Did not see any Blazer's that I liked throughout the whole store. Was looking for dressy casual. You can try on clothes during Covid-19. Store was adequately staffed and had some great sales. This was in January or beginning of February. UPDATE: I went in on November 17 to get some shoes. I only saw one sales person, whom finally helped me. She started to go look for my size, and someone came up to the cash register, so she checked them out. Then she was going to clean up a pile of shoes first, so no one would trip over it. I said I needed to go, so she proceeded to get my shoes. While I was waiting, two sales people came, a gentleman and a woman. They stood there by the cash register in front of the pile of shoes that was blocking the aisle. The gentleman then asked me if I needed any help, still leaving the pile of shoes in the aisle. Ended up they didn't have my size. By that point, I was contemplating whether to give them my business anyway! I was not impressed at all, with kind of teamwork, or lack of it. Won't be back. Remind me of a child mentality.

Yesterday myself and my clients were doing shopping at Dillard's yesterday . And while I was waiting for them trying on some dresses Pat the lady at the front desk and another lady ,I had asked them where the bathroom was and they told me I couldn't use the bathroom! I was so shocked with their answer so I stood there for a second . Finally after about 30 seconds they told where the bathroom was and then proceeded to tell me "Don't pee on the floor" . Ms Pat was very rude and thought it was funny about her and the other lady treating me this way . About 30 mins later we were ready to check out and Ms Pat thought she should cover herself .But now that the other lady was gone. She tried to say sorry about that and the other lady when she was in on the act with her .. To this I'll be filling a lawsuit and pressing charges on this situation.. Being black and shopping at Dillard's I definitely felt I was mistreated.

Me and my friend went in to look at perfumes. We had went to the dior section right where the entrance is at. As soon as we walked someone asked us if we needed help kindly said no thank you just looking and smelling each one. Not even 5 seconds later we get asked if we needed help still said no. Then the employees all came together standing right in front of us just staring idk if it was the way we were dress and looked like we couldn’t afford it. But they shouldn’t judge right away. We decided to go look at other perfumes followed us. Once I made up my mind on one went up to the cashier and she asked if I was ready I said yes nicely that I was and she had the audacity to say “yall took a long time smelling the perfumes” we weren’t even there for 10 minutes that was rude and unprofessional this my first time purchasing a designer perfume. I never coming back here again . Never judge anybody.

I have never left a bad review in my life, and I hate to do so now, but this was a terrible experience that I hope doesn’t happen to anyone else. I was browsing the perfume section and one associate asked if I needed assistance, which I politely declined as I knew what I was looking for. When I saw the Dior section I ran right over, excited to see that they had the scent I haven’t seen in a store since a trip to Florida. Another associate, whose name I didn’t catch (blonde hair and red glasses), came up and leaned against the counter, very rudely asking me what scents I normally wore and backhandedly complimenting my tattoos. She stayed and stared at me while I smelled the perfumes, making me feel awkward and out of place until I ended up leaving without purchasing. I don’t know if she thought I was a thief or if that’s just her personality, but I’ll be finding my Dior perfume online.

I went to look for a purse for my wife they have a wide variety of purses from cheap ones to handle ones to the variety is very good I recommend any husband who is looking for a purse for their wife to visit any of these locations the staff is very friendly and helpful you can tell I’m pretty much which are looking to spend and what style you may be looking for and they will accommodate you with what you’re looking for and what’s in your budget I went to the Dillards in Fort Worth Hulen Mall and bought this purse in the picture and I would definitely recommend To go there

Came to this store in purchased a $150 pair of shoes never worn them still brand new decided to wear them and noticed I couldn't fit them. I called dillards asking what's the return policy with receipt; the associate told me as if a receipt I could return them. So I did or atleast I tried. There was a white lady in front of me making a return on shoes also she was given her cash back. When it was my turn I was given the option of store credit only. Why cause I'm black? I will never shop in this store again..Racism at it finest in this store.

Dillard's I think your cosmetics department should have an ice machine. For hot flashes, cosmetic storing issues, customer convenience (ice sculpture display), ijs. Sorry I didn't get further than that and unless I'm looking specifically for something that is usually as far as I get. Which is as far as most people see. Hi ladies!Gents! And anyone I encountered there. You do have the most reasonable bottled water in the mall $1.25. Is there a story behind the bottles which are displayed throughout the cosmetics sections at random?

I recently had to return a bra for my wife. Yeah, it was really awkward but the lovely ladies that helped made it fun. I just told them it was too small and needed to return it. I was able to park close and pretty much had the store to myself. I prefer to shop online but I would call this a near perfect shopping experience. As a side note: if you need to return an item you have to take it to the department you purchased it from which makes no sense to me since the customer service area is just inside the door.

There was a lady in front of me going to the same perfume counter but I feel like my daughter and I were being judged.The lady ahead of me was left alone but I felt rushed by an over zealous employee! I just got done renovating my house so I probably looked like I couldn't afford anything. Even if I couldn't afford anything it's not nice to treat people like they're less than. Especially if they work on commission. It's just a reminder of why I prefer shopping online! I'll stick to Neiman Marcus thank you.

Stephanie Vallejo and Terri in the fragrance department went ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping me find the perfect Mother’s Day gift for my mother. They loaded me up with tons of free samples for me to find my new favorite perfume and I appreciate everything they did for me on my visit Friday night. They need a raise for their excellent customer service since it’s so rare now a days. They also helped my boyfriend make his moms mothers day gift even better. Thank you ladies so much for everything you did!!

Man in the perfume department was super rude and completely unprofessional...was simply walking through browsing their store and as I'm leaving get told "come back when you wanna shop" how messed up...felt like I was completely discriminated against and can't belive ppl like that can even be allowed to work there...Got a manager named Jennifer who helped with the situation. She was nice and very professional hope that situation is addressed and other employees can follow in her footsteps.

The saleswoman was very busy helping us and other customers but one of the customers (a male) had a kid that was running EVERYWHERE and the associate never once asked the man to please have his kid stop. There were a few customers who walked off because the kid wouldn't stop. I just feel like the saleswoman should have asked him to please contain his kid so the rest of us could shop and not have a kid literally running back and forth in between customers.

Best top tier clothes I have ever been exposed to. Wonderful selection of men's suits and they carry the most comfortable dress shoes for men I have had on my feet, I mean night and day difference. Men's suit accessories like socks, belts and handkerchiefs are plentiful. I splurged and bought some $50 Polo underwear, noticeable difference from my usual economy brand. Dillard's is a superb store, just wish I could afford to shop there more often.

My boyfriend’s mom took me shopping here to get ready for a wedding we’re going to be attending soon. I have never personally shopped at Dillard’s before, so I never realized how cute some of their stuff is. The employees are very attentive as well, and noticed when we needed assistance before we even had to go ask. I everyone was super friendly, and if I had a question they were capable of finding answers to the question in a timely fashion.

Store was clean and service was friendly for the most part. Approached the manager with a specific concern and she referred us to an employee who seemed helpful at first but then resorted to dishonesty when the first few products wouldn't fit. Tried to convince us a product fit our stepdaughter when it clearly didn't and made her uncomfortable. She felt pressured to agree with the salesperson but told us outright no when they walked away

Being disabled & in a wheelchair, I'm not always treated with respect, more like pity or even like I'm a pain for being in this chair. At Dillards the you g lady that assisted me with my order, was VERY mind, thoughtful & professional made .e feel like I was a respected & good customer. That made me feel wonderful! A big thanks to her!! She's a keeper! She keeps in touch by texts & let's me know about specials

Always decent experience when you walk into Dillard's. Other then the facilities clean and items I normally shop for, I gave this location a 4 stars for those things. I can never give Dillard's 5 stars due to staff is either never around for help or when they are they always chatting it up among then selfs and make it seems they are way to busy with there convos... so know what you are looking for.. js

First of all go see Kenny Dean, the man is the example of how customer service standards should be! I was blessed enough to have met him and get fit for a suit. I’ve been in suit stores in Austin and surrounding areas but I’m glad I stopped by Dillard’s in Ft Worth. I will make the trip for my needs up there just to get that kind of service! Someone give this man a raise he deserves it!

Sign up for their emails because they do an extra 30-40% off clearance items occasionally. They usually extend it a day or two also. It's been a great way to get quality clothes while starting out in my career. The guys in the men's shoe department were great, but it is a very small department. In fact, I've only had great service here any time I've interacted with employees.

Louis in the Men’s department helped me right away with my list and photos my DH sent. He went out his way to make sure I got everything. Elizabeth, in the perfume department, she went out of her way to ask what I liked, why certain scents fade and guided me in the best fragrance to buy. I could not recommend a better caring and pleasant person to work with.

I love even the smell of this store. I get my husband and myself shoe's here. Top quality and fashion. You get what you pay for. Customer service is alittle over the top. Employees have to make sales to keep their jobs. Oh they have lovely clothing for those of us who have put on a few pounds and beautiful housewares and furniture.

There are discounts on the discounts. The clothes are a half season old. But hey, the discounts are for real. You can walk in with a couple hundred dollars and walk out with a wheelbarrow. At other stores, you have to bring a wheelbarrow of money in to get a simple garmet. I am converted. Just plan your seasons.

Poor customer service, asked from help from 3 different people in the shoe department but didn't get help. After getting a pair a shoes off the sale rack. I couldn't get anyone to check me out. I went to the men cologne counter and it was a nice lady there that. Check me out. She was so sweet

there are some very rude and judgmental women who work here! all we did was walk through the store to get to our exit and felt uncomfortable with the way 2 of the workers stared at us. yes! people have tattoos! welcome to the world! definitely doesn’t welcome new customers to shop here!

Wouldn’t accept my return of a pair of boots that didn’t fit. Spoke to three “managers” who couldn’t do anything, they probably just didn’t want to. Dillards used to be great but now it seems there is no customer service and I will not be buying junk there that I can’t return anymore.

I was very impressed by the associate Wendy,who is professional and courteous. I purchased not only three perfumes, but also two colognes and I'm not that easily inclined to spend on just anything. Very satisfied with my purchase. I'll be returning to Dillard's on Hulen St.

Great selection of well made clothes for all occasions formal to casual. I can usually find exactly what I want no matter what department. Salespeople are most helpful and make for a stress-less shopping experience. I find the $ is fair, quality good and employees cheerful.

I had a very pleasant experience at Dillard’s with an associate named Christopher. He helped me find new shoes and a belt to match. Rockport shoes and Johnston & Murphy belt. $108 for shoes and $53 for a belt. The staff was nice and the store was clean. I would recommend.

This Dillard's isn't too bad. The people seemed really friendly and the place was clean. I was only passing through but it seemed like a good place to shop at. The location is a good one compared to most that I have been to. I recommend stopping by and checking them out.

I ordered Bobbi Brown and Mac foundations with other products. The consultant Kristy was wonderful at assisting me in finding the right match and gave me free samples to try after my cosmetic skin consultation. She was patient, knowledgeable and most of all kind.
