I visited yesterday around 2pm; the teenaged boy working the cash register must have been having a bad day, because he was very rude, inconsiderate, and genuinely lacked compassion. Dollarama is not a store people with money shop at. So if a customer's debit card happens to not work due to insufficient funds, the employee behind the cash should never shout "it says insufficient funds". There were 4 or 5 of us in line behind her. The poor girl looked utterly embarrassed. The store it's self is good, but AN EMPLOYEE SHOULD NEVER SHAME A CUSTOMER. Or is it just me? Either way, now on I'll be visiting one of the other hundreds of dollar stores in the area. I never want to feel unsafe in my own community.

This location is a Superstore. It is one of the largest I have ever been in. Shelves are very well-stocked, aisles are wide and clear. Ample staff on hand to answer any questions you might have. Check out at cash is incredibly quick considering the volume and size of store. Surprisingly large selection of brand-name familiar items. I do have to say that the prices are creeping up rather high and I found several items that are considerably higher priced then in places such as Walmart or Giant Tiger. So though they have everything here it's still prudent to look at the price. #localguide

The young man at the cash was absolutely RUDE and his behaviour was simply unacceptable. He flat out told the woman in front of me she couldn’t have another bag because she “already had one”, spoke down to every single person in line, rudest tone I had ever heard. I swear I thought it was a joke and I was on candid camera!! Never felt such shock in all my life. Will NEVER go back here. EVER. And will tell everyone I know about the horrible things this young man said to ME. What happened to being kind to one another? What happened to treating people with respect?

Couldn’t find what I was looking for and happened to be in the aisle that the manager was in, she was incredibly helpful and kind and helped me find what I was looking for and more !! Her whole staff was incredibly kind and helpful and this is the only dollarama I will be shopping at in orleans from now on! Every other one had a sever lack in the customer service aspect but this one is incredibly inclusive and makes you feel right at home 10/10 suggest shopping here.

Acquired a few items this afternoon. While messages sounded out on page system some things like social distancing and following arrows on the floor; a few isles had boxes upon boxes on the floors. Staff were putting up new items and there was difficulty on numerous isles. While following arrows to one isle, a person most likely a manager wouldn't let me continue as blocked with stock. She advised me go against the arrows if necessary when no one was on the isle.

Good ramen packs for $0.20 each, the Bowlfull brand ones, but if you're the kind of person who eats them straight out of the package uncooked, only get the ones that have white writing on the top and bottom. That'll probably only be the chicken ones. Ramen bowls are a bit more expensive, but there's sometimes a shrimp flavour stocked for them while I haven't seen one for the packs.

Very nice branch everything is organized and prices are tagged well no need to go back and forth like dollar tree confusing me Dollarama is more convenient for me and staff are very nice Thanks for all my Christmas decor and my pets outfit

Had an odd encounter with a cashier. She scanned all my products and didn’t pack the two bags i paid for. So i reached over the counter myself to pack them because i thought it was covid-19 protocol, but she got angry and told me not to

Kid who has worked there twice I've gone in is more busy messing with his hair then bothering to even communicate with you, offer a bag or not or tell you how much your spending. As someone in retail it frustrating.

Good selection and we'll ornagized. I will say that there are a few odd ducks that work here who's questionable customer service brings it down 1 star. No other complaints otherwise.

It is a good discount store, where you can find house hold items party items, greeting cards some school supplies, Some handicrafts. The prices are really good too. :)

Typical Dollarama store. Staff went out of their way to get something in the back area - not usually done in these stores. Thanks for the great service.

They lack the sanitizer and wipes for shopping carts. For this I am giving low review. Sanitizer of cheap quality at the entrance is not enough.
