A bit shocked about what happened with our order tonight. My husband and 2 year old went to pickup our order, got there a bit early and waited inside the store for it to be finished. Checked a few times on our order with the workers, they were behind. Okay fine, stuff happens. Finally nearly 30 mins after our order was supposed to be done, my husband checks in again and she says sorry we just accidentally gave it to that car! She runs out and asks for it back before that car leaves and tries to give it to my husband! He’s like um no, that was IN their car and opened! Im sure that’s some kind of health violation. The worker said she could make him another one, but it would be at least another hour! She wouldn’t make an immediate fix to her mistake. He ended up canceling the order and wasting an hour and a half of our night. Who thinks it’s ok to take an opened pizza from someone’s car and give it to another person? We won’t be ordering here again, who knows what kind of sanitary procedure they follow. I understand mistakes happen, but maybe just say sorry and offer to correct them.

It was super late, most places I was near were closed & I didn't have anything to eat at home. Luckily, this spot right next door was open so I went in & met Tim, the Night Manager & Joe his Assistant Manager I'd presume. Literally 10 minutes before they closed & they were still professional & kind enough to start up the oven again & make me a pizza. I would definite recommend this place because I also got to see them during their closing procedures. Joe was very thougrough & paid great attention to detail as he wiped down the whole front end of the kitchen while I waited. In the time he spent cleaning, Tim was busy cleaning the restrooms so you know forsure everything here is in tip top shape! The food industry requires a lot of hard work & people who work in it have to care quite a lot about so many different details while still providing excellent customer service; those people are hard to find & hard to keep because unfortunately more often than not, the hard worker who goes the extra mile gets zero reward or recognition. It's just a review, but thankyou guys once again!

Wow! T&V made our night! The pepperoni and beef pizza was perfectly cooked! V delivered it quickly and it was hot! We just moved to Nevada and after the nightmare deliveries from Uber I'm happy we found a restaurant that we can order from and the employees deliver it. If a delivery company had delivered it I don't think it would've been the enjoyable experience. Thank you! Review number 2 from 3rd delivery. The pizza was made great thanks Cam! We paid for 4 marinara and only received 3. I received 4 parmesan packets for 3 large pizzas and breadsticks. 2 of my employees were able to have it out of 6. I would rather pay for parmesan to make sure I get enough. Review number 3 from 4th delivery. T made our pizza perfectly. We received enough peppers and parmesan. It was delivered hot and quickly! I've used this location a couple times and it seems each time there's some kind of problem. 1st time I ordered they said it delivered but never to my house. I called in the manager said he would resend the order and include a desert for the inconvenience. I received the 2nd order, no desert as promised. Which was whatever, not a big deal. At least we got the order this time. It was really cold when we received it. I didn't call or say anything just figured it was a fluke. Until I saw they're delivering pizzas on a bicycle no wonder my food was cold. My kid happens to love domino's so we try it for the 3rd time and I spent close to 70 bucks with tip and my pizza literally had no cheese on it. Didn't even bother calling at this point. I dont need a promise from the manager that they can't keep . Third time was the charm ill stick to my papa johns

Ordered from them 3 times, and two times they messed up. First time, they did not come out with my order within the 2 minute window for carside delivery. The last time was the same. Not only did it take about 45 minutes for my order to be ready just for a pizza and a pasta order but they also didn’t make it out within the 2 minute window. And I waited in my car for 5 more minutes when someone finally came out to tell me that my pasta fell out in the oven so it’ll be 6 more minutes. When I got home finally, opened the box of pizza, and a slice or two didn’t even have sauce or cheese. Was not evenly distributed. It was a disappointment.

Two separate orders on two different occasions have provided the same results. Very poor customer service, waiting way longer than expected for our order to be delivered and the lack of ingredients really demonstrates how much corner cutting this location does. Horrible management, lack of quality controls and training. We permanently use Pizza Hut on Hualapai now going forward for a much better experience and quality.

I ordered a pizza at 6:45 pm and was told that it would be ready in 12 minutes for pick up once I hung up the phone . Drove there in 30 minutes and was told it would be another 40 minutes . Drive there again in 40 minutes and was told it would be an hour. Very poor customer service and they should have let me know when I ordered it would be a hefty wait . I am highly disappointed in this dominoes .

For some reason this location can not spread 3 ingredients equally. I ask can you please spread the ingredients evenly because onetime I got a pineapple pizza. He said to me he would do it himself. Lastweek I heard theose words from the GM and pizza was perfect. I wish this time was the same. I have 2 ingredients on all the slices, but I want all 3.

Pizza is a little better than mediocre, I give it 3 stars. Everything else deserves 5 stars, from price, ,menu,user friendly website,friendly customer service,and several locations. Their specials are great if you are feeding a lot of people or just your family. If price is most important, they can't be beat for price and quality.

I have never had an order come in a reasonable amount of time from this store. I really wish we still lived closer to the Cimarron location. They always were much more efficient. I wish Dominoes corporate would realize how bad of a blight this store puts on the chain as a whole. Tonight was almost 2 hours.

When a place first opens, they overhire and you always encounter some employees who are not going to last. If the place is good, they will make that transition quickly and keep only good people on staff. So far, that seems to be how this location has worked, and I've been impressed.

It's Domino's, so if you want to order here you already know what to expect. They prep orders super fast, the pizza is consistent and exactly what you're used to if you're a Domino's fan, and the staff is great! Ordered here several times, and will continue to.

We ALWAYS request no garlic crust on our pizza, and they ALMOST 98.9 % of the time mess it up. I am not sure if they hire people that do not care for attention to detail or what, but it is very frustrating. Please pay attention to the orders that are placed.

Please close this location so I can get my food from the location on Farm Rd. Horrible quality, very little quantity, and it takes forever to get your food. Whoever runs this location sucks. Please tell me how to get my food delivered from another location.

In the end the pizzas we got were accurate and tasted good, but ordering was painful. I wound up calling in the order and the person I spoke with didn't know the specials or how to enter them. It took longer to order than it took to make them

I can not overstate how much I appreciate legitimately good service. Arrived piping hot and fresh, the delivery driver was really nice and waited for me to get the food, and it got here super quick for being a friday night. Thanks guys!

First time at the Skye Canyon Location, the Staff was polite and welcoming! The pizza was good also. Me and my Family are more Round Table fans but I can get used to Dominos. Plus they are the closest pizza place in the neighborhood.

I am so happy Domino's is so close. We placed our order (over the phone) and it seemed like it took less then 20 minutes to get our door. The pizza was nice and hot, no contact delivery. We will definitely order again soon.

Agree with all the others who say customer service is disappointing. Had a customer illegally park in a handicap spot and then get served before me while I was waiting in line. On top of that, I received a wrong order.

Ordered one for my friends birthday. Day before Thanksgiving and they ran it right on time. The girl who took my order was super nice and just good job guys! They even drew a "shape" on the box as requested!

Dominos went above and beyond today. So grateful for our delivery after the driver was in an accident they remade our pizza, let us know what happened and delivered asap. Wonderful customer service.

I've ordered delivery quite a few times from here and every time my order has been correct and they haven't forgotten anything. Even the sides extra sauce I order.

Long delivery times, even when you go to pick up it takes over an hour and a half. Then lie about delivery time when it's pickup. This place is trash
