Wish I knew the name of the red hair lady and gentlemen that helped me and my boyfriend look through all the balloon numbers to try and find the ones we needed (which were 1 and 3) They literally helped us every step of the way and could not have been nicer!!! Thank you both for your kindness!! Oh and not to mention this same cashier lady also called a taxi cab for an elderly woman which I thought was super nice of her. 5 stars fully to this dollar tree. Plus we got apologies for the store not looking up to par but its the holidays and its going to be messy! That was not a concern of mine but I recognized their sincerity to make our experience memorable!!

THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD!!!!!!!! I’ve been waiting for TWO weeks for a callback from management or headquarters about FAKE $20 BILLS THAT I RECEIVED WHEN I GOT CASHBACK AT THIS LOCATION. Spoke with the manager on Duty (Amber) who stated she reached out to the store manager Scott, who then stated that he’d reach out to corporate and call me back. Almost THREE WEEKS later and ZERO call back. This has caused me major issues and I’m now seeking legal help. DO YOU KNOW ITS AGAINST THE LAW TO BE IN THE POSSESSION OF COUNTERFEIT BILLS???!! You will soon! SOMEONE HAS TO PAY FOR THE NEGLIGENCE AT THIS STORE !!!!

Went there today earlier around 1:00 p.m. upon walking in the store it smelled like human urine in the store there was boxes everywhere nothing stopped spoke to the lady that was there she said that she had just been transferred to that store to get it together. I really hope they can get it together and get it smelling better because I tell you what human urine is not what you want to smell when you walk in a store it was horrible

HORRIBLE customer service , 7 people waiting in line , one cashier open , 3 other employees hanging around including the manager, i asked the manager to open another cashier and she just smiled and whisper to another employee and nothing was done , hopefully someone can see this and do something about it please. Employees are always super nice and helpful. They have a great variety of items all priced at $1. Cards, wrapping paper, health and beauty products, snacks, kitchenware, balloons, party supplys and all the boxed candy for taking to the movies. This is a pretty large store with easy access on the corner of Dale Mabry and Columbus Drive.

It's amazing what this store sells. Take the time to actually browse every aisle and you'll be pleasantly surprised at what you can find here. Everything is 1.00 and in some cases, 2 for 1.00. EDIT: As you know, the price change is 1.25 now. Still a bargain on most things but you can get some of things they have under 1.25 at Walmart.

The Columbus store has become such a better place in the last few months, I quit shopping there some time back. I went in recently and felt like I was in a whole different store!! The new store manager is so helpful, and I'll never forget Joy! She is the kindest person I've ever met. Way to go, my store is a happy place for me again!

If you're having trouble finding it -- (At time of writing, the marker for it on the map is right in the middle of Dale Mabry) -- it is actually in a plaza on the right side of the road, headed North. Last turn into before you get to Columbus. I've only visited this store once, but it's pretty nice, and I received good service.

This dollar tree is horrible, dont waste your time coming here. They never have what you need. Shelves are always bare on some isles. I gave in and went here since they are open until 10pm. At 9:32 they made a announcement they would be closing in 2 minutes . Thats not the way to run a store, dont think i will ever come back.

This store being close to the corporate offices on Boy Scout Blvd was my go to store among many others in the morning before work. They used to open at 8am which was very convenient however upon arriving this morning they decided to change their hours to 9am! Great selection and bug store just wish the hours didn't change

It was nice and clean and the cashier was very nice and sweet every time you walk in she would say welcome to the Dollar Tree and when you would leave she would say have a blessed day she was a very nice person I didn't have no problem finding anything everything was there that I needed I was very happy thank you

This store is very clean, they have a very nice variety of items and the staff are friendly and helpful but not nosey. I have the superstore by my house and the selection there is nowhere near as big or as vast as the smaller store but is a nice size I will definitely be coming back here again.

Place had a foul smell, alot items were in the walk way to be stocked I guess. I left feeling so dissatisfied that I could barely find items I was looking for. I'll have to explore other stores cause this one just doesn't do it for me anymore and it was one of my favorites.

Inventory didn't seem up to date. Some shelves lacking the usual. 2 carts of boxes in back aisle. Not crowded. Walked in for a specific item & left. Newer store. Brightly lit with spacious aisles. Handicapped parking with ramp. No automated doors.

I needed to replace a pair of reading glasses - $1. New USB charger cord - $1. Some lotion for my overwashed hands - $1. Employees wearing masks, social distancing marks on the floor, a replaceable film on the credit card machine. Top marks!

A well stocked and organized store. The staff was friendly and the checkout was quick. If you are looking for a place to pick up low cost snacks, household items, or party supplies, this is a great alternative to bigger stores.

It was a mess going down every aisles. I'm going to need the manager to know what where there product is and to know what product the costumer is looking for. I happen to come across both products that I needed on my own.

Power is on but says closed from power outage. Nobody's answering the phone and it's got all the lights on, lit up like a christ mlm as. Dont k otw what kinda ship the owner her er is running but its unprofessional

This is by far the dirtiest Dollar Tree I have been to, and I am a frequent flyer at the dollar stores...lots of merchandise all over the floors, like people just tossed it there.. the staff was VERY NICE...

This is an excellent store. Large. Nice selection. Clean. Nice and friendly staff. People are courteous and respectful here. While this store is out of my way, I will definitely be coming back here again.

Had the pleasure of visiting this Dollar Tree to purchase some essentials. Very well stocked and clean store. Thank you to the ladies and gentlemen that made my shopping experience a pleasant one.

When I'm passing a dollar tree. Gotta stop and go in. There's a trail mix in a green bag so good it combat my hunger urges. Always can find a lil of this & that too. Staff r nice & store is clean.

I got at the store at 8.30pm after work and the 2 rude girls there had already closed the doors and didn't want me to get inside to buy something to eat even the store closes at 9.00pm. Animals.

Nice & big. The staff is friendly and willing to help. I'm not from the area and it was easy to find the store. The location of this dollar tree is also great.

This store is not organized, always dirty, shelves are never stocked, items are all over the floor then in proper areas. Looks like a warehouse rummage sale!

The only negative thing I have to say is that I lose all self control when it comes to "it's only a dollar"! 50 items later and........you get the picture!

I like the convenience of buying the essencials at a price that everyone can afford. This store is great for times like these where the economy is tight.

This dollar tree at one time was a complete fail. That is no more. They have everything. I was pleasantly surprised. You will be too.

Dirty, smelled bad, and most of the products were scattered or in boxes and not on shelves. Looks like they gave up and quit trying.

Aisles filled with carts to stock shelves difficult to navigate with my walker. I did however purchase a lot of their fake flowers.

The store is disgusting! It's very unorganized and dirty. I probably won't visit the location on DaleMabry and Columbus again.

Staff is always friendly and the store is always organized. I find items easily and receive assistance even without asking!!!

I love Dollar tree but this particular location doesn't ever have a good selection of boys toys and girls toys either.

The Dollar Tree in this location is baby baby clean I give 100% I've been a different ones and this is number one

It's always good for those couple of items like party supplies and try Goods I go there for some chips and candy

I found some pretty amazing finds. The isles were pretty crowded with items needing to be placed on the shelves.

They do not have enough help to help the little old lady behind the counter with a line all around the aisles

Never go to this store this manager she's not very professional she's very racist to any hispanish people...

The place was cluttered and we waited in line behind 6 people. There was not enough cashiers or staff on.
