift and moment was spoilt by Diamond heaven! Who wants to get a ring, show people then have to send it back for a month to be remade. Also making me the purchaser and gift giver feeling cheap. Last time we use their services and I would encourage others to look elsewhere

In 2015 my partner proposed and we headed to Diamond Heaven to pick an engagement ring. The staff were amazing and I picked and ordered my ring. It took around 10 weeks for it to be made which was frustrating, however it was worth the wait. It is absolutely stunning. Recently (2022) I damaged my ring doing some DIY and I took it for repair at a local jeweller, we live in Sheffield so this was more convenient than travelling to Birmingham. The jeweller told me that my diamonds only had a weight of 0.88. I was devastated as we had picked and paid for 1.0ct. I contacted Diamond Heaven and dealt with Sophie Hanson (the branch manager). Despite 8 years having passed since my ring was purchased and made, Sophie went above and beyond to ensure this was rectified for me and arranged for me to return my ring to have the diamonds replaced to the correct weight. I was kept in touch every step of the way and was sent pictures of my 1.0ct of diamonds on the diamond scale. The process was really easy and resolved in no time at all. This really is outstanding customer service. I was also sent a new diamond grading certificate and I am very happy with my stunning 1.0ct ring

I highly recommend Diamond Heaven. Update - 01/04/23 I went back to Diamond Heaven for a matching wedding band to the engagement ring, as well as getting my engagement ring. The process of ordering was again really easy and great service. We had a couple of issues with one of the bands, however, Sophie and her team went above and beyond to rectify this as quickly as possible for us, and in plenty of time before the big day. Thank you to all involved at Diamond Heaven, especially Sophie. In my opinion, its how issues are resolved that make a great company, and we sre very happy with the resolution. Thank you!

Such a good experience at this shop, the staff were very helpful. A gentleman called Raj Parekh helped us through the journey and he was very patient and informative, didn't make it seem like we were too slow or annoying at all. He gave regular updates and gave his contact number in case of any questions, and he always did his best to answer them. Even more amazingly, he got the ring to us super quickly and gave us a really good deal. I didn't have any experience with rings or jewellery but he supported us a lot. Would 100% recommend coming here (we got an engagement ring and wedding band), and would definitely come again. A lot of jewellers don't allow you to take photos or videos of the jewellery, but they did and it was so comforting. The lady at the door who greeted us was very friendly too, and we only went in to the shop because she saw us outside and asked if we needed any help - good job she did!

I wanted to upgrade my engagement ring and after doing loads of research online we decided on Diamond Heaven as the prices were competitive. We made an appointment to go to Hatton garden in London . I had an idea of what I wanted (which was the bigger diamond the better for my money! thank goodness for Agata and her advise I now have the most beautiful 2ct princess cut trilogy ring with superior VS2 diamonds G colour with very good cut and the sparkle and clarity of the ring takes your breath away, everyone compliments me on it. I know without her advise I would probably have picked an inferior stone. There was a little hiccup but was soon sorted and I have nothing but praise for the London branch and their staff who did their best to ensure I had the perfect ring for the perfect price. I will use Diamond Heaven again when we decide to buy an eternity ring.

I chose diamonds in the showroom and paid for them on the day, I was later told the diamonds picked had been sold and I had a different pair for the shoulders. The ring came in a shabby box less than a week before I was due to propose. When I contacted them they said they had ran out of the boxes I was shown in the showroom. I was promised they would send me a nice one before it was time for me to propose. This never never happened, no one communicated with me, once I had paid for the ring there was 0 after care. I had to buy my own box to propose with and the sales person dealing with me just ignored my emails when I asked if I would receive the box in time. As a jeweller I would expect them to realise an engagement is very important and not just about the ring. The whole thing was very stressful.

Went with my partner looking for an engagement ring popped to the jewellery quarter and came across diamond heaven. Went in to have a look and Kane came over to us to see if we wanted any help we explained we was just looking and was left to have a look around. After have a little look we asked if we could try some rings on as I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Kane was amazing he got a selection of different rings for me to try on and was explaining in detail after trying each one on shape, diamond type/size etc. After trying a number of rings on I fell in love with a certain ring. Kane took the time to go through the different sizes I could have and the type of bands available and how the diamond would sit in the claws etc very pleasant and enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend!

Me and my partner had an amazing experience with "Sarah" at the Birmingham branch. We had arranged to visit the Jewellery Quarter to find an engagement ring and having done some research prior to the visit we had an idea of the style of ring we both were after and after explaining this to Sarah she took this on board and showed us exactly the types of rings we wanted to see without any pressure or over selling anything. She made us both feel at ease and made it such an enjoyable experience, it was customer service of the top order and beyond! We would recommend this place for sure and the other benefit is that they have a number of branches in the country and so we were able to make an order in Birmingham and have the ring delivered to another branch, which would be closer to us.

Over the years I have found buying jewellery to be a sacred ritual; spending a significant amount of time analysing the size, shape and appearance of materials. Setting your ideas against the backdrop of the individual for whom the jewellery is bought. When shopping for an engagement ring, the pressures of getting it right can be even greater. I say can be even greater, because my experience was not at all fraught. Amy was extremely personable, helpful and to gave me a brilliant experience. Due to the work I do I am well versed in delivering outstanding client service and truly Amy made the experience a real pleasure. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy an engagement ring or other piece of jewellery to contact Amy at Diamond Heaven.

Went to the Birmingham store a few weeks ago with my wife as she decided she wanted a ring for a special upcoming birthday, was served by Jake. On our visit we didn't really know what we wanted but we were talked through the options, she wants to wear it every day so Jake offered us advice on the most suitable, he exceeded our expectations and was polite, courteous and helpful throughout and nothing was too much trouble despite the considerable time we took deciding. Was given a delivery date of 6 weeks but it was finished much quicker than anticipated. Excellent service and fantastic staff will use again for any special gift and would not hesitate to recommend them. Keep up the good work it was a pleasure to deal with Jake.

I can’t write anything positive about Diamond Heaven. My wife’s engagement ring has had to go back four times now because of four separate issues. Firstly the claw was left sharp leaving it to catch on garments, secondly the diamond got extremely cloudy and DH tried to accuse my wife of not taking care even though she would take it off when showering, washing up AND sleeping! We sent it back a third time because the diamond became loose and it’s now going back a fourth time as it was returned to us missing a shoulder stone! Since we got engaged in September my wife has wore her engagement ring for a total of 2 weeks! On each occasion DH have kept the ring for 2-3 weeks! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody.

We had very poor service from Diamond Heaven. We purchased an engagement which upon inspection had a damaged claw. We took it back for repair (To which we have documentation) - However shortly after the diamond fell out. Diamond heaven examined the ring and declared it our fault as the claw showed signs of damage.... Upon informing them that we were aware of this and taken it back for repair they cut off all communication. Upon taking to a different Jeweller we were informed that the claw was too small for the size of the diamond - and that was why the claw hadn't fitted correctly. Fortunately we found the diamond after it fell out... However Diamond Heaven have refused to help/repair/replace.

My husband chose to purchase my engagement ring from Diamond Heaven having done a lot of research into the best places to buy. We have not been disappointed!! The service was fantastic ensuring the ring he bought was perfect and again when I needed the ring resizing so we chose to buy our wedding rings from Diamond Heaven too. They are gorgeous high quality, reasonably priced. Unfortunately my husband lost his wedding ring while waterskiing on our honeymoon. A quick phone call to Diamond Heaven they quoted us a slightly cheaper price than the original paid as the price of platinum had gone down which shows just how reasonably priced they are. Another ring was delivered within just a few days.

Extremely poor customer service. Bought my engagement ring in January 2023, after which they forgot to attach the IGI certificate. Followed up a couple of months later and they still havent received this from the other branch. I was told on the phone in September that they have reached out to the other branch to obtain the certificate and they would post this to my address. As of October, i've still not received the certificate. I've since called them twice in a row and been told they will call me back in a few mins once they checked with the other branch on the certificate location. Following both calls, they still havent bothered to call me back - extremely frustrating to deal with!

Visited diamond heaven today to look at engagement rings with my partner, and wow! It was definitely my idea of heaven! We were looked after by Kane who got some rings out based on what I had described and let me try on a variety, turns out I like a completely different style than I thought! Kane was so thorough in describing the diamonds and which ones are best etc, we were both blown away by his knowledge and we were made to feel so comfortable and learned everything my partner will need to know when he returns to choose a ring for me. We planned on visiting a few places but in the end, we didn’t need to! This place is a credit to the jewellery quarter.

Hi everyone, i think it's only fair i leave this review, i went into this company to purchase a wedding band great experience, Laura is a really nice colleague of yours and does the company credit, i put a deposit down on a ring that i really liked was fine with everything, then my nan decided to give me my grandads wedding band, i didnt know at the time this company doesnt give refunds, but they understood where i was coming from and gave me a full refund, this company is so understanding and honestly listen to you, and give you the best advice, im so thankful for laura for assisting me, i will defo be going back later in the year.... AVOID THIS COMPANY I was bought this ring for a special birthday and paid over £3,500 for it and I can't express how disappointed and robbed my husband and I feel. 2 diamonds have fallen out, the actual ring is bent, it's not a circle, the claws are squashed and have actually spread over other diamonds that are left. Some claws are scratchy. Diamond Heaven have blamed all of this on how I have worn it! Surely I'd have broken fingers if this was the case if I could cause this much damage. They have the worst customer service and show no accountability. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

We we're greeted Amy, she made us feel very special, asking what occasion the ring was for, any ideas of style we wanted. Amy showed us designs then we chose our Main DIAMOND. Amy explained about colour and clarity and Carat ,and showed us so we could see what she meant. I Also asked if Amy would take pictures of the Ring being made, which she went above and beyond to make this Very Special for Us. It took about 5 weeks...But WOW it was the most Beautiful Ring for our Anniversary. I would highly recommend this shop, and definitely will go back there.

My partner and I popped in to have a look for an engagement ring. The store was extremely busy, however, the staff were very attentive. We were served by Sarah. Sarah listened to exactly what we wanted and showed us multiple samples talking us through the different types of diamonds and designs. We didn’t have much knowledge on diamonds but Sarah was extremely helpful and helped us pick exactly what we wanted. Definitely recommend buying form them. I went to Diamond Heaven 3 weeks ago desperate to find an engagement ring for the love of my life so this caused me great stress as i wanted to find the perfect ring for her. The member of staff assisting me was a lovely lady called Chantal and honestly couldn’t sing her praises high enough from the moment I walked into the shop she gave me nothing but excellent advice and reassurance and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase she helped me to finalise. 5 stars doesn’t do justice to the level of excellent customer service that I received.

Bought a ring from Birmingham Branch which I was extremely happy with. So my partners milestone Birthday approaches I decided to purchase a matching item. Up until purchase communications were amazing, so purchased the item on line, no update I should of recieved my purchase by now. I have emailed them 5 times with no response what so ever. My fiance and I visited Diamond Heaven after trying quite a number of stores in Jewellery Quarter. From start to finish our experience was wonderful. We soon met Leo from Rio who was a real life angel, helping me find my dream engagement ring at a great cost. My partner also got his wedding band there - which he loves, and so it was only a matter of time before I was back to get my wedding band too! The staff are polite, helpful and accommodating. 100% recommend. Thank you Rio for a wonderful experience.

I had an exceptional experience shopping at Diamond Heaven in Birmingham! From the moment I walked into the store, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. Chantal went above and beyond to assist us in finding the perfect ring for my sister in-law. Not only was the selection of the rings extensive and of high quality, but Chantal’s product knowledge was truly impressive. She answered all my questions and provided valuable recommendations, making the shopping process a breeze.

Disappointing visit, went to repair a necklace, only to be told that they only fix items that are bought in their store, that's utterly shallow, and unhelpful, the person that "helped" me was willing to offer me suggestions as to where to go, I have Google for that, don't need a jeweller for information these days, and most likely that information she would have given me would have been as biased as the services they offer. 3* is overindulgent, as I'd have given them one easily

Staff here are incredibly helpful, especially Chantal. She went above and beyond to help us decide what we wanted and then to source it at a competitive price. Our new go-to for diamonds! This Diamond Heaven has incredible selection so highly recommend to at least visit. I think if they offered customers a tea or coffee or water, it would make their service feel a lot more bespoke but that doesn’t take away from their high standard of customer service.

I purchased a ring as a gift for my wife to celebrate our anniversary from Diamond Heaven store in Birmingham. As I’m not an expert in jewellery and know nothing about it I’m so grateful one of the colleagues, Reesna, has helped me to pick out the most beautiful ring. My wife loved it so much. Reesna gave the best customer service and helped me choose a ring that’s worth the money and good quality. I will definitely come here again to purchase more.

I’d been in a couple of other shops before venturing into Diamond Heaven. I didn’t really know exactly what I wanted to get. I was looking to get a nice gift, of some sort, for my girlfriend. Sarah was the first person that made me feel at ease, out of all the shops I’d visited, she was attentive and extremely helpful in helping me to pick out a beautiful bracelet. I highly recommend this shop and dealing with Sarah in particular.

Leo from Rio was amazing and made my whole engagement ring shopping so fun and so magical. The whole team including Sarah and Amy were amazing!!! Leo helped me find the ring I wanted at a great price and accommodated for all my needs to really help us make this big decision together. I cannot recommend this place enough, extremely lovely and professional. I recommend this place to everyone. I will be taking all my family here

I wanted to purchase a bracelet as a gift to my mother. I had no idea which one to buy. There was so many nice jewellery. One of the colleagues, Reesna, offered to help me and helped me choose a really nice, affordable bracelet. My mum absolutely loved it. Reesna gave me the best customer service I could ever ask for. I will definitely recommend you coming here to buy jewellery. I will be coming back here again to purchase!!

Purchased an engagement ring in 2015 within first 5months the band had cracked dispite not being worn every day. 18 months forward a diamond had fallen out the shoulder and the band looked very thin and fragile. At the store they tried to blame us for their poor workmanship and had the nerve to ask us to pay to replace the diamond. Would not recommend purchasing from this store looks nice at first but not built to last.

Excellent service. Emailed about having a ring made as the setting wasn't in stock. I was in regular contact with Sophie Hanson who was able to take the details of the ring and have it made for me in quite a tight time frame (3 weeks). Staff in the shop (Birmingham) were very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for an engagement ring, you won't be disappointed with the service!

I went to a couple of jewellery shops before going to diamond heavens and I’m glad I came here. I didn’t know what gift to get. I was looking for something simple but meaningful as well. Reesna, gave the most excellent customer service and me feel at ease. She was attentive and extremely helpful in helping me find really nice earrings. I was unsure as to exactly what I was looking for so she gave me lots of options and spent a lot of time and effort to make sure that what I ended up getting was perfect. She kept us updated on the build progress weekly and couldn’t have been more helpful with answering any questions we had! She has made choosing our engagement ring truly magical and the finished ring is beyond our expectations!

I recently purchased my wedding ring from Diamond heaven. I had no idea what ring I should get. Reesna helped me so much. She was very approachable and friendly. My fiancée and I drove from Norfolk to Birmingham to choose 2 wedding bands and a diamond engagement ring. Sophie was very patient and took us through lots of settings and stones. The rings arrived today (before they were actually due) and we are very happy with them. They fit well, look great and were exceptional value compared to the many jewelers we visited locally. Highly recommended.

I literally had to beg my fiance in telling me where he got this fabulous ring from, because all my friends and colleagues were so desperate to know how they could get their hands on sooooooooooo lovely ring. I visited the Birmingham branch recently having just had my ears pierced at the sorry age of 27! I was unsure what I was looking for and Amy came over and asked me if I needed any help - she was very attentive and friendly and I came away with a lovely pair of diamond studs. Adnana was a life saver. The setting (for an engagement ring) I chose in-store did not turn out as expected due to some sizing issue. Adnana personally took the time to understand my requirements, visited the workshop, picked the closest design(s) to my requirements, and had the ring re-made in a span of just 2 weeks. I spent some time looking for a ring for my mother. When I came in, I spoke to Hannah who went above and beyond for me and my requests. She provided a variety of options for me within my price range and I could tell she truly cared for each customer she met. Her customer service is phenomenal and I already know I will be back to purchase again.

I've never had a problem with Diamond Heaven, they've always looked after me (with excellent prices and service), and have always been on hand when i've needed to find a present on short notice. Their website is very good, but i've always just called or emailed them, told them what i was thinking of, and they've worked with me to great effect.

I went to diamond heaven for purchase some earrings for a family member and a kind lady called Chantal presented amazing customer service , i couldn’t choose which ones i wanted however she directed me in the right direction after me explaining what type of earrings i was after. She was very helpful and my family member loved the earrings !

Had a custom made engagement ring from one of their designs. Did everything online, got finance and delivered it on time. They also keep you up to date with the processes. My fiancé loved it. Later took it back to them for resizing, ofcourse I got the size wrong, easily rectified just a £35 fee. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend

We purchased my husband to be's wedding band at the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter store, Sarah was attentive, helpful and really lovely to deal with! In the diamond quarter of Birmingham tucked away is Diamond Heaven, came here with my now fiance to look at rings. Ordered the one she wanted the next day and they arrived three weeks later after changing the size of hers and specially making mine. Would recommend

The staff are young and perhaps didn’t fill us with the confidence they knew what we wanted or how to help us figure out what we wanted. Saying that, if you know what you want they have a large selection, well priced. Friendly enough though.
