After my experience tonight, I'm done with this location. I've always considered Domino's to be the best of the fast food pizza options, but this location has been terrible since opening. It's a shame as the previous 109th Street location had ample parking, quick service, and never once made a mistake. This new location however, has been a mess since it opened. There's almost zero parking available, so good luck if you want to do pickup. In addition, they seem to be skimping on toppings as there are barely any in addition to very little sauce and cheese. It seems like they've also decided to double the size of pizza crust edges in an effort to save on toppings (aka, enjoy that 1.5-2.0" perimeter of dry dough now). The final straw though, was my order tonight. I placed an online order at 7:48 for carry out with a ready estimate of 11-21min. I split the difference and showed up 16min later at 8:04. When I arrived, I was told my order wasn't ready. I indicated that I was surprised by that as most orders were ready in 10min or less, plus my name wasn't on the display board for orders, so perhaps they should check if everything was ok. I was told that my order was already in the oven and would be ready in a few minutes. About 7min later I got up to check again. A different employee this time checked for my order, indicated that it wasn't there, and when I mentioned that I wasn't on the display board she said that my order was definitely in the oven and that I just needed to be patient. 13min later (20min after entering), I checked to see if my order was even coming. A third employee told me that it was probably ready, checked, found out it wasn't ready, then came back to question whether or not I had actually placed an order. I showed him my email confirmation and he went back to check, and not 30s later came back to indicate that my order was close to being ready. Approximately 2 minutes later this same employee came to talk to me to let me know that there had been "an error in their display system, and my order had not been seen." I was told that they were just now working on my order and that it would be available as soon as possible. It's worth noting that they never admitted to making a mistake or apologized, just indicated that an error had happened. I was offered a free pop as compensation, which I declined. I finally received my order at 8:36, so 48min after ordering and after 32min of waiting in person. This was for a single medium pizza. In the time that I waited, over 40 orders after mine were completed (they call out the order numbers when ready). Upon receiving my order, the manager who delivered it apologized but still only offered a free pop as compensation. I indicated that 32min of my time was worth much more to me than $1-2 of free pop. She had no response and didn't attempt to offer anything else. In short, several employees lied to me indicating that my order was already in process, several employees dismissed my concerns and made no effort to look into my order, this location ended up wasting a lot of my time, and in the end I just got a below average pizza that I received no discount for. Take your business elsewhere.

I’ve ordered pizza here once or twice and never had a problem. However, yesterday I was in a car accident right outside this location. Luckily no one was badly injured. 3 employees stood outside the store and stared at us the whole time while we were sorting things out. A bit odd but not a big deal. Then, 2 employees came right over to the cars and were looking around at the damage. They were actually walking through the people involved, getting up close to the vehicles, and talking about the accident right in front of us. They didn’t say a word to any of us involved, just came for their own entertainment. I live very close by but I won’t be ordering here again because of their completely disrespectful behaviour. I was actually shocked that they felt it was appropriate to get in between us. A car accident is not for your entertainment, perhaps this domino’s isn’t busy enough and they can afford to come stand around for an hour but we were all extremely uncomfortable with their behaviour. Never once asked if everyone was okay, just wanted to get in the way and inspect the damage. Ridiculous.

They delivered the wrong pizza. By a long shot. Then when I called back they were happy to send a new one in exchange for the old one so they could see what they did wrong. That's fine I only bit in to one piece and realized it was the wrong pizza. I work shift work and it was dark when it was delivered so I had to try it. I'm happy the one I ordered is on the way I'm going to be up late. Another half hour goes by and still nothing. I've been standing at the window so they cant tell me I missed the driver. I call back after 45 mins and they're closed. Nobody shows up I end up eating the 3 topping pizza I paid full price for instead of the 6 topping pizza I ordered originally. This place is brutal.This is a revised review after the one I already gave with 1/5 stars. They offered me a gift card and asked me to give a second chance. I never received the gift card as I had to put my information into a bunch of their sites to get it. I would not recommend this place for pizza night.

I agree with the other reviews (which brought me to this location)....this is the best Dominos in the city. Their coupon brought me in, but I will be back. I bought a large order for a group of people and everyone enjoyed it. From pizzas to desert everything was great. We arrived a bit too early without realizing the prep time they needed yet they still apologized for being late but really it was our mistake for not checking the time for an order so large especially on a Saturday. Dominos needs to watch this location because whover runs it cares about what goes out the door.

Domino's Pizza is my go-to for a reliable pizza fix. Their pizzas are consistently tasty, and the variety of toppings suits my adulting palate. Quick delivery is a game-changer – hot pizza at your doorstep in no time. Perfect for a laid-back night when you want quality without the fuss.

Moved into the area more than a year ago and have been ordering from this one location to my house, for deliveries to the university, and for pickups. The employees have always been friendly and available to help and complete the order. Specifically June and Paul are very friendly guys that make sure to get orders right. They are friendly and efficient and make sure to get the order out in a reasonable time. So grateful to see them on shift and the rest of the staff of course! Thanks for my orders past and for the many to come!

I have order pizza to this location I come to the store first I asked for the deal and I tell the deal but they don’t gave me any deals and after. i order pacific veggie but in that One topping was missing roasted red pepper very disappointed as I love dominos so much and I am not satisfied with this service

Show up to say my pizza is 2 minutes from being ready only to have it given away to someone else or something but they had to remake it, then I hear what I assume to be the owner flipping out on the staff in there threatening to fire them. Offered me a little pop because of the hassle, no I would prefer the pizza to be made and if I have to wait fine but I don't need to hear an episode of Jerry Springer unfolding in the back. It's cheap so I guess you get what you pay for

Introduction: Google maps shows I live 2-3 minutes away. I noticed these guys seemed to deliver unusually fast. Methods: Ordering up to two custom large pizzas during dinner hours, time how long it takes from the moment I click order to the moment the deliveryman rings my bell. Results: Mean +/- standard deviation delivery time was 13 +/- 0 minutes (n=4 orders). Conclusion: These guys are unusually fast and consistent. Slick operation - 5 stars.

Generally a good location, but I'm always confused by the consistency of order quality. Our most recent cheese pizza had almost no tomato sauce (some nearer the crust, but the center was basically cheese bread), and every time I get cinnamon bread the cinnamon is on the bottom of the bread and the butter is on top so nothing sticks. Kinda disappointed in both cases... Orders do come fast and warm tho

No doubt their food is good but their employee is very rude, I don’t know her name but she was white lady she took my order in a very rude way and her face expressions were really weird and felt like she was not happy seeing a person of color. I wish there could be a option to give zero star. Hope this improves you and you will behave nicely to other customers and not ruin their whole day.

Never had a bad pizza from this location. Delivery person sometimes gets lost but I’m in a confusing townhouse complex and they always end up delivering the food, and it’s always still hot. Had another pizza place deliver me cold pizza recently due to the driver not being able to find the place. Keep it up, pizzas are falling like dominoes

I ordered two chicken pastas from this location (delivery) , One for dinner and the other one to take with me for lunch, but guess what, The sum of both plates won't even make bowl! What a service. This is my second time ordering from this place. The first one was a pizza, and it was below average, and now this !

During my stay in University, dominoes had really great student deals. It was to the point that every career fair and student event loaded up on dominoes pizza. Brooklyn pepperoni pizza is probably my most liked pizza at dominoes so far. Wings were pretty good as well.

I haven't been here in a long time but I was watching a cheese documentary. Then I remembered this place has the best pizza in Edmonton. They're open early and work all day. Very good pizza makers and ingredients. Sauce is great. Im very happy. I will be back !

High recommended if you are looking for a quick bite. 9 out of 10 times the pizza is made in like 10 minutes. I personally would vouch for the donair pizza, it has the perfect texture, right amount of sauce and cheese that melts in your mouth!

This location has the classic Dominos quality. They are fast and make great pizzas, but the best thing about this location is definitely customer service. I have been served with a smile and every request has been filled. Highly recommend!

Open until 3am but don't do carry out after 1am. Refuse to deliver next door for 2:45am. The staff member hung up on me for wanting to order too much pizza that late in the night, even though it's well within their posted business hours.
