Diana and Team are reliable, communicative, and helpful when it comes to understanding insurance policies and working with where you are currently at in your life. I worked with Rabiya. She knows the importance of insurance and are quite knowledgeable in their policies too. Moreover, this particular location stands out to me because it's not your usual insurance brick and mortar store. Though you are working with 1 employee, the whole team makes you feel welcome. They enjoy accommodating their clients and are nice to have a chat with. I've stopped by this location a few times and they always offered me different types of refreshments and made sure I felt like I was at home. This is comforting especially since purchasing insurance and understanding insurance isn't quite simple. They take their time and help you understand what you're purchasing and how it's helpful for you. There's no rush and it makes you feel like a valued customer. 5/5 for the great service and professionalism from this charismatic team.

I have given this agency ALL of my business. Rental property, two cars and a home. The agency is was happy to sell me more insurance and take my money. As a customer you depend on the agency to tell you what you may need, missing or what’s not necessary. My exact words before adding the insurance was to “ please make sure I’m covered for “everything”. They failed to add flood and sewer insurance to a home located in the city that is prone to flash floods. When I insured my new home I asked if I was covered for everything and told yes. This weekend we had very hard rains and had city wide flooding. I called State Farm to see what coverage I had only to be told only one of properties was insured against flooding. I have been trying to call this agency and even requested a back via email. Never got a call back... At all. Radio silence. Disappointed is an under statement. Go with another agency.

I called this office to receive a quote for my auto insurance and was assisted by Diana, she was very polite, went over the policy discounts , quotes and I finally decided to switch over to State Farm.
