I tried to remain quiet about this place but the more I kept seeing the commercials ( especially about the loaded Tots ) the more that I felt obligated to warn the good people about this Horrible place by my sharing the only two encounters that I will ever have with this branch! 1st Experience: I called on a Friday or Saturday, placed a large order expecting to enjoy a nice dinner and I was going to give a generous tip. Well, after several phone calls and two hours later, during the last phone call, one young, arrogant manager told me that their delivery driver went to the wrong address and that I would have to re-order my previous order and start this very annoying process all over again. I just hung-up on him. 2nd Experience: I decided to order online and a lot earlier. I ordered 3 different types of pizza's ( they changed 2 without telling me, the loaded Tot's looked like they had been lamp-mutated ( no resemblance to the commercial ), I ordered 2 different types of Wings: for barbecue they gave me dried up wings with a barbecue sauce container, yep, for fried Wings, they gave me tiny & deformed nugget pieces, then they removed some items from my order ( remember this is online ), then they said that since my order was over a certain amount ( zip code judging ) that I had to use my Credit/Debit card, they also charged me for the items that they removed, I gave a generous tip because I didn't know about any of this as I was following the prompts on their menu. Please stay with me ya'll. They did tell one Truth: the known, Horrible Delivery was very fast. My order was over $80.00 and I was going to tip ( again ) the delivery driver for being so fast but he was Terrified ( as if he was Praying to God that I didn't check my order while he was still there cuz he knew it was Horrible ). So he left and I had to eat what they sent, oh, the pizza's were burn't around all of the edges but by then, I was starving. Okay, the next day I contacted their HQ's via email to report them, get this: they sent me an email saying that they needed my Bank Statement, yep, in order for me to get some type of refund, oh, they also asked me for the store phone number ( shouldn't they have it? ). I disagreed, strongly! I only wanted my refund for what they changed/removed/withheld! Thank you for hanging in there but I would never ever recommend this raggedy establishment to anyone! Remember this place is located near Sunfresh & Wesport area! Lastly: Don't believe any of their Commercials unless you can seriously vouch for them even so, Always check your order and never be afraid to take a loss and your Business elsewhere! Blessings!

I have such a hard time writing bad reviews, but this really needs to be known. I recently placed an order through the app for pick up and was told it would be a 30-45 minute wait. I arrived an hour later to give them some breathing room since I know Westport can be busy, especially on a Sunday night. The order was not ready and I had to wait another 15 minutes. I was polite when I expressed my concerns with the long wait and asked if there was a discount or coupon they were willing to offer to compensate. The person who I spoke with said his apologies and made no effort to fix the issue. During my wait, I spoke with other customers who had been waiting way longer than me. Some waited even as long as two hours! Once I came back for the food, one of the pizzas was entirely wrong. I politely asked for a refund which I was given. I also asked if I could keep the one pizza that was correct like different locations sometimes offer as a resolution. However, he made it a point to THROW the pizzas into the trash. He ended up also being the manager. I can’t speak to the delivery service. They could be amazing in that regards for all I know. But the Westport location just had terrible service altogether. It’s bad when the manager himself is apathetic to customers’ issues. My friends that previously worked at that location quit because of having to pick up other people’s slack. I have no issues with Domino’s, just this Westport location.

I used to love going to dominoes. I used to rack up points and cash in on free pizzas all the time. It used to be such an exciting/easy process. I haven’t had a good experience with this location in ages. For the first time in months, I finally decided to place an order. After my last experience I was promised an unlimited topping pizza due to an issue I had with a free pizza I got. I paid nearly ten dollars in toppings alone because the pizza was free. They messed up the order and left out all but like three of the toppings. I advised just to replace the order and that an unlimited topping pizza wouldn’t be necessary, they insisted. I attempted to call back in one day to redeem this and instead of actually providing this, they continued hanging up on me repeatedly. I called days in a row only to be hung up on every time. That experience made me not want to go here anymore. Until tonight , I was never going to place an order again. They dropped the ball.. my pizza left the oven at 10:00 pm and passes the quality check only to sit in the warmer for an hour while I waited. It wasn’t until I called that they finally sent it out. I’m very frustrated and just disappointed in the way this location is operated. I really was hoping for the best but that didn’t appear to happen. This will be the last time I try to shop at this location again.

Check the newest reviews. All bad. Dear Dominos Management, you have some work to do with this one. My sister drove 9 hours today and has 4 kiddos with her. She placed a large order for 5 at 8:18pm and at 10:08pm I called and canceled the order. Supposedly. My sister was treated horribly over the phone when she initially called to check in on her delivery. After the 65min mark had passed, the final delivery eta per the order confirmation, she chose to call. No way to get info via text or online within a reasonable response time. She was denied a manager. She was talked to with such disrespect. She called me in tears. A long day turned even longer. The person I spoke to Jazmine also had attitude. Said they are short staffed and taking long to get the orders out. At 10:05pm she said it would be at least another 30 mins. Where is the communication about that then? And it takes over 2 hours to get food? Then I ask for the manager. Apparently named Amel. Jazmine Wouldn’t give me his last name or hers. I told Jazmine to cancel the order but then just 11 minutes ago my sister got a text saying the driver is on the way with her delivery. She already headed out to pick up another option for dinner. And we canceled this order. Someone needs to contact her or myself to confirm her money will be refunded. This is completely unacceptable.

I guess it’s just the excuse they use must be a canned response. I order pizzas all over the country from Dominos and this is the only store that cheats me. Maybe the rent is too high in Westport, don’t know. I’ve tried three times now to order pizza from this place and I get the same result of yourself a favor a lot of arguments with the wife and just order your pizza from somebody else, unless you just want their standard pizza that has a 3 inch gap of no toppings all the way around the crust! My five-year-old could make pizza better, but I’m sure it’s a money thing because when they remake it for me and I’m standing there the pizza is double the weight of a standard pizza. The chef always comments on how heavy my pizza is so he just knows.

Waited over two hours for a delivery that we weren’t sure was coming. Called the store for an update after getting a notification that it was delivered (it wasn’t) and the guy said there was some “discrepancy” between what we were saying and what they could see and were told to wait 15 min to see if the delivery driver calls. 40 minutes later, the driver called and said he left the pizza. We asked why it took over an hour to deliver a single pizza and he said there was some discrepancy(??) and that he only left the store 15 min ago. Food was cold and wasn’t even what we ordered. Tried calling the store but they never picked up after being on hold for 20 min. It was 9 pm at this point and their site shut down delivery. Between the two people saying similar things about “discrepancy,” they have some scam set up to avoid taking accountability for missing the delivery window and providing zero customer service after failing to do their jobs. They could have at least gotten the order right. Avoid this location unless you like wasting your time and money and not knowing if you’ll ever get your food.

Just don't order from here. If you do, don't get delivery. 5 bad experiences in a row. The last 2 were because I had credit and I figured I might as well use it instead of spending money here. The first 2 times I figured it was just a bad day. I know the job market is really thin, and every place is hurting for employees. Same complaints as the rest of the reviews. Pizza took almost 3 hours to get to my house. The tracker said they finished cooking it after about 15 minutes. The pizza sat there for 2.5 hours before it even got in the car to be delivered. Food was room temp, dry, burned, and inedible. One time is was overcooked so much the crust basically turned to dust. Also barely any sauce on the wings, and it was just drizzled on instead of tossed. The worst part was the customer service. The STORE MANAGER HIMSELF knew the order was wrong and didn't want to replace it after waiting for 2 hours This happened 3 times in a row. The replacement orders also went this late. Perpetual credit at this point. I just don't care anymore.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, TRUST IN THE REVIEWS. Poor Customer Service- Didn't Receive Our Order for Business: I would not and will NEVER order or recommend ordering from here. Ordered a day in advance as well as called the morning. Ordered a large order for business at the local hospital. Initially ordered online, with instructions to come to a specific floor. They "supposedly" called the contact number that I left. The simplest thing would have been to leave a VM saying and confirming that you attempted to deliver the large order of pizza. To make matters worse, it is impossible to reach the store by phone. I called them and was able to speak to an employee. I had to call multiple times and placed on eternal hold. I asked to have the pizzas redelivered and he said hold on, literally put the phone down. 15 minutes. Would not recommend this place at all. Business lunch. I should have gone with my gut instinct and trusted the other reviews posted on here. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, TRUST IN THE REVIEWS.

My staff and I placed a delivery order at this store at 1150AM. The confirmation email stated delivery would be 24-34 minutes. I kept the tracker up. At 1206PM, the tracker went to quality check status. As of 119PM we have not seen our order. The tracker still shows it is being quality checked. I tried to call the store 3 times with it ringing 10-13 times then disconnecting. The fourth and fifth attempt to contact the store there was an automatic message that said the store wasn't taking delivery orders but you could press one to reach the store. Pressing one got three rings then disconnected. I attempted to contact the corporate help line listed on the page. It has no humans. Just suggests that you text them or tweet them! I understand staffing shortages. But you would think they would call and ask if we want to pick it up or cancel. Not charge us, which they did, and let it sit in limbo. Sadly may be our last attempt at Domino's for lunch at work. Pizza Hut next time.

Ordered food for carry out on 1/16/2022, Only ordered 2 medium pizzas. I arrive in the store 40 minutes after ordering and get told there is 5 carryout orders ahead of me and itll be another hour before the food is ready. I see the pizza maker not making pizzas and talking instead. I check the oven to see if they are truly backed up and if they are working at capacity the way the front register person was suggesting, i see 2 pizzas in the entire oven that can fit about 10 pizzas and he continues to suggest they are backed up due to alot of orders. Ive worked at Dominos and they had NO interest in getting the pizzas out. It should take no more than 2 minutes at MOST to make one pizza. If they were as busy as he was suggesting the oven should be full of pizza and pizza maker waiting to get more space to put another pizza in. Poor work ethic and terrible management hiring just anybody’s to fill the position and to not actually do the work.

Do NOT order from this location. I cannot stress it enough. I placed an order for delivery at 8:10 PM. The website stated a 90 minute wait - a bit long, but sure, maybe they're busy. It's now past 11:30 PM and my order is not here. I contacted the location and spoke to the "Manager," Amel, who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He refused service, telling me the driver returned without delivering our order and clocked out for the night. So, despite being charged for the order, there was no intention of fulfilling it on his part after his driver failed to do his job. When asked for the name of his boss, he refused to provide any information stating that, "he is the boss and he handles all the Karens and all the issues." He said he, "doesn't like it when people go above him." Sorry, Amel, but your awful service has to be accountable to someone. I should've known better ordering Dominoes to begin with, but this is a whole other level.

I ordered 2 pizzas on line as a carry out order. When I arrived at the store to pick up my pizzas, a lady claiming to be the manager said that the delivery driver must have grabbed the wrong pizzas because the 2 pizzas that were on the shelf were not mines. She offered to remake my pizzas but I told her I couldn't sit there and wait. She offered to have the pizzas delivered , I agreed and gave her my address , she told me it would be approximately 45 minutes. After 1 hour, I called the store, she claimed the delivery driver just left the store 10 minutes ago. I called back 10 minutes later, another "manager" said that particular store didn't deliver in my area. Needless to say I did not drive all the way back to Dominos to get my pizzas. My order was wrong, the delivery guy delivered my pizzas to someone else so their order was wrong, the customer service provided from the "managers" was horrible.

Ordering from here is literally throwing your money away. I ordered a pizza before 7pm, saw that it left the oven at 7:25pm and then nothing. I called the store several times only to get hung up on. Since you can't report or cancel an order with their Pizza Insurance program until after your pizza leaves the store, I decided to go their location instead to pick my order up. Except, they were already closed. Over ten people were outside the store, looking for their food. The next morning my ordered has been canceled, but the charge on my card was still there. I talked to their customer service bot online. No one has reached out yet. Everytime I called the store I get hung up on. I expect a pizza place surrounded by apartments and college kids to have a longer wait time. But it looks like Domino's and this particular store is set up to steal your money. Don't order from here.

After trying to order online and it kept adding way too much to the total, I called to have pizza delivered. 2-Large two topping pizza's and order of Jalapeno stuffed cheese bread. This was a special Domino's Pizza was having at the time. Asked for BBQ sauce instead of marinara... got marinara... on top of that the delivery was 25 minutes later than the quoted 40 minutes and the pizza was cold. The manager said they would refund the order, yet how does this make me as a customer happy? It doesn't... Maybe knowledge that putting a pizza in the oven with the timing so that when the complete order is ready for delivery so is the driver ready to deliver right then and there. Having the pizza's sit in a warmer that doesn't work or in an air conditioned vehicle is absurd to receive as a customer. I like Domino's Pizza, yet will never order from this store again.

Twice I have ordered from here for delivery. Twice I never received my delivery. The first time they only said they were short staffed, but never said when my delivery would arrive or any kind of resolution- I just canceled my order. It was almost 2 hours after placing the order. Second time I ordered, said it was on the way and never showed. Tried calling the store and the store had a recorded message saying they were closed. Google maps, website, even other locations said they were open until 1am. This was after me waiting an hour (time designated 53-63 min) and 2 hours before they supposedly closed. Do NOT order for delivery from this terrible place, you'll never get it or it'll be a waste of your money. Go for Artegos or papa johns before this store- this store puts customers last.

I'd give this negative 5 stars if I could. Waited 2 hours for a single large pizza and desert. I call to get the Info on my order. They hung up on me over 8 times. Said their phones line was down. Funny to me. A review to this store said the same 6 days ago. Was the phone down then as well? My pizza arrives and it was burnt and destroyed, like literally. I drive to the store and demanded a refund. Upon entering the lights inside were dimmed SO LOW you could TELL they were trying to deter walk Ins. Also the whole lobby had 9 other ppl In it. Lights dimmed that low is dangerous for everyone in the building. Like I literally looked like they were trying to be closed but they aren't. Avoid eating here at all costs.

A few times it's been fine. But there have been so many times when I've ordered pizza only to have to call and ask where it is two hours later. Tonight I've been waiting three hours. I've called twice and waited on the line for ten minutes each time before finally giving up on it. This is going to be the last time I try to rely on this dominoes for anything, and I suggest you take your business somewhere else if you want food in a reasonable time frame. Edit: I've now called Six times. I'm just trying to cancel my order so someone doesn't have to waste their time driving out here as I have already eaten. The last four times I have called I've waited until someone picked up the phone just to hang up on me.

We ordered pizza for delivery. 15 minutes later we received confirmation through the app that our pizza was ready to go out for delivery. An hour later we were still waiting. After calling and being on hold for 10 minutes, we finally get someone live only to be hung up on. There is no clear way on the app to cancel so we drove to get it. They were so busy and had only one driver. I do get it. It’s hard to find people to work right now. I feel bad for the manager and the staff. We did not ask for our pizza to be remade. I understand everything except being hung up on. The pizza was still tasty and did not seem old. I hope they get staffed properly. I feel bad for businesses right now.

I'm disappointed by this Domino's. I watched the tracker for my order. It said it was out of the oven for an hour and a half before the driver had "left the store with your order". 26 minutes later I get a call from the location, no apologies or anything just... "Uh we wanted to know if you still wanted your order." Needless to say my order wasn't a priority, I guess. Regardless, I declined and asked that I not be billed since I wasn't going to receive the order tonight. I gave them two stars because IN THE PAST this location was very good and I hope it can be again. But for now, I'm probably done ordering here for quite a while. And that's a shame, because I really like pizza.

I don't know if it's just this location work Domino's itself has gone downhill, but this location is the worst. It doesn't matter what day you order pizza they are always understood the pizza is either the wrong order made room or hours late. And last Friday we ordered pizza and they straight up cancel their order and didn't even tell us and they locked the store doors so we couldn't get in to get our pizza. After waiting almost 3 hours we convince them to make our pizza because we already paid. And when we got our pizza I had the wrong toppings on it and our breadsticks won't even cut. This is the fifth time they've messed up our order so bad that we couldn't need it.

This is easily the worst dominos I have ever had to deal with. I ordered a few weeks ago and they “sent” out the driver only to never show up. An hour and a half later I drove to the building only to find my food along with 5 other peoples orders just sitting there. I ordered again tonight to give them another chance because something could have been going on the previous night and my order was never even stuck in the oven for around 50 minutes. I didn’t receive my pizza even longer. I total it took them 3 and a half hours. I work at dominos myself and this location of dominos is just absolutely poor. I don’t recommend ordering or spending your money at this dominos

DO NOT ORDER from this location. 2 weeks ago placed order. One, two hours later I call. No pizza, excuses. Plus they were going to attempt to deliver a pizza that had been sitting on a shelf for 2 hours. No call, no show. Ordered online tonight. They cancel the order without even calling to offer carry out or an explanation. Worst service I've witnessed from a pizza delivery service I used to regard as a favorite ........ I'm a reasonable person, but whoever is currently working in there has no real management and honestly, no ethics. They should all be fired. This is based on observations from my last two attempts to order. Worthless and a waste of time.

Unfortunately I have to give a bad review. We ordered three pizzas and two of them had the incorrect toppings. Also, the website registered the pizzas being delivered car-side four minutes before they were actually taken to the car. In general, the people working were not polite and not very responsive. We had to wait about 30 minutes to get the correct pizzas. I will not be returning to this location. Update: 02/20/2022 I decided to return to the location due to convenience. They delivered the pizza car-side in the correct time. We didn't have to wait at all. The toppings were a bit light and the people were a bit curt, but overall a huge improvement.

They are consistent! Consistently horrible. How can an order that you estimated would take 45-55 min to be delivered, take more than 4 hours!? FOUR HOURS! I ordered 6:30pm and pizza was delivered at 10:50pm. And that's not a fluke! It's been the same scenario the past 3 times I've ordered. Shame on me for forgetting how absolutely horrendous ordering from the Westport Dominoes is. EVERY TIME! I called 3 times! You won't answer your phone and I can't cancel the order online. I have finally given up hope and fed my children something else. Again. Done with this nonsense when Pizza Hut in the same neighborhood can and will deliver within 20-40.

Ordered a pizza from motel at 6:36 email stated it would be 111 minutes -a bit longer than we anticipated. It is now 10pm and no pizza. I have called the store directly numerous times and it gets answered and immediately hung up. I have called as if placing an order(answering service) and all they can do is put me through directly to the store I ordered from, which gets answered and immediately hung up. This is absolutely ridiculous! Now we are ready to go to bed, with NO dinner - my card was charged immediately, tip included and they will be coming to deliver when? Also quality check at 8:24 - REALLY? We will NEVER order from here again!

I wish I could give this location 0/5 stars, but 1 will have is the lowest I can go. My friends and I ordered pizza for dinner and had to wait over an hour and a half for it to be delivered. It wouldn't have been such a huge deal except the pizzas legit had no cheese on them and the toppings were massively screwed up. I tried calling back to the store.....was on the phone total for over an hour. I think it's ridiculous to have such poor service and then have to wait an extremely long time to be able to even contact the store. Overall my friends and I are very disappointed and we will not ordering from Domino's again in the future.

Ordered my pizza on the app at 6:50pm and the pizza was ready for delivery at 7:17pm. I called at 8:30pm to check on the delivery and was told the order was out for delivery and the driver just left. We live 5 min from this store and I called back at 8:50pm to check again and nothing new to update. I cancelled my order and told them I didnt even want the pizza even if it was out for delivery. Love the app and have very much success in the past in several towns and locatons so I will place the blame on the store alone. I can't help but feel like I was lied to. I'll continue to order local in this area going forward.

I ordered a pizza from this location last night at 12:20. It was never delivered and when I called today to see why it was never delivered, I was told that they cancelled the order for some reason but couldn't tell me why. I've ordered from this location many times with no issues. I am not sure why they dropped the ball last night and why they could't let me know they cancelled my order. By the time I realized they probably weren't going to be delivering the pizza it was too late to order from someone else. I will not be ordering from this location again, I will order from KC Kitchen and Pizzeria or something.

My boyfriend ordered food at 7:30. Was told it would be delivered in 45 minutes. Keep in mind we were going to pay with cash so it wasn’t paid for. It was delivered to the wrong address and no one bothered to call to verify. We then are told it will be redelivered. They do the same thing. Same address. You’d think they’d notice the first order and stop to think hey this probably isn’t right. It’s now 10:00 and as our friend is leaving our apartment she calls to tell us the delivery driver is trying to deliver across the street. This has literally never been an issue. Consider hiring smarter navigators.

Seems this dominoes needs more help. My pizza was out of the oven at 9:27....10:15 I'm still waiting for delivery so I called and they hung up on me without even answering 3 times in a row. Finally at 10:18 they updated the tracker to in delivery.... the store is 6 min away....it's not 10:30... still no pizza. I'm sure it's cold by now since it's been out of the oven for over an hour sitting on a shelf. I would have appreciated a phone call or the store answering instead of hanging up knowing I was calling about my pizza. And yes I did tip 20% I still cannot get them to answer my phone call.

Ordered at 7:36 pm today (a Wednesday), took about an hour to get past the 'prep' status, 15 minutes for the 'baking' status. At 8:50 pm, our order was put in 'Quality Check' and we're still waiting for it to be delivered at 10:50 pm. Called the store to cancel the order but no one answered for 30 minutes, so we gave up. Ordered McDonald's and was here in 15 minutes. Would not recommend unless you're planning to eat cold, burnt pizza the next day. Edit: received at 11:20 pm. And the cheese is pretty hard and honestly, looks gross. Waited three hours for a pizza we cannot eat.

Terrible service. I got a notification of a 49%- off pizza deal and the app wasn’t recognizing it at first so I called and the employee was completely unhelpful. Didn’t honor discount, even though I offered to show proof of discount notification. Placed a different order and redeemed a free pizza, got a notification that it was ready so I went inside to get it and I was told it wasn’t ready. Waited 15 more minutes and it still wasn’t ready. Staff was unfriendly and clearly had no interest in ensuring customer satisfaction. Will never be returning; extremely disappointing!!

Tried calling the store, and we were on the line for 10 minutes (twice) and no one picked up. We gave up on the delivery at that point, and my friend went down there to check and they never even made the pizza despite the fact that the whole order went through. At least they refunded the money and gave us two free things they had already made, I’ll give them that. But this was way too frustrating of an experience for fast food pizza.

Placed an order that the store confirmed and charged me for, but NEVER rec'd. Attempted to call after 20 minutes after noticing there was no progress on order. Phone rings and then just hangs up. Attempted again this morning to contact the store, same thing, no answer. Called and selected the option to place an order, and I was able to speak with someone twice. They attempted to transfer my call to their store manager...guess what? Disconnected again. Filing a complaint with the corporate customer service. Wish I'd have thought to check these reviews first.

I don’t expect much from fast food but this is pathetic. Out of half their stock pretty much always. Ordered pizza and lava cakes for pickup and then had to wait another 10-15 minutes because there weren’t any lava cakes and they decided to make me brownies as a replacement when I got there. They’ve never had the soda I ordered in stock. Another time I ordered delivery and had to call an hour later only to find out they just completely forgot to make and deliver my order. I recommend going to literally any other dominos, even if it’s out of your way.

Pray these people are not in a rush on the day or night you order. Got a call saying they were a little backed up and it ended up taking over 2 hours to get my order. Called for at least a discount for my time and was told that they couldn’t help me because I ordered online. To this point, I didn’t really care I just wanted my pizzas. I originally ordered a specialty pizza and a cheese pizza. Consequently I was also charged for both. To my surprise I got two cheese pizzas. Robbed of my time and my money. Worst food service experience of my life.

Cash order was being prepared at "614" which was rite after i sent in the order. I saw a 98 minute wait and it disappeared and i quickly regret my decision. I've been trying to cancel for 3 hours as it's now 9pm. driver is now on the way and eta is after 10 but i ordered at 6 . I ordered at 6!!! And been calling since that order was placed numerous times now and cannot reach anyone so poor Roberto and tami wasted there time doing this for me. i am not planning to take the food but delivery guy is on the way do better ANSWER YOUR PHONES!!!

I placed an order six minutes until six expecting my pizza no later than 6:25. I used their tracking system my pizza didn't leave the store until 6:35 my pizza never showed up I called seven times talked to three different employees was on hold for over fifteen minutes. Lied to multiples times saying it was only a few minutes away or that the driver called but no answer.also that a second pizza was in route idk if it's the new location but I have never had this kind of problem with dominos before idk if I would order from them again

Scammers. Ordered for delivery and they never came! They charged my card then marked the food as delivered the next morning. Called for a refund four times and they would not answer the phone, each time was on hold for 15 to 20 minutes before they just hung up. Filed a complaint with corporate and never heard back. Physically went into the store twice and I was told both times that I needed to wait a few more business days before they would process the refund and that a manager was not available. Filing a fraud charge with my bank.

My order was 3 8 pc wings, of different sauces. Ordered and paid online, tracker says order is ready, get to the location and they completely forgot to make one of the orders of wings. Told me it was a 10 min wait, or I could get a refund. There were only 3 orders being made, you can see what orders they have on a screen in the restaurant. I took the refund; I'm not waiting another 10 mins when I got there about 10mins after the tracker said my food was ready. No accountability, barely an apology. Not ordering from here again.

I would rate this place negative stars if I could. Corporate might as well close this location permanently. I ordered $76 worth of food on 7/8/2022 at 10:54PM and here it is 7/9/2022 10:58AM and I still have not gotten my food. The restaurant closes at 3:00AM and I called several times after my order and kept getting hung up on after 3 rings. I could care less about the food at this point. I need my money I'm owed. So I ordered online was placed at 9:35pm and said estimated pick up 10:02pm. So I went there at 10:01 and the young man said it was in the oven, witch there was only 3 people there I waited tell 10:20 and left because I had to get back to the hotel to my kids. Then at 10:36 got a message that it was in the oven and would be done in 8-10 min. Here is the problem took and hour to get in the oven and then another 8-10 min before done. Don't order from this place, horrible service and over an hour for wings and pasta.

-15 STARS! I ordered pizza for delivery at 7pm my order went to the quality check stage at 750 but here we are 12 hours later and I still never received my pizza. The confirmation email stated a 50-60 min wait? I was also charged. I tried calling the store and they just hung up. I tried calling the help line and they couldn't do anything for me. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. If you want pizza I suggest going to the store in person or just ordering from somewhere else.

My volleyball team ordered 10 pizzas 30 minutes ago and we are all hungry after a long day of volleyball... Well they said it would be ready in 20 minutes, but they just told us they have 6 orders ahead of us and they haven’t even started on ours. When I went in, they were just making excuses and were not even making pizzas and were just standing around. After reading all these bad reviews, I am scared we are not even going to get any food now. This place sucks! Don’t go here!

Read the bad reviews, but never imagined how bad the service is!! Ordered a simple Caesar salad. Added some chicken pieces to my order. The guy literally grabbed the pieces with his care hand and put them on a platter. They don't have a payment machine, they have to have your card handy. And guess what, I had to go back to get ranch sauce and utensils!! The working staff seemed very disheveled and not following the basic hygienic measures! Everything is cheap! So cheap!!

Unfortunately really a terrible location. No delivery, but the app allows a delivery order to go through. Then after it says your order is started, it gets canceled. Yhe employees are extremely slow and are goofing around with each other instead of making pizzas, which would be fine if people weren't waiting and hungry. The app gives a 20 minute estimate, but ours took an hour. Had dinner at 10pm ‍♀️ Dominoes is usually our go to but we won't be using this one again.

I wish 0 stars was an option. I’ve simply stopped ordering delivery from this location. Pizza always take 2+ hours, always cold, always disgusting. I love dominos but I will never ever order from this location. They have offered free pizza or a “credit” multiple times... well each time I’ve used this credit the pizza has been even more disgusting. I really can’t believe in 2021 a location like this can continue to exist without corporate intervention.

Only put one star cause I can’t put zero. We waited three hours for pizza never to show. We called many times as well and it leaves you on hold forever, no one picks up. Pizza never arrived and no one that works here cares if you get your pizza or not. It’s the next day and the tracker still says they are out for delivery, so we can’t even get a refund from them. Ordered online as usual. Followed prep and oven time and didn't go for pick up until indication said it was all mine. I stood at the counter 5 minutes as I watched four employees moving around in the store. Finally someone came and I told her I had a carryout order ready and she told me it would take 45 minutes. She was informed about online order and then they couldn't find my pizza. Finally found and pizza was made right but under cooked.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. I ordered two pizzas neither other them showed up with their toppings or extra cheese. Worse, one pizza had all the sauce dumped into the edge. 3 slices held all the sauce! Ew. I called the store and they hung up on me before i could get one word off, THREE times. Seeing these reviews, dominos needs to close down this location, it's damage to brand name. There's other pizza shops in town, go there!

I ordered a pizza well before their alleged closing time. I waited an hour outside while I watched the employee inside close the store. He refused to talk to the other three people outside waiting for their pizza. I never received a refund and I highly recommend going literally anywhere else for food. Even when I ordered from this store in the daytime, the pizza has been undercooked and gross. Save your money and go elsewhere.

When you best friend orders and they have Covid and are not able to leave the house. uses the APP and delivers to the wrong house because the App screwed up and the won't credit you back for the pizza and home office is no help something is wrong with customer service. you should be ashamed of yourself. Did a order for pick up. Got the text saying it was in the oven be dine in 8 to 10 min. Showed up 5 minutes after that time. Went in they tooky money and i then had to wait another 42 minutes before i got my pizza. Got home to over cooked dry and burnt pizza. Never again will i go there. The sales make the price cheap enough but not for that bad of service or that bad of food. Sorry never again will i waste my time or money.

It’s been 162 minutes since I placed my order at 8pm on a Saturday. No answer, no update on the app, no email update, and sat on hold on the phone trying to get ahold of someone there for 32 minutes with no answer and finally hung up. This place is straight trash. Your better off just going to the grocery store, buying a frozen pizza, and eating it frozen. It would be more worth your time then going to this trash location.

Their hours on their website and on the app said they close at midnight, so I placed an order around 9:30PM. I got there around 10 and they wouldn't let me in saying they were closed even though that through that I paid already. The Dominos app still thinks that they close at midnight even though that they will not make your order. On a side note, if you try calling the store they almost always hang up immediately.

The wait was double what they told me (after tell me know one was in front of me for delivery). I asked them to make sure I they brought me a receipt for my work expenses. When the delivery driver finally showed up to the hotel they had no receipt. The ranch dipping sauce I ordered was missing and one or the 8 wings was missing (only had 7 in the box). My pizza and wings were not hot when I got them = barely warm.

Tried to call again after 2 hours of waiting to try and cancel our order. After being on hold for 10 mins someone picked up the receiver and immediately hung up again. Never did get our order. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered a scheduled delivery at 6:30pm, to be delivered at 8:30pm. I was charged, the order went through, and it was never delivered. I showed up later that night but the store was closed, despite being listed as open. Awful. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! I normally like Dominos and can depend on the App to get fresh pizza any where. This Dominos will cancel your order after placing it through the App. Tried it two times. Third time a pizza was ordered without my knowledge through the app and wasn't anything I would have ordered. No delivery address was listed. Sorry Dominos - there are other places to get a pizza

Very poorly run store. They made my pizza incorrectly 2 times; it always take longer than the app shows. Ended up having to wait 30 more minutes in store because of the mistakes. The "quality" of the food is also very poor. They either under or overcook pizzas. Staff often seem incompetent or are rude and unhelpful. Definitely is not a welcoming experience, often seems like more trouble than it is worth.

Called just before 10pm, pizza was still sitting at the store and staff was uncertain why. No resolution offered. Ok, I get it was close to closing time, fine - then cancel the order and refund the payment and add the points back to my account. Do not order from them especially the store in Westport they take your money and won’t deliver your food. How can this establishment be in such a location and operate in this manner and getting someone on the phone is near mission impossible. Closed early and locked the doors (850pm) with my $70 pizza order that I already paid for inside. Knocked on the door several times. No luck. Called several times...just to be hung up on and ignored!! when another person came along wanting something other than a food order an employee came to unlock the door to help this other person .. so I managed to stop him and ask him if I could have my food.

They were severely understaffed for the Labor Day promotion. I waited over 2 hours for 2 small pizzas for delivery. I went to the store and watched one of the guys just pick up and drop the ringing phone. I called first and sat on hold for 30 minutes. Renzo was very professional and sincere about things. That really helped. I usually don't have problems with this location.

My issue is with the lack of communication, poor expectation setting and general idgaf attitude about it all. Running a business means caring about the customer experience. Do better.

Service was sooo poor. Was told to wait 20 min for a medium pizza. Waited over 30 min and then when we went to ask about our order they had made it 15 min ago and didn’t even bother telling us. Who knows how long we would’ve waited. Also the phone rang the entire time because they literally refused to answer it. Don’t waste your time :)

Be prepared to wait 2.5 to 3 hours for delivery as they only ever have one driver on duty. According to the tracker, they make your order fairly quickly and then let it sit in the store for hours. This has happened the past several times I've ordered at this location. I will not be giving them anymore of my business.
