Don't go here if you want to buy coffee other than low quality instant coffee from a popular brand. Surprisingly they don't keep the premium versions of instant coffee from the same company which is disappointing if you're a regular instant coffee drinker. To compensate for the extremely limited shelf space given to coffee they have devoted considerable space to various brands of tea, loose as well as in tea bags.These include both famous and less well known names. So tea drinkers can rest assured.(Strangely, coffee is kept on shelves at quite a distance from the tea display which is not the usual practice in retail outlets selling FMCG.) One other product I was happy to see is that they have adequate stocks of cat food at prices that are even more competitive than at other stores. Grub for kittens is hard to locate at most stores compared to packaged food for adult cats. I was pleased to see that kitten chow is well in stock at this store. Lastly I'm also happy with their prices for packaged milk and imported sliced packets of cheese which are items I bought. So apart from the wrinkle due to non-availabilty of coffee it's a decent enough place.

I visit the store on regular basis, prices set by them are okay, items, some fruits excluded, are of good quality but staff members, in particular those whose job is to stock up grocery are rude and work in haphazard manner. They cannot even put fruit and vegetables in baskets by noon and are always citing delays from back-end link of supply chain. The person who is managing the grocery counter is a natural manager but he needs an efficient team for running the grocery section. Moreover, they also need to hire educated staff for cash counters it really is trying to keep on waiting in line and then be told shortly that they have run out of change. I am inshaa Allah never going to visit the store on purpose again and shall switch to Imtiaz, it is requested to other people to do the same, perhaps loss of customers is inshaa Allah going to teach staff some manners. P.S. The Garden branch was, my past experience, better managed than this one.

Nice place for buying everyday supplies. Fruits and vegetables are also available. Home delivery is free if bill is Rs 3000/- or above. Wheelchair accessible. Today, Thursday, 25th May 2023, I wanted to buy a box of dates but I was shocked to see ants crawling inside the box of dates. Found it OK, need to improve their space and services. I also found it costlier than other grocery stores. Quality is good and maintenance and cleanliness is also good. Staff is not that well and at times their services are a bit slow because of lethargic behavior of the staff. If they improve their lacking, they will shortly become good otherwise big name will eat them. Recommended to go there for normal shopping but don't expect much discounts.

I discovered this super mart accidentally. I have been passing from this location almost twice or thrice a week but never noticed the premise until the day I had to urgently buy insulin and small vacuum flask with ice to keep the insulin, while my mother was traveling to up north. I found the place very well organized and have almost everything you expect to buy from a supermarket.

Only 1 thing to point out that on the items shelves prices are different than the checkout counter. Either, you should've removed the previous price tags or update it (with the new ones) on time. Overall, it was a good mart for shopping, the staff was very well behaved and almost everything is available. Just need to focus on little things.

It is one of the best markets in Karachi. It is in Clifton area near United King outlet at Clifton. It has all the grocery items at very lucrative price. Many people visit this market on rail basis. Most of the time they have some promotions going on which help people to buy their groceries at good bargain n discounted price.

Most of the things are available there even the imported ones which are hard to get in Karachi. Even though they are a little pricey but I don't blame them for it. It is a two floored store having different aisles to avoid confusion. Stationary items are good and there are many varieties of items.

My neighborhood supermarket. No complaints, except that they could probably do with more cashiers at busy hours as the lines can get quite long. Also, if you're looking for imported stuff, Paradise store nearby would perhaps be a better option.

Good place for regular items BUT Air conditiiner is out of order mostly since a year AND only 1 or 2 cash counters are mostly operative out of 4 even during start and end of months Need to be resolved as complaint so many times since a year

A good super market. Prices are economical and good range of products on the shelves. Staff is friendly and available Incase any assistance required. Only Hassel is parking, busy time make it worst. A good super market for locality.

I am regular customer of diamond super market. It's good and compact mkt with competitive prices. One thing I noticed so many times that they run only one or two counters even today the same situation in the pandemic.

A place where you can shop from grocery items to toys for your little ones. Their prices are reasonable also they have different promotional discounts during festivals.

Good quality stock with reasonable prices. They don't have much verity but have enough for your regular shopping. Best is that you don't have to wait in long queues.

It is not a giant like Imtiaz but gradually it is capturing market. They mannaged good compitative rates. In my opinion in medium size supper stores it is the best.
