La peor experiencia con un Centro medico d toda mi vida. Al parece ellos no conocen q la persona q asiste a una clinica mas q un customer es un paciente y va porq es necesidad, no por su propionate gusto. Mis respetos para el dr Jose Noel Gonzalez, el mejor, un profesional medico q evidentemente esa clinica no merece tener en el staff. A mi me cobraron d mas y luego d ahora mas d un mes es q empezaron a tramitar el reembolso d casi 50 dolares. Si llamas por telefono te pueden poner on hold por un tiempo indefinido, a mi me sucedio q me dio tiempo a salir d mi casa en Homestead y llegar a la clinica sin q me quitaron d on hold, y ese dia en particular habia un trafico horrible. En el front dia es no tienen informacion para orientar al paciente. El año pasado mi esposo fue le cobraron la consulta y luego le billiearon al seguro y nunca obtuvo reembolso. La verdad no regreso mas y aconsejo a otros pacientes q busquen una clinica donde usted cuente como paciente y reciba la atencion q merece. La peor experiencia d mi vida.

If I could give them 0 starts I would horrible services the nurses go to work to socialize talking about the work they are going to get done they don’t care about the patients my mom only goes because she loves her doctor dr Ramirez an has been seeing him for years unfortunately he joined this group I will be looking for another primary doctor for her. I have complain 2 times with the Mananger already an no change the only this has cause is for the nurses to refer to her as the bipolar lady very unprofessional. She had an appt for her results an her doctor isn’t going to be there till next week they didn’t even bother to call her to tell her a day before to reschedule her appt instead they were very rude an told her they are doing her the favor to reschedule her for August 20 so if there is something wrong with her results she won’t know till almost a month from now keep alway from this center all the bad reviews are correct.

I was a patiet with this office for over 1 year! EVERY single time u call u wait 30 minutes or more! ! To speak with someone & that doesn't mean you get anywhere 80%of the time they hang up. MOST OF STAFF DOESN'T SPEAK ANY ENGLISH! !!! & also if u go here prepare to wait @ least 3+ hours to even see the doctor! !! Also needing specialist, not once were they able to help me get in with a specialist.(even though they were referring me) They would give me referral after referral to dr. S that don't even take my insurance. Or wernt accepting ANY new patients! They can only do basic blood work in that office& 3 times (before i just refused another) my blood samples were tampered with& unreadable. How does that happen? Well not properly storing or treating the blood. If i could give a zero i would.

NEVER AGAIN!! Inefficient office management. I arrived 30 mins to ensure ample time to be seen. My appointment was at 10:30am. Medical assistant took my vitals 10 mins after 10:30. Then I escorted back to the waiting room. After 11am, I asked the receptionist when I was going to be seen. The response I received was cold. There was nothing anyone could do she said. It's all up to the doctor since the doctor takes his time with each patient. Again, this goes back to inefficient office management. If the doctor takes his sweet time, you should overscheduled his patients. So I kept calm and continued waiting. Well 12pm hits and still no doctor!!! I left! Lack of consideration is running rampant at medical offices and it must be stopped. NEVER AGAIN!!

Por favor no traigan a sus hijos a este centro y a todos los de doctors. Primero la espera mínima es de dos horas o más mi hija llegó con fiebre tos amígdalas inflamadas la atendieron después de dos horas y la medicina nunca la enviaron a la farmacia han pasado tres días llamando a todo momento y nadie sabe que paso con la medicina la. Dr no quiere dar la cara el día de hoy estoy en emergencia con mi hija muy enferma por culpa de la irresponsabilidad de este pésimo centro pediátrico la atención es muy mala las asistentes pasan solo conversando entre ellas y en el celular es el peor sitio si alguien ah pasado por lo mismo estoy tratando de demandar por negligencia medica mi hija esta muy enferma por culpa de ellos

The place is a nightmare. The staff barely speak English, including manager. Communicating is pretty complicated. The lake of consideration with clients is unbelieveable. I had a bad flare up of Cold Sore in a moment that I couldn't go to the clinic due to my work. I just needed a refil because the medication was prescribed many times before. They refused to help me unless I saw a doctor even after I drove to the office hopping that after knowing what was hapenning they would do something. Big mistake. They couldn't care less that I was in pain and couldn't afford waiting to see a doctor.

I switched from Mount Sinai Coral Gables Medical center ( my doctor left them and additionally, the customer service turned into a disaster) to this location of Doctor's Medical center about a year ago. My very picky husband swears by this center's excellent staff, customer care, services, doctors, professionalism and additionally it is 6 blocks from our house. Well he was right. Dr. Sulay, Eneida, Dr. Yuri, Marielys Martinez Aleman are some of the excellent folks that work there and take care of us. Kudos to everyone and we highly recommend Doctor's Medical center at 5535 SW 8th Street.

I've been at Doctors Medical Center (in gables) since 6:30 am, i was the first person to get here. My doctor got here 40 minutes ago and they still haven't brought me in. Unbelievable, I've never seen a place more disorganized. DO NOT COME HERE. Last time I came they sent me to PED and I was there for 2 hours waiting for my doctor with an appointment just for them to tell me my doctor was in the adult section even tho that's the first thing I asked when I walked in. I had to wait two more hours and do paper work all over again.

Had an appointment for 11:45. They said I was not in the system. I was just trying to figure out who I spoke to then. They must have ghost receptionist. But the front desk lady with the blondish brown curly hair just said "Your not in the system." And turned me away. Who did I speak to than?! Dr. Chinea was supposed to be my PCP as it says on my insurance. I made the appointment as a first time patient and was treated like an alien when I got there. Never going back here again. Would not recommend this office.

El servicio de costume service malísimo te transfieren a la asistente del Dr chinea ella responde al otro día por la tarde si necesitas un medicamento tienes q llamar 3 o 4 veces para q lo pongan en la farmacia, cuando logras q alguien de la oficina contesta te dicen espera un momento y hasta q cuelgan la llamada en esa consulta solo recomiendo al Dr chinea un gran Dr cuando te diagnostica algo no se equivoca te dedica tiempo te explica todo es una pena q ese Dr trabaje con el mal servicio de esa consulta

No es posible que te un apoiment para una hora y pases dos 2 horas mas esperando tu turno, todos tenemos cosas que hacer y sobre todo lonmas importante trabajar, uno se planifica segun el horario que te dan y entiendo que al calculo de tiempo hay que agregarle un poco mas pero 2 horas sin que aun te atiendan no esta nada bien, es preferible que te den cita para otro dia donde realmente te puedan atender o que simplemente no te la den y buscar otra clinica.

Muy mala forma de la ginecologa, no tiene sentido que trabajen para doctores, si les molestan que los pacientes pregunten, de gratis no es la consulta, para eso cobran, si supieramos lo que tenemos, entonces no nesesitariamos ver a doctores, cambien de oficio trabajando sin publico, le habia dado una estrella, pero hoy le cambie a 4 stars por que con todos los demás appoiments con otros doctores me ha ido un poco mejor, grasias.

De todas las clínicas q he probado ... me quedo con está porque me tratan con respeto , amabilidad y paciencia que es lo que me importa! .. siempre tienen una sonrisa en el rostro , la atención no es muy lenta ni tampoco muy rápido yo diría normal. El día que me traten mal seré la primera en decirlo y corregir este feedback pero no creo que sea necesario ! Gracias al staff de DMC 8st porque siempre me tratan bien!

Muy decepcionada del lugar y la experiencia de las personas del front desk. Creo que el paciente debería de tener prioridad y ser mejor tratado. Llegué a mi cita médica a las 12 fui atendida a las 1. Me fui hacer mis laboratorios y tuve que esperar más de 30 min porque la persona que le lo iba hacer estaba almorzado, como en un país tan desarrollado no van haber mas empleados que hagan laboratorios? Muy decepcionada.

Doctors Medical Center is run professionally, is staffed with courteous and kind employees. The pediatricians, Dr. Barrios and Dr. Felipe are exceptional, well trained, knowledgeable Doctors. So lucky to have found them. The radiologist, Mr. Miranda, was kind enough to see my son without an appt., We had the X-ray done in a matter of minutes at their center. Love this Pediatrics and they also care for adults as well.

Pésimo servicio, no vayan nunca a ésta clínica. A las recepcionistas de este centro no les interesa el paciente en lo absoluto, ni siquiera te miran a la cara mientras hablas con ellas. Si haces una cita esperas más de dos horas para que te atiendan, son un desastre total. En lo que respecta a los doctores hay o habían buenos doctores, pero la cara de la clínica que es la recepción no puede ser peor.

Es una falta d respeto enorme mi cita era pa las 11:00 am y eran las 1:10 pm y todavia yo no habia sido atendido, y podia escuchar claramente como el doctor hablaba de asuntos sin importa cias y la vida privada d la paciente y cosas q no tenian absolutamente nada q ver con una cita medica, no la recomiendo en lo absoluto jamas regreso a esa clinica lo pero q existe

Saque un apoiment para las 2:45 de la tarde, pido permiso en mi trabajo para salir antes y llegar a la hora indicada a este sitio pq me gusta ser puntual .... Resulta que luego de 3 horas y medias es que me atiende el doctor,y en el salon solo estabamos 3 personas, es algo que sobrepasa la falta de respeto y etica medica. No recomiendo a nadie que visite es lugar.

Malicima comunicación,no contestan las llamadas citas perdidas porqué no te llaman para conectarte,es todo un caos esta clinica ,y si tu cita es para las 9 te llaman a las 12 pero para confirmarte la cita ,no para la consulta y todo el dia espera por la cita y aún asi no te llaman ,pierdes tu cita, a ellos no les interesa tu salud ,no te recomiendo

Me citan a las 9. Me van a hacer unos análisis y no me dicen que venga sin desayunar (la cita la pusimos hace casi 1 año y ya no recordaba que la tenía ni para qué). Son las 11 y lo único que me han hecho ha sido tomarme la tensión. Llevo 2h esperando, eso sí, en 4 salas distintas. No saben respetar el tiempo de los pacientes

Lady in front has an attitude in general. Not a happy camper. The rest of the employees very nice and doctor Ramirez as well. BUT the wait is inconceivable!!!! Both times waited for 3 hours. That's just too long. If you have to come bring water and food for yourself. I almost passed out. Good luck!

Usually they are pretty good and fast but not anymore after Dr Roa left. My appointment was at 10.45am and it is noon and still waiting. Also horrible on the phone. You wait 30mn at least to speak to someone when they pick up. Stay away!!!! Last time they see me!!!!
