I have never been insulted in my life. This store is the filthiest store ever. A woman blasted another customer and me on speaker phone and accused us of stealing. How can I get a basket when there's none there by the doorway? An oriental guy had to remove boxes so he could buy what he need because the boxes were blocking us access to buy what we need. And the cashier at the last aisle embarrassed us both trying to call us suspect. She's an older Black woman with short hair cut, she wears glasses and she is average height or tall. She also wears a light blue covid mask. The aisle is aisle four nearby the manager's office. She works in the afternoon only. I will Sue that location, if Coporate office doesn't handle it. Racial profiling is ILLEGAL. He walked out because the security guard told him to leave. I spoke up and defended myself. I am a LONG time customer. You never insult a paying customer and accuse them of stealing when they are coming to buy. It's unprofessional and uncouth. And it's also bad for business. That's losing MORE SALES! Some of the workers, not all of the workers, there have bad attitudes. Today is the last day I will buy from there. People stop going there. They will falsely accuse you of stealing when you're not. I bought my products and left after defending myself. I don't need to steal. For what? I work. I am highly upset and disappointed. Corporate, clean house and hire better people who will get the job done and not complain. If you hate your job that much, quit. It's a disservice to us paying customers who shop there.

This is an AWFUL Dollar Tree. It feels like because this the only one in this neighborhood they’re intentionally not interested in making any improvements. It’s a shame in Black neighborhoods the stores we patronize operate as poorly as this Dollar Tree. I don’t even know where to begin: - There is always only one cashier with a line going all the way through the cluttered aisles. Many of times I’ll wait on line up to 20 minutes with no movement and ultimately put my things back and just leave. It is always sweltering hot and uncomfortable inside. In what world should anyone have to wait up to 45 minutes to purchase 3 items ?? - FILTHY IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! The store is honestly downright gross. There are boxes of product clogging all the aisles and what actually makes it to the shelves is tossed on with no care or order. People can’t even properly get into the aisles to shop with how dirty and disorganized the store is. It looks like somewhere off an episode of hoarders is so awful as many other reviews have spoken on. - Who works here??? There’s always one cashier servicing the line that makes DMV wait times seem quick and efficient. I have never seen anyone stocking items, sweeping, cleaning, or even getting on to another register. It’s a shame this store is allowed to operate this way despite the many complaints from customers. Something needs to change IMMEDIATELY because the operation of this store is horrendous and it seems to be in punishment of those who make up this neighborhood

The nastiest store in the universe. I spoke to a worker who came from the office, I'm presuming he was the manager, and he said they finally got more hours and they got stuff from another store that closed. To me it was the excuse of the day because that branch is always untidy. I don't know if they rent out the place after hours to some toddlers but everything is topsy turvy. It's incredible. How could anyone work in such a disorganized atmosphere. I always seeing new employees so that means nobody stays and there's no incentive to keep them in that rubbish pile. Another issue that's not their fault but building/landlord, water pools in the entrance whenever it rains. So the door is actually in a pool of water with leaves and whatever trash that's blowing on the street. I would think they would see that and fix it but you literally have to step in that pool of water to get into the store. Who owns this store. It's bad enough that there's a gym upstairs and you can hear everything someone drops a barbell. This is a fire hazard and they need to address it immediately. Hire staff to keep the store because it's a very high traffic branch. They need to stop and treat the customers with respect. We are paying and don't like rummaging for items...

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I don't normally do bad reviews but this location is so horrible I felt like I needed to. This location is poorly maintained and it's like the staff doesn't care. On my latest visit to this location everything there was just khaos. I always feel like I'm on a treasure hunt at this location because nothing is never where they should be or together. There was open food and outside food on the shelves that looks like it's been there forever. There are bugs in every single one of the glassware there because of all the trash left on the shelves. Broken items everywhere I mean whatever you can think of that's wrong with a place was happening here. I don't think it's fair that a huge company have a store so poorly ran because it's in a minority community because I visit multiple locations in various communities and this by far is the worst a one. I've e never seen a store like this before and I know it's because of the community it's in. Something needs to be done to fix this asap at this point fire the whole staff because there no reason a place should ever look like this.

How do I file a complaint against a store? I took a cab to one of your branches and I could not believe how dirty and not put together that store is. I felt like I was shopping in someone’s extremely large dirty basement. I took a cab from another neighborhood just to go to your store because I am not near any of your branches and could not shop. Literally could not shop for what I wanted because apparently your party aisle is the stock room. I went to a manager who told me to try and come back tomorrow because it may or may not be cleared out. I told her I was not from that neighborhood and spent money to be refused serviced and she just walked away from me telling me to come back tomorrow. Please do not think I am being dramatic. I legit could not step foot into the aisle and I am disgusted. Horrible customer service. I was glad to find out there was a five below around the corner and had all of their aisles clean for customers to shop.

It is embarrassing to go into this Dollar Three store in 2244 Chuch Ave in Brooklyn NY and not be able to find anything, everything is jumbled, they don't have things in their place, a Puerto Rican lady heard me talking to myself, she told me that people throw everything on the floor and leave the things anywhere. And sadly he's right, but the staff who work in the store never put things back either, and you never see employers rearranging anything at all. And if you complain to the cashiers as happened to me today, they respond disgustingly well. Today I had to bend down three times to pick up merchandise from the floor for fear of falling since having difficulty walking was what was going to happen, so I preferred to take the time and pick up what other customers did since the least I wanted was to stop to a hospital for disorderly people and for not having a supervisor in the store

Very large store in an accessible location and is often very well stocked considering the high foot traffic. Due to location, this store is always busy but they have social distancing and other COVID-19 protocols in place which are typically adhered to. The lines are usually long but cashiers are quick so the wait time is more than reasonable. You can typically find a staff member on the floor so you can ask questions if you're looking for something. Because of the foot traffic, the store isn't always the most tidy but it's generally well organized and not a complete mess like some other locations. I truly believe that especially in these difficult times, it's so good to know that people have affordable options for things they need, and can comfortably shop in a safe environment.

The female manager (who said she wasn't) that was working today around 3:40 PM is very rude. The lines are always long and they always refuse to open another line. How can you have customers standing on line for over 15 mins and get upset when asked to open another register? Then she walked away and slammed the office door on another customer, that was trying to ask her a question. All of them need to be retrained. The cashier called and no one came out to assist. Plus the store is always untidy. When the cooperate office is there, no stocks filling the aisles or long lines. Everything is in order.

I went to the store and it is a disgrace to all dollar tree stores. I Iove dollar tree and went to so many in different cities and this is the worst, things all in carts or on the floor, shelves on the floor, I cannot find any word to describe it except it look like store going out of business the person with me asked that same question. I am glad I don’t live in New York but I am sorry for customers who shop there because of the low prices and I think they deserve better. Managers please do your job. This store needs new management and more employees. The lines are ridiculously long, the store is unkept and untidy. Picture frames all broken, which is dangerous because I myself almost got cut looking for a gold frame. The aisles aren’t organized, everything on the floor, unopened boxes of inventory stacked up in the aisles, and good luck getting a shopping cart through. I’m gonna have to make a longer trip to another dollar tree, that won’t give me anxiety just being there. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of the older West Indian cashier. She was really nice.

This has got to be the busiest Dollar Tree that I have ever been to in my entire life. Lol. This place is so understaffed they need about 10 employees at all times. Four people should be on the registers and the other people should be cleaning the store and stocking the shelves . The employees are very friendly it's just that they're under so much stress. They barely have time to breathe let alone answer questions from the customers. The location is great ... it's just that the store is very understaffed .

It was much nicer when it first opened, but now it has become the Worst dollar tree I have ever been to.. I'm not sure what's happening with the staff but it seems like they aren't on top of restocking. Everything is out and about during business hours and it's a fire hazard. The lines for check out is a long wait and boxes are stacked all over the floor need to unpack and stock the shelves it is a safety violation ,the boxes can fall on someone, The female manager with the long BLOND weave is rude and have no empathy a pregnant customer asked to use the bathroom and she denied her. This place is busy 24/7 no matter the day or hour. Mainly because theirs only ever 1 or 2 cashiers on duty. Meanwhile theirs 2-3 other ones literally walking around the store. I was a bit disappointed by this store. There isn't a wide variety of items. The store is disorganized and untidy. There are food items from opened packs all over the floor. There are unpacked boxes stacked high in the isles blocking access to the items on the shelf. I even witnessed a loud argument between a cashier and a customer after the cashier told the customer she was closed, then took another customer.

There's always one cashier at the register while the other workers are at the back gossiping, killing time, or spying on customers who will most likely pay yet the thieves come in and out store with items they haven't paid for lol I know because I have seen students, adults steal and no dollar tree employee pays attention to them. Entire aisles are blocked off by unloaded product on carts. Some aisles are tidy, others like the drinks section, are disorganized, product on the floor, impossible to find specific items. I went around 5pm, maybe like 30 people shopping in the store, two associates working register. This location needs to hire more staff, they're clearly overworked and over extended.

Appearance is everything !! From the outside the store is filthy gardage all along the entry way into the store .inside its always full with boxes blocking the aisles .they restock in thr middle of the day making it so difficult to stop around the store . The staff is very nice pleasant and helpful .please clean the front of your business .more customers will enter .

Everything is now $1.25 each. They have more kinds of candy than a sweet tooth can handle !! They also have all kinds of kitchen supplies and other things for all over the house and outdoors too. EVERYTHING you can imagine. I bought a can opener for $1 a few months ago and it works. I'm not going to lie, I really like this place and highly recommend it to all.

This location is literally filthy. I could barely push my cart through most of the aisles because of all the empty boxes on the floor and 2 of the aisles were completely blocked with unopened product. There were only 2 cashiers on duty and to their credit, they were incredibly fast. Otherwise this location is trash and I wouldn't even bother to go back there.

Extremely poor customer service. There was only one cashier open. The line stretched from the cashier to the back of the store by the frozen food. I waited on line 20mins. This Dollar Tree was so unorganized, unsanitary and unsafe. It is clear that they are understaffed because the entire time I was at this location (75 mins) I saw a total of 3 workers. This lead to long lines also, not forgetting the falling hazards of the lanes that were filled with unpacked boxes and items that all over the floor.

AT DOLLAR TREE I SPEND A DOLLAR TWENTY FIVE FOR STORE ITEMS. IT IS FULL OF CONVENIENT PRODUCTS THAT INCLUDES TOILETRIES; NEWBORN CLOTHING & GIFTS, ART & DECORATIONS WITH LAUNDRY DETERGENT & HOUSEHOLD ITEMS. MY REGULAR GOAL TO SPEND MORE ON ITEMS EXCEEDS WHAT AMOUNT OF MONEY I HAVE AVAILABLE. IT IS GOOD SHOPPING ON A DAILY BASIS.

It was very nice. First time i every went there and the people were so polite. Everyone was practicing social distancing. The store had standing places marked off. It wasnt as crowded as it usually is so all went well. The only thing that threw me off was the cashier were not wearing mask.

I always find every item(s), that I need for my apartment at the cheapest prices in Brooklyn NY. Items like toothpaste, hanging tools, alcohol, juices, liquid soaps, shampoo, facial wash, body wash, and all at the cheapest prices around.

They are fully stocked with so much goodies. Theres dollar store quality items to brand name items, it's great. Sometimes there is a long line but it moves fast, but the five minute wait is so worth it. I do all my shopping here.
