Here is an honest review of doer park! Younger kids playground 3.5 stars Nice that they have it at all but it’s to small Big playground 4.5 stars It’s a great place for kids to play with slides and 3 levels of fun. It also has a shade structure over the metal slide so fear not!!!!! Bathrooms 2 stars They work and they have water fountains which are the only thing stopping them from being a one because of the little upkeep! Basketball courts 5 stars The courts are very nice and upkeept! It’s not blacktop so that’s nice and both rims are 10 foot. They both have nets! They also have benches and a water fountain. In conclusion it’s a very nice neighborhood and a great park.

My grandson Pierce meets friends here on a regular basis. They have a great time socializing outside of school. The park is well maintained. The neighborhood is clean, upscale, with friendly people.
Playground
The city of San Jose Parks and Recreation does an excellent job keeping this park updated, with well maintained grounds.
Restrooms
Clean, with plenty of soap.
Dog-friendliness
Lots of room to walk your dog.
Picnic area
Lots of large cement tables.

Love the renovations done a few years ago to add the larger big kids playground. The little kids playground is still nice a d they even replaced the broken slide so you know the city is taking care of the park. With a baseball field and basketball courts, there's lots to do. Only downside is that sometimes there is a mess from a birthday party since it's a popular spot for that.

Awesome local park! The new-ish tower two story play structure was a hit with my 4 yr old. They have a lot of new equipment with friction walls for climbing and balancing, I haven’t seen that in any other San Jose parks. Plenty of areas to sit and the bathrooms were clean and stocked on the weekend. 5 stars for the retro steel slides!

The park just recently got a new structure which is Ninja Warrior themed, over all it's a very nice park with good amenities. It is great for a party, or just a wonderful weekend day. There is a large field for soccer, a baseball diamond, a basketball court, and several tennis courts, as well as a great area for dogs.

  • Nyalie Sinclair

Great open spaces, sports Fields, and lots of playground equipment. There is a smaller section for little kids too.
Restrooms
Alright for park restrooms.
Dog-friendliness
On leash
Picnic area
Shaded picnic area that can be reserved. Picnic tables on both sides of the park. Not all have sun cover.

My grandsons love this park. And I have to say it is a super park. Well maintained, clean at all times, and parents whom interact with other parents - even strangers. It is in a beautiful neighborhood with friendly locals. Which is nice given how many people flood through their neighborhood to visit this park.

It’s a fun filled and wide open park with everything a child and even teenagers would want to play on. The equipment is safe and fairly shared between everyone. Personally, I like the swings because they remind me of my childhood. It’s definitely a family safe space waiting for all whom are interested.

Fun park! The gym seems to be newer and in great shape. There is stuff here for a wide age range and the America. Ninja style setup is awesome. The padding feels good and is soft to drop on to. It was a fun time and while crowded there was plenty of space for people and their kids to have a good time.

  • Shon Poiesz

I love this park. It has bigger structures that make it fun for older kids. Think Ninja warrior... They have a warped wall, a spider jump, and more. There is also a smaller play structure that keeps my toddler entertained and safe (although he wants to be on the big structures with his brother).

  • Felicia Glavaris

I really do love this park. It reminds me of a mini American Ninja Warrior training park. There are always lots of families with kids playing so my kids always meet new friends. The restrooms are well kept as well as the grounds. This park really does have a safe and fun family atmosphere.

  • Patrick Desjardins

The park is divided in two sections. One is for under 5 years old and the second above 5. There is restroom and a lots of green area. Many places to hold parties. Some parts are under shade but most is direct sun. Many trees that help during heavy sun day. No sand pit, no water structure.

  • Eryll Rose

It's a nice place to take your kid to play and exercise! And it usually has kids! So I think that it will be fun for your kids and your self!!! There are tennis courts and a play structure for kids, and more!!! Come here to play tennis and run! Please like if this was helpful!

First time visiting this park from Out of town. Beautiful lovely park for all ages. Full of little kids and older kids playground structures. The slides are fast and fun. The ground is clean and lots of wide open space to run around. Highly recommended.

  • Marco Ballesio

Nice playground, structures are new with nearby tables for picnic, two areas for younger or older kids. If you get here in a hot summer day, be careful not to let your kids on the slides and some darker colored structures, as they can get extremely hot

  • Joelle Welch

A large big kid playground with "Ninja warrior" type activities makes this a cool park that offers something a little different. The little kid playground also has a good variety of activities. And the open green space makes this a top park choice!

  • Brian Jones

Big grassy area for frisbees or whatnot. Fairly active local dog community which is fun, lots of birthday parties on the weekends. Be prepared for terrible parents who let their rude kids stomp all over your toddler without remorse or recourse.

  • Emilee Mann

Has bathrooms, best place structure in the area, has American Ninja warrior like setup which is great, also has little kid playground area, and finally has basketball courts and baseball field. Also it's tough safely into a sweet neighborhood.

  • Rachel Smith

Best park/playground around. Lots of great equipment for both older and younger kids. This park has great "ninja warrior" type skill training equipment, perfect for 4+ fun, training, and parkour (large playground has soft foam ground). Also

  • Enisa Sehic

This park is amazing and I love being part of this neighborhood, but this morning there is a guy walking around with a white hazmat suite spraying trees. As I approached him with my dog he tells me that he sprayed round up the trees and not

  • Tanner Condie

This is a pretty solid park. 1 large and 1 small play structure. 1 basketball court. Lots of picnic tables. A few tennis courts. And 1 baseball field. 1 bathroom. It does get pretty busy which kind of sucks but oh well. Good park overall.

  • Eloness R

This park is great! It has a large clean unique play structure for kids and a separate playground for the 2-5 age range. There is lots of grass and plenty of benches and tables around. An excellently-equipped park and easy to get to.

  • Sherene Saenz

Good park. It was very crowded. First time there and as a family ... we had a good time. Good separate playgrounds for young and and older children. Lots of grassy space. More bathrooms are needed and should be cleaner.

  • Clara Posadas

The park is really nice with a lot of shade, especially on the playground for younger kids. The slides on the older kid playground are a little scary due to the height for us but others seem to enjoy them.

  • Nick Foster

My kids love this place. The renovations of the newish playground are amazing. Great place to take your family and let them tire themselves out. Tucked away in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood.

  • Mayank Gupta

Great play structures. I would even contend these are the best in a 10mile radius. Plenty of scape to play and host outdoor parties. Only down side is that this place gets busy on weekends

  • Chuck Kuhn

Great playground, several slides, swings and toddler area. Baseball, Basketball court. Large field to let dogs run play. Tennis courts too. Picnic benches, covered area. Clean restrooms.

  • Debra Chin

Great park for getting together with friends, a number of shady spots provided by trees, lots if grassy areas, great playground area for kids to enjoy with fun play structures.

  • Jo Anne Solomon

Wonderful park for a large group. There's plenty of BBQ's and. you can set up folding canopies for shade. There's lots o trees to sit under too. A large clean restrooms too.

  • Linh Taylor

It's a nice park for kids of all ages. There are 2 play structure: age 2-5 and 5-above. The grass/field area are well maintained so it's nice to run around with our girl.

  • Ominous Specter

Massive park which is great for kids and adults of all ages. Note: sitting space is rather minimal in comparison to other locations, so bring a chair during busier times.

  • Evan Westmoreland

Nice well maintained park in nice neighborhood with unique play structure. Has 3 big slides and some Ninja warrior style obstacles. My 4 and 2 year old both love it.

  • Girish Shetty

Very nice park with lots of play structures for kids of all ages. Parking should not be an issue as there are many curbside parking spaces available around the park

  • Jeff Clowers

Great park. We called it hill park when the kids were little because of the little hill they ran up and down. Nice new play structure for the kids. More

  • Elliot Tally

Best playground in the neighborhood but always busy on the weekends. Not social distancing friendly. Tennis courts are in great shape with new nets.

  • Arun Kalyanasundaram

Decent park. Always clean. Trail is nice for walking and a bit of biking if not crowded. This has one of the coolest play structure and a big slide.

  • Aron Tripp

One of our favorite SJ parks. The tall slides are lots of fun. Other kids are good most of the time. Got pretty busy post-pandemic but still fun.
