I have a valid medical mask exemption- no not breathing but ptsd. Ok with questions at entry, young girl was but, but but... but cashier was rude and nagging, even though I explained I had a medical reason and was NOT AN ANTI-MASKER! There are a very small minority of us who actually have a valid reason, and it isn’t copd. I shouldn’t have to be retraumatized when I need to pick up an essential like SOCKS! This is the first Dollarama who was abusive, most are very empathetic, probably because they can see I am already anxious just being in the store!

I went in to this Dollarama with a gift card I went up to the counter to purchase my items it took me about 20 minutes to pick all my items I get up to the counter with my gift card and the clerk whose name is Crystal told me I needed a drivers license with my gift card because she said it was her policy that she has had problems with people like me in the past with gift cards I don't know what she meant by people like me anyway I left the head office a message and a complaint.

I was in the store today and observed 5 people enter the store without a mask. No staff member approached them to encourage them to do so. I asked about their mask policy and was told that they don't enforce it. I urge people to stay away from this store at this time. From your burnout healthcare worker

This dollarama is very well organized and maintained, parking is a bit strange but once you figure it out it is quite easy to navigate. Staff are friendly and helpful when you need assistance. Great place to grab snacks for a game , family outing , or a movie night.

First time shopping at this location and as usual I got lost in the aisles, taking my time, pouring over new inventory. Spent a lil over budget but got the necessities I needed like garbage bags and non-essentials like chocolate and chips. Nice big location.

had everything I was looking for an old complains price was right all the staff are friendly and so yeah I recommend this place not a problem there anybody out there that's near here or that wants to go to a dollar store I recommend this one for everyone.

Way better than the "dollar store" I remember! They used to be kind of a junk shop with cheap snacks. Not anymore... Dollarama actually has a tonne of quality items for really cheap. Plus they've still got the cheap junk food …

The cashier double scanned my 1 box Bear Paws Choco Chip. I felt cheated when I checked at home. She didn’t put in the plastic bag one by one, she only scanned everything at the counter top and put inside altogether.

Parking is a pain in the butt however not a bad place if you need something quick and cheap but be careful some things like cleaning supplies for example may be more expensive than Walmart and come in smaller sizes

I order from Instacart but the service fee is higher than taking a cab there and back. I go in my wheelchair but many isles are hard to get in. Silly extras we have to pay. Now I have to tip less!

Dollarama has most anything that I'm looking for. The Customer Service people know where everything is at, in the store. The store is very clean. Everything is neatly put on the shelf(shelves).

This morning I just stayed in the hallway to keep warm, the stuff drive me away rudely. I am always a frequent buyer for this store. Yet from today I would never enter this door.

This place is very cramped, and almost like an Asian market with boxes of stuff littering the floors. It also has like 1-2 people on cash register which is kind of inconvenient.

This location in Riverbend is always well stocked, clean, well merchandised and I hardly wait in line. They have very efficient cashier's even if there's only 1 or 2 of them.

I went to dollarama to get craft supplies for myself and my granddaughter and was pleasantly surprised at the variety of everything I needed and it wasn't very expensive.
