Worst Manager Hari Krishna.he never responds to calls. I ordered today at 7:36 Pizzas and Lava Cake for my children and I live just across the street. When it was delayed more than one and half hour I sent my guys to check, the order was ready but there was no delivery dispatch. No one is ready to answer me on phone. The manager Hari Krishna is not responding even after two hours after the order. When we discussed with the staff one Mr. Abdul informed that even they are not able to reach their manager, finally after discussion Mr. Abdul who was very cooperative has delivered to us the order by hand at their outlet. One of the worst experience with Domino's Santosh Nagar. The staff is very friendly but over loaded . Manager Mr. Hari Krishna seems absconding. Better to replace Abdul with Hari Krishna who is more responsible. Will never order again a pizza here. Many other outlets like Pizza Hut have better delivery. Will take it up to the top management as it's ruining Domino's reputation.

It comes with chicken sausage and fried chicken cubes. A regular Non veg loadedwould serve 1 person. Perfectly made crust with good amount of cheese to hold in the toppings. Totally worth the price. Margarita cheese burst pizza is a margarita with an extra cheese layer. The cheese blends into the crust and melts in as soon as you take a bite. Everyone's favorite and can be customized with toppings. Serves 1 person and pocket friendly. Stuffed garlic bread sticks are the go to sides in dominos. The bread is puffier and full of cheese than the normal garlic bread. These sticks paired with the Domino's cheese dip is killer. Serves 1-2 people as a side. Pizzas are love in all shapes and sizes.

The 4 star is for timing. They prepared the order before time. Which was never expected from any of the domino's pizza store. Teast is also good. They ask public yo order online only. Don't accept offline orders. Even if you are dine in. You have to order the food online. No guidence. They don't guide you how to order online. No cleanness. . Table here are left dirty until the customer goes and ask to clean.

Worst place...i had pizza there yesterday and ordered chicken pepper cheese burst and Pepsi....so first the table was not clean its was filled with tissues and box i sat almost for 20 mins then i called the staff to clean till i called them they were roaming but was not ready to clean...then i had to wait for good 20 to 25 mins..then i got my order...pizza was not as expected...for sure was not expecting that pizza from domino's...i use to go ver frequently to the domino's in lb nagar....here i had first time and this as an pathetic experience...kindly domino's take care of your outlet in santosh nagar...staff id very irresponsible...

1 star only for the pizza. Staff attitude is THE WORST. They don't know how to speak to customers. The man at the counter spoke rudely to me and the other staff member was rude to another customer coz of which a huge scene was created at the outlet. This shows that the staff are rude in general with everyone. I am not saying you should bear any tantrums thrown or rudeness posed by the customers but there is basic politeness that is expected from a business which is not seen here. No card payment accepted. How is one expected to carry cash in today's time?

The pace is in santosh nagar . situated on roadside . easy to notice while driving . they got enough space inside there. Pizza was awesome like always. I was here on my birthday . so it was a perfect birhtday for me . but the staff were there a bit uncomfortable to speak in hindi. The one and only problem here i notice was the parking space . they dont have enough parking space . on weekends its too hard to find a parking space not even for two wheelers. Dropping my reviews from 4 to 1 star! 6KM delivery radius is now changed to 6 minutes drive time. Not sure from Where in this world is Domino's expecting such short delivery radius. Sometimes delivery for even half kilometre takes 30 minutes in traffic which is always unpredictable. There is no tie-up with other food delivery apps either. "Probably thinking that these guys are totally the bosses and have monopoly in their domain". Totally wasted!

It's a good place spot of Domino's outlet. Ambient space to sit and enjoy with friends. Parking place is available for two wheelers. There is a big table with ten plus seating to hangout with friends if you have a big gang. Best part is the couple seats. They are very simple and accomodate very less space.and attractive too. Management took all measures to have safe serving during covid breakdown and sanitizer is available at entrance.

Great ambiance and proper seating arrangements. The taste of Pizza varies as per your choice. If you're a regular customer of Domino's then you will have better choice with them. Always go for Crust Pizza's rather than Base ones. Base ones pretty much sucks and overall give bad impression of your Pizza cravings. I am not a huge fan of Domino's Pizza, I like the taste but as better as Pizza Hut and Papa Johns. So fair enough, 3 stars.

Man this place sure is packed up. As usual the waiting rate is very high and prices are pricy . Atmosphere on weekdays is spacious and ur at peace And it's slightly crowded with children and couples on the weekends and suns. It also has a parking lot too and has a busy vibe to it. It may be great for once in a while outings but, is terrible for any parties or celebrations ,as the staff asks you not to disturb the customers.

Very bad experience! I went there my brother and my sister in law, we ordered and we were about had pizza all of sudden a staff stops us from having our brunch and told its only take away service. haven't ordered from Pizza in a while, saw a promotion on TV and decided to give it a try again, however it may be a long time before I try anything more from Pizza , the sauce is so watered down you can't even taste it on the pizza, we also ordered the breadsticks and it came with it small little container of the water down sauce. Although it's an international brand selling pizza in Hyderabad, India it is learned that Ham, pork is sold here. It is not mentioned in the menu but it is served when asked. It's not halal food. Many Muslims are not aware of this and it is advisable not to visit these store for pizza. There are many other options. Think twice before visiting Domino's pizza.

Staff are decent, no basic tidiness. Store manager missing from site. When asked to clean as I'm going to wait till order is serve the advice is to wait outside restaurant, additional suggest is to prefer take away than dining in, the no contact delivery table is kept inside the restaurant beside the ordering area. The staff need grooming.

Except dominos pizza nothing else finds interesting here. Staff is not so friendly and there I no parking lot for structure, no home delivery option, they will charge for carry bag too. I'm not satisfied with quantity of dessert that is served. Though there is restroom it is not wheel chair accessible. Place accepts cash and card payments.

The place has good seating capacity and this store has a view from which you can see the pizza making process(not the complete process though) Parking is a problem at this store as there isn't dedicated parking area for cars. Dominos santosh nagar is degrading day by day. There's only a single person/system for taking orders. Had to stand half n hour just to order then again half n hour to receive it. The LED board that displays the order numbers is also isn't working. Feeling totally dumb dining here!

Pizzas was good in taste. I have tried African perri perri pizza. Cons: Need improvement in cleanliness, the tables was not cleaned. I literally said them to clean the table. There was no water glasses at water area, instead I need to collect that from cash counter. Time consuming

Take away Ordered taken for veg.(achaar do pyaja), but provided kheema do pyaja. While opening box, I came to know you have packed non veg. It's really shameful for not the orders as asked. I have wasted money in domino, never think to revisit.

Who doesn't like Dominos! Nice ambience. Friendly staff and clean. There's also a small station for the kids to watch throught the window-- the dough making process and they can witness their hand tossed pizzas prepared in the best way!

Never order a delivery from this outlet. The pizzas are not up to the mark as the ingredients used are old and bad. The pizzas delivered are under cooked and unhealthy.. Had this experience twice and still no improvement.

The manager and the staff are very friendly and understanding. The food though is not as good as what Domino's used to be. I still order pizza only to remind myself that I used to have good times eating Domino's pizza.

They did not deliver pizza for order on Domino's app. My amount is stuck with them.

Nice place, customers are not much. Taste and quality is good, like every Domino's.
