Took my 87 year old mom shopping this morning. She delights as do I on how inexpensive all items are. The diversity is also amazing. I personally shop here once a week sometimes twice. A loaf of bread and package of English muffins at a $1.25. The same item is three time that in a regular grocery store. Today we were on the hunt for x-large gift bags. The store is clean, restrooms are available, easy accessible parking, a few handicap slots. A manager very helpful and easy to locate on the store floor. I feel safe and enjoy the savings. I found that early mornings are the best time to shop. As the day progresses, so does the influx of customers.

For the first time, the person that helped us did it correctly. By that I mean, they pulled us from another checkout lane as the next customer in line. Not as others have usually done by just opening the register lane and letting whoever got there first be checked out. Unfortunately I don't remember the person's name, might have been the manager. Sorry. good job $tree just the same. Suggestion; implement that procedure as part of the employee training as a must do. I, as well as most customers (I'm guessing) really appreciate that.

It is very unfair when bad customers leave bad reviews... I cannot tell you how many times customers micro manage and slow down transactions thinking that they can do the cashier's job better.... customer service is important but when a customer makes a scene in a store and treats a clerk with absolute disrespect as if working retail made it somehow acceptable to treat those behind the counter as less then human and expect no reprisals from either the cashier or other customers you might want to look in the mirror at your own poor behavior

I would give this place a ZERO due to the cashier KIMMIE. Being a regular at dollar tree for arts and crafts, you would think that exchanging items in their original packaging would be easy but they refuse to look at your receipts and make you find each individual items. This place literally double scans items frequently, so what's the point of making customers find their items in their receipts when you double scan items. What a joke.

The manager still wanted to check my bag even I told him I didn’t buy anything and put those items back (I showed him where they are). He still wanted to check the bag, and I refuse because I hid someone’s UFO in the bag, so the person couldn’t fly back after his Halloween party…. Ugh. The manager confessed to me he is illegal alien that I report to the ICE. The store doesn’t have wide variety like others. Not recommended.

Nice size store for everything you are looking for at $1. 2022 the prices will go up to $1.25 and the employees let you know, so you are aware and won't get caught off guard. The staff is friendly and they will assist you with anything you need, and have knowledge do the store. Check out is quick and normally just 1 person online to wait on.

It's a dollar store so you will not find quality things but it's great for little projects and party stuff. Staff is alright. Not that helpful but for me I go in knowing what I came for. Small parking but it's never full. I like this store just wish for maybe a bit more organization.

I liked this shop. It's small, but you can find some interesting cheap things there. Once I found German chocolate bars twice cheaper than in Walmart. Expiration date was very long. Good deal! What I don't like - it's dirty sometimes. And the location doesn't look safe unfortunately.

The store has done well in organizing the inventory and OMG the floors are renewed and CLEAN. I have noticed there are no spices anymore - one of the main reasons for shopping in the store. Please bring that inventory back and get rid of

Staff and management always friendly and will go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for. They greet everyone that comes in. This is one of the oldest Dollar Trees so it's hella small and can be mess due to the massive

Very bad experience when I came to 916 Sory Rd store for some balloons today. Sergio, store manager, came to us with an aggressive manner yelled at us " Don't touch anything " The balloons section was messy and there was no signs about

Cashier was unfriendly and never spoke a single word to me during the entire checkout process. When I paid for my items, she never spoke the total and never said what my change was or even Thanks, Have a good night, nothing.

Today i had good service. Polite employees who even greeted me even while working, which has not been common in the past. The only thing i did not like was they had their public restroom closed no explanation.

This is cleanest most organized dollar tree. I give the entire staff props because it’s in a busy area where all walks of life enter/exit and they manage to keep it clean/organized. Two thumbs up!

There's always a mass at this dollar store if you need something you have to look for it on the floor because everything is on the floor
