A branch I would avoid at all cost. Kindly train your cashiers and management to be attentive gain a understanding about snapscan. CAN NOT SHOW U U A SUCCESSFUL TRNSACTION received. ON AND IN MY BANK APPLICATION .... not acceptable. IF one has not got the fund existing in the account to pay R20.00. This is after I showed the cashier the successful transaction infront of the manager. The cashiers that join to assist, and the cashier serving you, no discretion. Like poking into your space in your phone. I am trying to re open app without exposing what is not meant for them. I proved to them with all previous deduction of transactions on my statement, their R20.00 is deducted and appeares the same as any other successful defuction. Well it is not processed on their side, their under developed training with employees becomes your problem, your time. I was on the tip to just pay them again so I could just leave with what I wanted. The manager then realized she need to use code 19 to obtain transactions receipt if it was a snapscan payment. She had no idea. Such absenteeism during it all. Before this unpleasant experience, I had to wait and wait and wait, enquiring about the misleading advert as per my picture. Even after the cashier knocked at management office and called out its a client. I asked this manager to kindly relay my mentioned about the advert to management/ head office. What the advert is TRULY ABOUT IS NOT MENTIONED AT ALL. Even the one cashier agreed, pointed out how misleading the advert is. After THEIR UTTER POOR ATTENTIVENESS you are greeted and wished a lovely day. Kind of push out the door, just go now. For HEALTH TRUFFLES + all other healthy snacks, *WELLNESS* is on the upper level, 5* assistance and service! Unfortunately they were still closed at the time. I future it will be worth my while to rather wait. THESE SERVICES IN SOUTH AFRICA would probably never improve in S.A. due to the norm accepting and settling for low standards

After a few initial hiccups, they sourced a medication for me and really went the extra mile. Staff are always friendly, present and helpful.

Lovely staff, but this branch too small to carry full range of products. Pharmacists will go the extra mile though!!!!

The store isn't as good as the Willowbridge Dis-Chem but still has most things.
