I've been a patient here since they reopened after Harvey… but I'm transferring elsewhere. On the plus side, it's freshly renovated and everything is bright & clean. They are able to make appointments and generally run less than half-an-hour behind schedule. When prescriptions are written, they always show up at the pharmacy. The reason I say 3 stars out of 5... the clinic IS NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE!?! There's a step at the front door and the door doesn't have an automatic-opener!?! If you're in a wheelchair or totally dependent on a walker: don't come here, you can't get in! Problem #2. There's no online patient portal!? You cannot schedule an appt online. You cannot email the doctor. You cannot check you prescriptions online. You cannot pay your bills online. Etc. Etc. Problem #3. I've been in for a health maintenance physical exam, a DOT physical exam, and an appt to monitor a chronic condition… never once was I parked on the exam table. Never once has my shirt been lifted. And I don't think I've been seen by the dr for more than 2 minutes… everything is pencil-whipped and I'm out the door. I appreciate trying to keep things relaxed and casual, but minimum standards of care still need to be met. Anyhow, this place is fine for acute care of minor problems but since they won't even do a cursory skin cancer screening, I can't recommend them for health maintenance or preventive medicine.

This is an amazing place to go...the whole staff is AWESOME, Katiria Colon Ortiz and Liz Rut where awesome. I needed a medical release for work and after trying for 2 weeks from my VA doctor (they lost the paperwork) I stopped in and explained my problem. They had me in and out in less than 2 hours and I was a walk-in and they were busy. The Doc was super friendly and spent way more time asking me questions and filling out the 6 pages of medical questions my company wanted. I thought he would just come in and say OK what you want and sign it and I would maybe see 5 minutes of him. He spend like 20-30 minutes with me. He offered me advice and said anything I need in the future he would be there for me. The girls where super nice, listened to all my details and even offered me a Military discount which was nice. I do have some issues I have been trying for years to get the VA to take care of with no luck. I will be going back as I know they will listen and help me. 5 star all the way around.

I have been a patient of Mr. Spivey who was an excellent nurse practitioner. He covered all bases head to toe with a sincere and experienced hand. I unfortunately, returned last week for a follow up and learned that Mr. Spivey had been gone for a month. The new M.D. whom I had never met was very impersonal. Where Mr. Spivey would enter into the exam room, laptop in hand....this guy enters, no eye contact with two sheets of paper and tries to sum up my medical status. I wanted to have blood drawn to give some support to his diagnosis of me being diabetic all of the sudden. The medical assistant wasn't able to draw blood. She couldn't find a vein...this has NEVER been a problem for me ever. There wasn't anyone else In office to help her, skeleton crew.. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. Mr. Spivey will be missed.

This was my first visit to the Doctors clinic. I had a very infected spider bite and I was very scared it was going to be a stressful experience. Right away I was greeted by Kathy and Lizz. I came early for my appointment I was very nervous about the seriousness and these two got me in ahead of schedule. Ruth took me to the room and even helped me with my 5 year old who was acting up because he was supposed to be napping at this time. The doctor was very attentive he prescribed a penicillin shot which I hate needles but I was in so much pain I just wanted relief. I should mention I HATE shots but Ruth was so gentle and quick that before I could say "please dont hurt me" she had already given it to me without me even realizing or feeling it. I am very impressed and will be changing them to my primary care!

The wait was average for any doctors office. My appt was at 4:45 i arrived at 4:20 to fill out paperwork and i was out by 5:55. I really liked Dr. Spivey. Put me at ease right away. The staff was really nice. They were talking about plans for the weekend and wanting it to be closing time already but thats the usual office chit chat. Much like me on a Friday afternoon. I didnt consider it rude or unprofessional. The nurse was especially friendly and nice. I felt very comfortable with the staff. I had been here before years ago and it was also an average wait. The staff was nice but the doctor was a bit rude and in a hurry. But like i said that was years ago with a different doctor.

I love this place! The therapy portion is filled with a very positive atmosphere. Perla is awesome! She is very hands on in showing and demonstrating how to do our stretches and small workouts to get us strong again. Always checking in and seeing if you need any help. Dr. Sealy is also the best. She is very warm and caring giving the best advice on at home do's and don'ts. Great conversation. Kinda makes you forget about the pain if just for a moment. Would definitely recommend! After my accident this place and their staff made me feel like it was all going to get better. Keep up the great work!

The staff is very friendly and helpful they cater to the needs of there, patients your able to move at the pace that's convenient for you because of the wonderful experience I received for therapy I made an appointment with the doctor to be my primary care physician I love the staff friendliness and professional attitude I'm willing to make the switch I been going to my doctor for 17 years but I feel like Doctor clinics it a better fit for me 5 star all the way across the board I'm glad I came here my experience, has been amazing

When i first came in to the office with my wife who was a patient first, i got know Spivey . he took the time to listen to what I had going on with some medical issues. He assured me that he would get me fixed up. I had doubts because of previous experience with Drs. About 3 weeks later, i made an appointment to have bloodwork done and found out i had Type II Diabetes. He has been there for me every step of the way. He spends time with me and actually listens. Everyone there makes me feel comfortable while I am there. Thank you!

My visit was amazing the girl in the front Lizz was super fast with my paperwork and I was able to get in the room to see the doctor fast I also had to do some blood work and the girl in the back Ruth did a amazing job I literally didn’t feel when she poked me it took her a min and I was done with my blood work, the doctor was so informative of my medication that I know what to expect going home over all I feel like they did a amazing job I will definitely be going back for anything else I need.

I'm a new patient here, and today I went for the 3rd time, i went to have lab results read and refill a prescription. I was out of there in less than an hour!. I had the pleasure of being seen by Ms. Anne. She answered every single question i had. (and i had quite a few) I know i made the right decision of switching care providers. I was surprised that she actually gave me time to discuss my situation. It was the reason I switched providers. I will recommend this clinic anytime.

Im not normally the person who leaves bad reviews but I've been here two times and both times ive watched two doctors banter back and forth and contradict each other the whole time probably trying to figure out the best way to stick it to my insurance company considering the first they said that they were going to refer me to a specialist which didn't happen thats why I went back for them to tell me once again they'd refer me and give me a prescription and they did neither

I absolutely love this place they are very helpful and ther concern of trying to figure out where the actual injury is located so they can help you in incredible!!! Perla is extremely helpful and patient and can really handle having multiple people at one time!! Dr.Sealy is amazing is incredible not to mention the concern of figuring out were the pain is!! I highly recommend you can literally get everything done here! -Treatment wise of course.

I recently felt very ill to the point I had to miss work to get a check up. Luckily I found this clinic and that it was really quick and easy to set up a same day appointment to get helped. The staff is very polite and easy to talk to. Ms Erica Sanchez, Rosangelys and Cinthia showed me great customer service and care. I recommend this clinic to anyone and for sure will come back for any future medical needs.

Honestly i cant say enough of how good i feel that i went there. From the receptionists to the doctor. Very nice people. Everything went fast and everyone was really nice to me. Not sure how long my lab results will take. But my time there was money well spent. I dont have insurance which makes it hard for me to find a cheap doctor. I will for sure be going back there! The staff is very attentive and the wait time is not very long at all if you are looking to get seen and not wait for a hour or so come here, i was a new patient here about 5 months ago and when I arrived it took at 20 mins for them to call me to a room with in a hour i was on my way and i was very satisfied and very well taking care of

Sadly my time with this clinic has come to an end. The new NP or doctor that is here was very rude with me. I tried explaining myself as best as possible for my follow up and I was received with bad attitude and being cut off when trying to do so. It’s sad seeing how people get treated poorly by health “professionals” will no longer recommend this clinic.

I have never met such a wonderful set of Dr's and staff! Especially, Pearla in therapy. Very personable and knowledgeable. Going to the Dr isnt fun, but theyre always smiling and in good spirits its actually contagious. So whatever medical problem you have doesnt seem as bad after a visit at this location. I wush i would have found them years earlier!

I was sent to this clinic for physical therapy by my lawyer due to my vehicle accident. I got amazing service and was well taken care of by Perla Treviño and Dr. Valderrama. They made sure my therapy sessions were going well and they kept kept track of any pain or discomfort I was having. I definitely recommend this clinic to others

Waste of time. The front receptionist gave me a unnecessary appointment after coming for my yearly physical. I didn’t question this appointment due to my families health history. I showed up and they had me waiting for a whole hour. Then doctor was rude because I had no reason to be there. How was this my fault. Waste of my time.

First time here, just for a referral and it felt like I had to go through Congress for it. Before all this, I tried getting an appointment in January for the referral and it was rescheduled 3 times. The consultation room was really dirty, it had old blood stains on the walls.
