Terrible parking, overpriced. Not cleaned. Customer service representatives over phone are so rude and disrespectful. They don't want to transfer calls to supervisors, so you cannot complain on them. I never experience such a poor service in my life. Avoid Diamond Parking lots, use City of Edmonton or Impark instead.

I was forced to pay for a ticket for $80 because the parking meter was not working in the evening and kept asking for a "Promo Code." I was unable to pay for the parking pass at the time, and now am coerced into paying a ridiculous ticket that should never have been written. TERRIBLE. AVOID THESE PARKING LOTS.
