I was interested in getting a quote since I have been with my current insurance provider for 17 years. First contact was very pleasant and then I was transferred to Carolyn who took down all my information in regards to the insurance that I required. Carolyn said that she would get back to on Monday (we initially spoke on Thursday). 3 weeks later, I was still waiting, so I decided to call in. Once again, first contact very friendly, then transferred to Carolyn who seemed to have no idea who I was and why I was calling. I reminded her of my insurance request and then she put on hold for 10 minutes and then came back and said oh I have 2 of your 3 insurances quoted. My response was, well I need all 3. She offered to call me back with all the info. Carolyn did call that same day and provided me a quote with my same insurer and it was more expensive. Waste of my time. The reviews looked good for this place, maybe just avoid Carolyn.

Do you like over paying for your insurance? Do you like them adding tons of fees and trying to get every cent from you? Do you like being able to not trust your insurance company and do you enjoy not recieving a proper estimate on damage? IF SO USE DIRECT LINE! Not only are they a terrible company but its terrible people. The office is in the worst part of town and they get tons of bad constumers but rest assured they will put all there bad business onto everyone else that walks in. And dont just think cause you have been a customer for many years that your safe, that means nothing to these guys. They used to be a decent company years ago but has been spiralling down hill for quite some time now. Safe yoirself some future grief and go somewhere else.

Please please people don't use them are them they charging a ton of fees for nothing because this because that I called every other insurce company for a quote for 2 trucks and all other places are like 340-385$,and I am stuck paying 800 a month with these guys till my term is up. They are black mailing me by saying if I cancel I have to pay out my remainder of the some of the account and threataning me that they will drop me and ruin my insurance record... it's a on going fight every to week as to why they jacked my rates from 400 to 800 a month with no reason it's total bs. They should be shut down....

I called to see if I could get a better rate for auto/home. Kori provided me with a quick response and was able to lower my home insurance. My auto was currently the best rate but she offered to transfer that account so she could manage both and I would have one point of contact. The transition was smooth, Kori was polite and helpful the whole way, she was eager and available for any questions I had. I would highly recommend Direct-Line and Kori Maki, you won't be disappointed!

I called for a quote on insurance to see if I could reduce some payments during the times of Covid. Kori was very professional and courteous. She responded to my inquiries in a very timely manner and before I knew it she had a quote back to me. The savings were quite impressive, so much so that I have referred family members that she was also able to help!!

This is one place that makes life easy. No tremendous waiting. You just go directly to voice mail and get a call back. It’s so easy. It’s up front. It’s approachable. The people are straight with you. I am so glad I switched. No one is ever condescending or arrogant. When I think of some of the places I’ve been I would never go back. Ever.

Called Kori Maki for an auto quote. Insurance doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to me-Kori answered all questions I had quickly. She is very knowledgeable and made switching insurance companies easy. Got an awesome quote and made the switch! If your thinking of switching companies definitely give Kori Maki a call!!
