The place is really so nice and well maintained. I travel dialy from dilsukhnagar to lakdikapul in the meteo the service there is really good and the staff are also good. First I used to travel by tokens later on I shifted to metro card I felt really very convenient. The place is cleaned dialy and the washroom are maintained good If the malls will also open then it will give a great experience on traveling metro. But I felt that they must have to maintain the water in the station. I found that there chilled water is not available but the freezer is their then what is the need of it . Good but improvement is needed to become best .

If you want to reach your destination in no time, you should consider Metro. What a time Sense! Absolutely punctual. You can reach the long distances in little time. From Dilsukhnagar to Khairatabad, it takes 45 min to 60 min to travel on roads. Where as in metro, it just took 16 min. This is where Metro is given high priority. Simply loved it. I usually have a multiple visits to various routes. I can rate 5/5. Once if the entire metro project finishes, I guess no one will opt for other transport.

In now-a-days this metro station is also becoming a busy one in this LB NAGAR - MIYAPUR corridor. I don't know why the 10% discount have been discontinued on pre - paid metro Card. Because, it was some helpful to the daily commuters/ travellers in the metro train. As per TV news it came to know that in recent days the Metro train is under heavy losses they are accumulating every month. So that they are with drawing aii discounts to the travellers.

Recently I visited this Metro station. This metro is build beside the TSRTC state Bus stand. This is the main advantage to this metro station. Everytime there is huge rush in this metro Station. Neat maintanance. Everything is looking good. Staff behavior is good. Still there are lots to improve inside the Metro station. Utilise the available space for restaurants or food courts. It will helpfull to the Passengers.

A well maintained metro station, there is lift facilities at both sides of the road and there is provision for escalators also. The washrooms are clean and well maintained. But what I felt bad about this place is that the staff at the counter were reluctant to accept cash such as 500 and 2000 as payment. Now it's not a big issue as a ticket vending machine is in work, but you need to have lot of patience.

Worst service, they said sir, if you lost your card just tell them only your phone number they will provide you new card. Now they are saying you should remember 16 digits metro card number or you should have lost time recharge slip so silly, who will notice those things do we think that we will last our card funny.. Gents always sit in the ladies couch and the metro staff/ guards (men) are not taking appropriate action. Especially trains running between 9 to 10. The guards at the station even after seeings gents at ladies couch are not saying anything. And the ribbon is removed i. E used to differentiate the couch.

clean and tidy....only problem is that both escalator and lift are put near the same entrance in front of dilsukhnagar bus depot. so old people who wish to use them should travel all the way to that spot...it would have been better if escalator and lift were at different entrances

It's a good station with all facilities like any other metros. But what I observed here is the INEFFICIENT PEOPLE working here. The frisking is only for namesake. In every station in Hyderabad, frisking is just a matter of 2-3 seconds. Dear security, do your duty properly.

Beat the traffic and heat in summers with metro.very easy to use,saving time and money. And the availabilty of cabs,buses and rentals in every stations makes it a much easier commute, less than an hour from jntu to dilsukhnagar, Only negative is very crowded in peak hours

Escalator doesn't work often, that too in the peak times of office timings. When informed to the security about it, they reluctantly answers that inform in the counter, as they are not allowed to leave their place, to inform also.
