I paid £7.65 for special next day delivery and after 1 week the item ive sent hasn't been delivered yet. Upon entering the post office , I was greeted by a woman so old that she should probably spend her remaining 6 months with her family rather than at the post office. Anyway, I explained the situation and asked for a refund on the delivery . She declined the refund and then proceeded to tell me it was MY fault the item hadn't been delivered because I would of been told that guaranteed next day delivery doesn't mean guaranteed next day delivery. She then told me to wait 2 weeks . Makes sense , right ?

Superb service. Gentleman at the counter was thorough in exposing the rules, helped me select most suitable service and helped package it. Really appreciate it. This has been a consistent experience for over the last few years at this branch. Thank you so much P.S: didn’t have the same experience in the Cheadle post office (Rectory lane). I had a big package and asked a couple of questions. The lady at the counter asked me to go to back of the queue despite telling her I was unwell. She was very abrupt and curt. Did not want to help.

Excellent post office staff. Big shout out to the staff, especially the expert passport staff member. Professional, helpful every one has a can do attitude. I wish I could bottle their enthusiasm and will to be helpful and place it in the head of some other post office staff( Joe 90 style) about 3 miles away opposite Morrisons. A pleasure to visit. :)

MOE at currency exchange was very rude and ignorant. Worst service received ever. I felt offensive wen she fail to do her duty on purpose. All for 38p change which she refused to pay back as I haven't given her the right change. She tried to embarrass me for not bringing the right money.

I had Dave to help me with all my postal services and he was excellent once again. It’s nice walking in and seeing Dave as you know everything will go smoothly. I should also mention that Dave’s attitude and personality are awesome, which make for a pleasant and fun experience.

I have just bought a high number of gift cards and was served by Paul. He was so helpful and patient with the process. I really couldn’t rate him highly enough. Jo and Kat were also present and very friendly. Excellent service. Thank you.

The staff are always really helpful and knowledgeable. We’ve recently had some Amazon parcels go missing from where we live so it has been incredibly helpful that we can now have Amazon parcels delivered to the post office instead.

Fantastic post office, friendly staff, sometimes there is a wait but it is small. They offer many services including insurance, currency exchange, stamps, packaging the whole works.

I went in to the East Didsbury post office and asked politely if they could change a £10 note for five £2 coins the staff were rude and ignorant with no customer service a disgrace
