Amazing product selection and some of the staff are very sweet. What I witnessed today was disgusting behaviour by one of the staff yelling at an elderly man (90+). The elderly person was going to leave cash on the cash desk and walk out and she starts screaming at him to not leave the store and wait for her to scan the item in. ONE item. He left more cash than what the product cost and came back to properly cash out and she continues to scold him. There are different ways to go about things, you do not scream and shame anyone for something so minor - let alone an elderly person. I have zero tolerance when I see someone being treated with so much disrespect which I saw today at this store. Shame on The Dollar Tree for employing someone so miserable and disrespectful.

So I was just here - first time. Buggy full - cashier needs customer service skills. Name is Robyn. Told me to put buggy back where they need to go - I mentioned had a big box - she says doesn’t take much to put it back around the corner. (Interesting that this doesn’t apply to her). I did and then asked wasn’t she supposed to clean it before another person touched it (no wipes to do it yourself by buggies) under Covid protocols. She said she would do it - well I paid and huge line. Saw someone take the buggy when they came in and it wasn’t cleaned. Prices great but be careful- this place could end up being a super spreader in Burlington as they aren’t cleaning buggies it seems between customer use.

I love this dollar store. It always has a great selection of pretty much anything I need. Robyn needs to go. This woman is rude to someone every single time I am in the store. A couple of days ago, she repeatedly argued with me over the size of the box I chose. When I went to pick up my receipt, she ripped it from my hand so hard I had a paper cut, just so she could place it with the interac slip. She has worked there for years, so management clearly doesn't care about how she treats the customers.

I purchased two items yesterday at this location. As I gave Robin (the sales associate), the money for the items, she stated that "You wouldn't be able to do that again if you tried." (Very strange comment to make to a customer). She then stated that she would not inform me of the current promotion/contest since I probably already heard it. (Um no, I didn't hear it). Although I received poor customer service, I will continue to shop at Dollar Tree, just not at this location.

Burlington has 3 locations and I recommend customers visit the Plains Rd or Appleby Line stores, instead of this location. The Fairview location has an older cranky female employee who is shockingly mean. It's her awful personality, she truly should not be working with customers, she doesn't have basic human decency. The other 2 locations are larger stores with nice staff. I've seen this woman be horrible to many customers, it's appalling, so I now go to the other locations.

They have very good selection of party supplies, helium balloons and crafts plus seasonal items, and everything is $1.25 each. Store is clean, well-stocked and organized. My only complaint is their lack of float cash. I went in the morning, wanted to pay cash with my $50 bill and was told she didn't have enough money for my change? She said it's because for theft/robbery prevention. It was an inconvenience.

Degrading and accusing students just because they’re more than one entering your store is deplorable. These are the customers of the future. If you’re so concerned about theft of your dollar items, start going after the demographic that’s growing the fastest in retail theft..seniors and yell at them across the store when they enter more than one at a time. Let’s see how that works out for you.

Fairly decent size..staffs are very friendly...they could have a bit more of halloween decorations. The ones they have are very less in comparison to Dollarama. They also have a good selection of pet supplies. I got a pair of cute bowties for my new pupply from here. Will definitely revist because its the nearest one to me..

Dollar tree is a fantastic store that sells pretty much everything except for produce. You can buy canned goods, bread, kitchenware, cleaning products, toys, craft supplies, party balloons and a huge variety of other products. The best part is that EVERYTHING in the store is only $1.25 each!!!

Good Dollar store, excellent selection of merchandise. Seasonal merchandise for all the holidays and special occasions. A very well organized and tidy store makes it easy to find what you are looking for. Small selection of Balloons- although helium is available which is great.

Went there for a few things. the cashier offered some bars for 25 cents. I figured they were close to expiry so got them, noticed at home they had expired in April 2021. I expect they knew this and sold them anyways. It was clear they were offloading them.

Not much to say about the place itself but there was the one worker who had to be the prettiest person I’ve ever seen, red hair and piercings, told me they didn’t have hot glue guns. Either way she was also the worker at the register she’s awesome.

I was in your store at noon march 9. The clerk was rude and was smacking on her chewing gum. When I went to leave she said in a nasty tone, WHEN YOU LEAVE, PUT THE CART BACK WHERE YOU GOT IT FROM. Never will I go back into that store.

I love this store! I buy all sorts of things from here ... from snacks to cleaning supplies, to crafting items. Also, pro tip - they sell the best Christmas wrapping paper (with gridlines). All for $1.25 or less, each!

Not the best selection of dollar goods but staff is friendly and everything is under $1.25 unlike the other fake Dollarstore brands where things just start at a dollar and go up from there.

I really like this Dollar store. A lot of great stuff for $1.25. Even if you do happen to get a lemon of an item, who cares...it was just $1.25. It's clean and not overly busy.

Love this location. Store is very tidy and staff always friendly. Such a great selection of greeting cards and party supplies. Great place for teachers! Something for everyone.

I enjoyed this storm more than I thought I would. The prices were very good for somebody starting out with their own apartment. Cheaper than Dollarama

Everything indeed of a dollar & quarter, best place to look for quick errands, will recommend to anyone looking for a quality stuff at nominal rates.

Unbeatable prices for assorted goods. Before you check Walmart or home depot, check out dollar tree. Might save you some money.
